I love this hotel. Three of us stayed at this hotel the night before our trek in Chiang Mai. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and got good reviews. When we checked in, there was some miscommunication and one of our friends didn't book a room. Even though the hotel was quite full, the super friendly staff quickly found a room for him, and without charging something outrageous! When do you ever see that anymore? The resort was great. Had a very relaxing ambience, the way it was set up. A very country feel. The rooms were enormous, so big we didn't know what to do with ourselves. The breakfast could have been better but then this place would have been too perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again next time I'm up in Chiang Mai. Totally wonderful!

This hotel is absolutely exceptional. We stayed in the duplex 1 bedroom suite, it was only slightly more expensive than a standard room but the extra money was definitely worth it. The duplex was just beautiful and great value for money, we couldn’t believe we got such a good deal for such a spectacular suite, we loved the view and slept very comfortably. There were even 2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs 1 downstairs. But the best thing about this hotel had to be the staff. I’ve never encountered such hospitable staff in my life, they did everything they could for us and really went that extra mile and made us feel at home and made our trip that extra bit better. The area is a bit secluded but we liked that since it’s not noisy, but there’s a shuttle service every half an hour to take you to the main road and you could even arrange for the car to pick you up free of charge. The hotel also gives you free bicycles which we loved, it was very fun to cycle around the area. Other than that we got around Chiang Mai using the app grab, (which is like uber) most of our trips were just 60 baht. This hotel was so amazing we did not want to leave and we even booked an extra night. Thank you so much to all the staff that made it amazing for us, if we come back to Chiang Mai we will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at the Singha Montra Hotel for five nights in Chiang Mai. It was a great launch pad for all our activities like ziplining, sightseeing, the lantern festival, and riding elephants. The best part about this hotel is the service. Especially the concierge, Guy. He helped us book many activities, checked on us every time we came in and out of the hotel, and was always quick to answer our questions. We communicated extensively by email before coming to Chiang Mai which helped our trip planning so much! The hotel provides free transportation to and from the airport, as well as a free ride to several locations in the city both at 11AM and 6PM which helped us a lot! The front desk will also call a cab or tuk-tuk for you whenever you like (but there are usually several close by if you just start walking!) Our room had a jacuzzi on the balcony and had an exquisite view of Chiang Mai. We could sit in the jacuzzi and watch the lanterns rise in the sky and fireworks explode over the city at night! The room was spacious with closets and high ceilings. The design was beautiful with dark wood walls and blue tiling. The only reason(s) I would give this hotel a 4.5 instead of 5 would be for cleanliness and the massage service. Our room floor always looked kind of smudgy like it wasn't really clean. There were several large stains on the carpets and the lampshade was torn up, whcih took away from the pristine appearance. Also, due to the plumbing in Chiang Mai, toilet paper can't be flushed down the toilet, so the bathroom often smelled. The massage therapists that we booked through the hotel were fine, but they finished about 12 minutes before an hour was up (and we'd booked an hour). It was irritating and about twice as expensive as anywhere else we saw in the city. But overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Singha Montra!

My wife and I had a great stay at the Chaya before heading over to Chiang Rai. Very impressed with facilities, large room and good upkeep of the place. I understand the resort is only a couple of years old, which I guess helps it maintain its shine. Will recommend to visiting friends and would come again.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Throughout our stay the staff was very helpful. Especially by giving suggestions, advice and recommendations for tours and sights, in and around Chiang Mai. The hotel is nice and clean with large rooms, a nice pool and best breakfast buffet. The hotel also providing free fruit and coffee in the rooms.

I enjoyed so much my stay at the airport greenery hotel. Besides the location, nearby the Chiang Mai international airport, the hotel is not far from Central airport plaza Chiang Mai, it's only within walking distance. Especially because I'm traveling with my family, this is of course really an advantage. Also this hotel is not far from the downtown if we want to there. The hotel also provides free shuttle van to the airport so it's really helpful for us to commute to the airport for departure. Nice hotel and food plus the other services provided such as laundry, restaurant are great.

