BEST HOTEL IN BANGKOK”
Why? Check in was polite and efficient. The room 7167 was dual aspect on the top floor was spotless. Featured a HUGE king size bed and fluffy comfortable pillows, a very usable kitchen and a good sized bathroom (YES with a bath and hot water….YIPPEE!!!) The gym was really good and spotless, the pool surrounded by trees inviting and the food was 5 star. Unbelievable value. Did I mention the staff??? Wonderful people and nothing was too much trouble. The down side…. Internet was a bit slow and intermittent but I had my own service anyway so take off 1%. Do yourself a favour and stay here next time you go to Bangkok. For myself and my wife it’s our go to place and we are going again soon. PS This is no BS review..it’s that good. Can’t wait to go back. Cheers!!! MichaelD

Beautiful, spacious clean rooms, kind and friendly staff! Great location, calm and relaxing. Breakfast was good though the fruit juices available were not freshly pressed. Snacks from Flow bar were delicious! Make sure to try the fish fingers! Food from the Coffee Bar was also amazing, the desserts were fresh and the pancakes were heavenly(blueberry pancakes) Definitely going back to Chatrium Sathon when we're in Bangkok!

Booked hotel for one night quarantine test and go. Staff were extremely polite gracious and helpful, explained every step needed on my part and what they would take care of on their part, everything went smoothly thanks to the staff. Hotel itself is immaculately clean. Room was spacious comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities, room service was prompt and food good but a little pricey. I will definitely book here again under a non quarantine stay when l come in the future.

Hidden Gem”
I don't feel like many travelers know about Chatrium Sathon, if anything they end up going to the more expensive riverside. This location is great, it's close to a bus station that can be taken to the interchange with the skytrain. It's got a few shops and restaurants around, and it's pretty close to Rama 3 mall. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I couldn't recommend them enough.

My wife and I stayed at the Chatrium Residence for 4 nights. The room was very spacious and clean. Generally good facilities and helpful front desk. The breakfast spread was nice too. The chef took extra care of my wife who is vegan. She was given options outside of the spread. Enjoyed our stay.

Had 3 bedroom suite. Very large and very clean. Great balcony with views of city. Staff were so attentive. Great breakfast provided and great coffee shop attached. Second visit to this hotel won't go anywhere else in Bangkok

Good hatel but agoda booking not so good”
Everything was excellent!! however have slightly problem when check in. Booking by agoda with one bedroom but reservation came out with another room type which was deluxe room. we need one bedroom cause we got business meeting here. thanks to the staff I got the room what I've booked. Nice location aways from busy area. ”
This is my 2nd returned to stay in this hotel. The reason is quiet and nice location aways from noisy area, easy for shopping for my own cook and value for money. The hotel provides the free shuttle van to BTS which is by the time schedule. I always enjoy the green environment and pool on the 4th floor. Staff are good service.

I've stayed at Chatrium Residence with my family 6/7. The facility & staff are 1st class. If you have kids this is the place to stay. Huge swimming pool with connecting kids pool, outdoor playground & indoor play room. They also have kids activities (clay work/ painting/ games) twice a day.

Nice for long-term stay”
I choose this hotel as I was staying in Bangkok for a while and not as a tourist. The property has everything necessary to be comfortable - nice resort style swimming pool, bar convenience store, excellent breakfast with a variety of options. The rooms are spacious with a large full kitchen. The neighborhood has several good restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also provides shuttle service to the Skytrain and Asiatique riverfront shopping.
