Friendly staff. Big room at Lakeside Villa. Beautiful hotel with impressive entrance and lobby. Not much choice for breakfast but ok.

Large expansive grounds, with a variety of buildings through out, each offering amazing views over lakes and mountains. Rooms and comfortable and well maintained. Swimming pool next to the main building has great views over the lawn and mountains too.

Great service starting from the front desk staff to the bell boys. The room is standard yet very clean. Plenty of photogenic sceneries due to the resort chateu character and buildings. Nothing much to complain at this price.

A classic large chateaux hotel, set in beautiful grounds”
The standard rooms in the chateau are okay, but the more expensive rooms are pretty awesome. With sauna, jacuzzi and steam room included in your actual room. The tv station selection was poor. There is no elevator and you cant wear your shoes upstairs. The staff are excellent, very helpful. It's a pity they dont allow room service and the dining area is a separate building, which you can walk to or get a ride on a hotel buggy. The pool is very small and they dont provide any seats or umbrellas, which is a pity as this small improvement would really make a difference.

We booked 3 rooms 1st room was smelly 2nd room a/c is not working well and we found something feces next to the bed. Then we try to use a hotel phone but it's not working all 3 rooms, so we've to call by our phone and the staff came with a broom and clean it. Outside the building is stunning. Many photo spots.

Could have been better”
The website is extremely poor in information of the type of room or the building that a customer would be paying for. I paid for 2 standard rooms without knowing that the rooms are located at the oldest building (Lake Villa) within the chateau. Further, 1 room is way bigger than the other. 1 room has a living and dining area with an adjoining room, whilst the other is a bare small room with no proper tables for me to even charge my phones and equipment. A total disappointment! As a comparison, U Khaoyai is head and shoulder above this property. Would I recommend this property or return to stay? Possibly not.

Not worth of money ”
I booked the room with Agoda at 3433.35 bath/night and when I arrived the price show on the board is seem to be lower than than agoda. We were out in the room at the back of this report . The room is small, the celling in some area is moldy. We were on the 3rd floor , the highest floor and no elevator. Good that they have staffs were helping us carry all stuff up to the room. Breakfast is not good, very small amount of choices. I would say I will not come back.
