"I enjoyed so much my stay at the airport greenery hotel. Besides the location, nearby the Chiang Mai international airport, the hotel is not far from Central airport plaza Chiang Mai, it's only within walking distance. Especially because I'm traveling with my family, this is of course really an advantage. Also this hotel is not far from the downtown if we want to there. The hotel also provides free shuttle van to the airport so it's really helpful for us to commute to the airport for departure. Nice hotel and food plus the other services provided such as laundry, restaurant are great."

"My wife and I had a great stay at the Chaya before heading over to Chiang Rai. Very impressed with facilities, large room and good upkeep of the place. I understand the resort is only a couple of years old, which I guess helps it maintain its shine. Will recommend to visiting friends and would come again."

"The rooms at the XYM are beautiful but the service was not so great. It's near the airport so we stayed here for our final night in Chiang Mai. The room was large, clean and well designed. The bed was really comfortable and the aircon works great. There's also a pool on the rooftop which is nice, but don't get your hopes up because it's a tiny, above ground pool. Upon check-in, we asked how much a songthaew to the airport would be and they quoted about 4 times the price it should be so we ended up just grabbing one on the street the next morning. They also had complementary drinking water like most hotels in Chiang Mai. The only problem is they were out of water while we were there. When I asked, the manager told me to go to 7-11. Conveniently, there is a nearby 7-11 but just the fact that he sent me rather than go himself speaks to the customer service here. Ultimately, at the price, I don't mind sacrificing customer service for a nice place. I was just a bit shocked as everywhere else we stayed in Chiang Mai had excellent service. "

"This is a basic hotel great for a stopover for a few days, or if you're traveling with a vehicle. It's very close, 15 minute walking distance, to the airport, Central Mall Chiang Mai, and the Immigration office for visa extension or 90day check in (although now that portion is off site while remodeling but within an easy taxi or personal drive). If you don't have a vehicle, it's a difficult distance from the tourist venues - old city, farang restaurants, bars & clubs. Has the hot pot, water, small fridge, TV and a remodel older building into newer 'industrial' chique style. Nice communal breakfast room w/ complimentary toast, tea, coffee, microwave and TV. Easy driving distance to Doi Suthep, zoo, Inthanon, and craft villages. "

"I have chosen this hotel to stay during my last stay in Chiang Mai because of the reviews. I didnt know the hotel is new therefore no wonder the reviews are good. The hotel location is quite good, the idea and the concept of the hotel is very thai-exotic with a small rice paddy field, typical decoration with fabrics from ethnic groups, and many thai pillows and mattresses. The rooms are quite spacious and the swimming pool is really nice. All rooms overlooked the pool so there is not "bad" view per se. You might prefere a higher or lower floor but at the end the hotel is low rise and doesnt have too many other options. The price is super competitive and breakfast is inclusive. Breakfast wise, it was not good. Not because of the choices but the quality. It is better to have less options, dont pretend to be too international if you dont have good products. The cheese was totally uneatable, there was beef stew but sour from a can or the beef was not good at the time they cooked it. The taste of the other things was so far so good. To be honest for me with a toast or croissant is more than enough. It is the first time in Thailand that I had a tasteless roti, as rich as they are, they were totally tasteless. The 1st night, and because the hotel had a group, they had a large display of options, including a quite decent coffee from a proper big coffee machine although the 2nd day the group left, there were less choices, which is totally fine, but the coffee was hideous from a small coffee machine that either buttom pour the same coffee color, taste and smell. No matter if americano, latte or capuccino, the result was exactly the same. In general, was good. The room is quite big, the bathroom and shower spacious, big closet, safety box, slippers, compmlimentary water. It was not a nice touch that they charged me for a glass, honestly I think it was already broken, 65 bahts. Ridiculous. Of course I paid it, but... sad you have to charge for one glass that I dont recall br"

"I love this hotel. Three of us stayed at this hotel the night before our trek in Chiang Mai. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and got good reviews. When we checked in, there was some miscommunication and one of our friends didn't book a room. Even though the hotel was quite full, the super friendly staff quickly found a room for him, and without charging something outrageous! When do you ever see that anymore? The resort was great. Had a very relaxing ambience, the way it was set up. A very country feel. The rooms were enormous, so big we didn't know what to do with ourselves. The breakfast could have been better but then this place would have been too perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again next time I'm up in Chiang Mai. Totally wonderful!"
