The place located on a slope so it is difficult to walk. It has beautiful and peaceful balcony (cafe shop) with mountain view. The soundproof is bad so it is quite noisy for relaxing. Also, because I can’t not open the window or the door of the room for air circulation so it’s hot

One of the best views of Sapa”
Great view from the top of their hostel. You look over the valley and it's beautiful. Very good price for what you get and they cook nice food for little prices. Also good coconut coffee!

Friendly receptionists, delicious food but sadly no hot water for cold sapa”
Everything about this hotel is great except for 2 things: there is no hot water and the location is near the bottom so to go to Sapa Town you would have to hike a little (and its pretty intense if you plan on going back and forth to town more than once a day) but other than that, hotel was amazing!!

Worst experience that makes us hate Sapa”
We left a note in our booking that we were on our honeymoon and asked for a simple decoration for couple but nothing was prepared! The room was in terrible condition, especially the bathroom. The shower was broken and it was impossible to use. The bathroom door was also broken. No air con no fan. The place is located on a very small sloping street without car park. It states it has free parking on premise but when we arrived, we had to park down the slope and was asked to pay for parking fee for 50,000 VND per night. We finally ran away and threw our money away because we couldn't stand the poor condition. If you want to ruin your experience in Sapa, go ahead and book this place! Terrible!

Amazing hospitality ”
Wow, Check In staff -- you are all amazing! I did the touristy thing in Sapa and broke my foot just outside of nearby Cat Cat village. I called Check In when I was in hospital to let them know what had happened, and they immediately called me to make sure I'm ok and offer to help if I needed it. I advised that I could manage. They offered to arrange a taxi to pick me up and bring me back. When I arrived back, they had cash ready and ran downstairs to pay the taxi driver for me - they helped me upstairs and CARRIED me to my room. They helped me pack my things and moved me to a private room, free of charge. As I was unable to go anywhere in hilly Sapa on crutches, they invited me to eat with them at dinner time as their guest. They even went to the pharmacy to get me some pain relief as the hospital did not provide adequate medicine. I can't say enough about the staff at the Check In - I was truly taken care of. The Facility - rooms are decorated very simply, yet they are cosy and trendy. I loved what they did there. Bright and colourful. - All very clean and shoes off policy is a nice touch as it's very muddy in Sapa - Breakfast is simple but very handy when you want something tasty and don't feel like walking around to find something -their coffee is delicious (goes without saying) -extremely aesthetic building (reminds me of a tree house, decorated with lots of pot plants) and the views are WOW --if you arrive by bus, expect to pay approx 40,000 VND to get here via Grab taxi app. If you dont use the Grab app, it will be more, guaranteeed. - the map says its about 1km out of Sapa town, but if you go the back way its only 5 minutes to town. Dont let the distance deter you, everything is so close. - check in is at 2pm but they will hold your bags for the day if you get in early - big lockers are available in the rooms if you need. They have locks if you need one. - hair dryer in every room and they are actually REALLY good hair dryers! Thank you Chec

Sapa's Hidden Gem. Creative. Fun. Comfy.”
I was struggling to choose where to stay in the centre of Sapa. Obviously, there were a lot of choices and they all seemed to be great, but the Check In Sapa stood out to me with their consistent great reviews. I decided to validate myself and book for 1 night. To my surprise, 1 night turned into 3 nights. When you walked in there and greeted by all the friendly staff, you immediately want to stay more than 1 night. And when you walk into your room and see all the beautiful and creative art decor, you'll start to wonder: "Am I at the art gallery or my 'dorm room'"? It's a no-brainer NOT to come back next time when I return Sapa.

Best hostel I stayed during 2 months of travel”
If you are in Sapa, you have to come to Check in Sapa Hostel This hostel is new, every room, bed, facility is new and clean. Rooms are well decorated with tables and chairs. Very close from Sapa center. Nice view of Fansipan mountain from every room. The host, Ben, is extremely friendly and willing to invite you to local experience.

Nice spot to stay in Sapa for trekking”
This hostel is quite original comparing to other hotels that you can see in Sapa, I love the decoration style and all the stuff there are so nice, I got some great advice for trekking, and it is located to a local place where you can be away from the mass tourists and have a peaceful evening on the terrace facing the mountain.

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in.”
Really great hostel for anyone. Good location away from the noise of the city and great staff and boss. They can help you with most things. I enjoyed the relaxed pace of this place so much. The WiFi is excellent if you need to do any computer work . Best of all is the view from the balcony and there is a mini boss lady who was very cool. Great Time at this Hostel ”
Our stay there was really nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We were 4 backpackers, we loved that hostel. They kept our backpack while we were doing a 2 days trek to FansiPan and let us shower and rest when we came back. I would highly recommend this place.

If you dont mind by walking the road is slightly uphill to get to the center, but I love the location this hotel is not crowded and the room is spacious and boho style.. 5 minutes walk to the center and many restaurants nearby.. One of staff I forgot her name she is really care and helpful..