The staff was great, the value was great, my kids loved the pool. The location was fine, but is very dependent on what you want to do while you're in Chiang Mai. There weren't any restaurants within walking distance. My main issue was with the breakfast. A lot of the customers seem to be from Chinese tours (at least half), but the entire breakfast was Chinese oriented. I saw a lot of Europeans come in and only get toast, as pork stew is not a particularly common breakfast item for them. Bagels, English Muffins, peanut butter and a wider selection for fruit would be great additions. Despite the breakfast, if I come to Chiang Mai, i will most likely stay at Harmony again.

We stayed at the Noble Place Hotel only for one night and mostly chose it for it's proximity to the Chiang Mai airport as we were on a plane with a late arrival. The taxi ride was only about 10 minutes. The room was very spacious and clean. A great value for the price. The staff was more than helpful and always professional. There was also a complimentary breakfast and free wi-fi which were added perks. I don't have anything negative to say about the hotel.

I enjoyed the 15 nights I stayed at the San Pareni Hotel. The staff was friendly and took care of anything I needed. The restaurant served great food at more than reasonable prices. I met the owner of the hotel, and her husband, they were very nice, and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the service and the room. I would stay here again, and plan on it the next time I am in Chiang Mai.

In the back streets of central Chiang Mai, the villa was on a huge land plot, with an amazing tropical garden setting. Although we were a big group, the villa was spread out with individual bedroom bungalows and a massive central sala. The villa manager Khun Sun was super helpful and spoke fluent english and even a bit of Chinese apparently. It was obvious that the villa had just opened, as some things were still wrapped in plastic, even the large snooker table in the main living area. It was so peaceful and relaxing in the estate grounds we didn't want to leave, and were happy to just chill, swim, eat and play snooker. The design of the villa estate was a blend of traditional Thai but with a very modern twist in some areas. Was a unique experience and look forward to going back again.

This hostel was so good and the people and staff are so nice I decided to cancel my flight to chiang mai and rented a bungalow for 5 nights which I'm glad I done so if anybody ever gonna book somewhere on ko Phangan definitely pick here because you won't regret it everything is kept clean an the bar has nice food for cheap prices so I'd highly recommend shiralea..

This is a fantastic boutique hotel that's close to the Chiang Mai (CNX) airport. The owner and the staff are extremely friendly and super accommodating. After my boyfriend and I got lost walking from the airport trying to find M1, we stopped at a hospital to get directions. The hospital staff got in touch with the owner of the hotel who came to pick us up! As we were on the way to the hotel, he apologized for the poor directions even though we were the ones who made the wrong turn. My boyfriend and I have never experienced that kind of hospitality and we're really touched by his generosity. Once we arrived to the hotel, the owner showed us to our room which was extremely large with an equally large bathroom, both of which were decorated in a cool contemporary style. After getting settled in our room, I came across a letter from the hotel for all guests that gave information about the hotel and closed by saying that their main objective is that all guests have a memorable stay which we found to be so humble and kind. My boyfriend and I didn't have a chance to explore much of Chiang Mai as we only had a quick stay there, but we highly recommend anyone to stay here as it is extremely clean with friendly staff, low rates, and seems fairly centralized to the bustling area of the city.

The day we arrived was evening, after checking in the boss drove us to the main area for dinner. Breakfast was served neatly on the dining table every morning, which there are quite a few variety to choose from. The hotel is located near Chiang Mai Airport and it takes only 5 mins to walk to the centre plaza. The pool is pretty clean, it's always great to chill out by the pool in the morning and enjoy sunbathing. The staff were all pretty nice and friendly, they helped us to rent a scooter and booked the one-day tour. We firmly believe that our trip wouldn't be so great without their assistance. Many thanks to Baan U Sabai Hotel, we had a nice time in Chiang Mai!

Overall it was great; really enjoyed my time here. Staff were super nice and accommodating. 10-15 min drive to the airport so conveniently located. Will definitely stay here next time. Free parking on site.

The rooms at the XYM are beautiful but the service was not so great. It's near the airport so we stayed here for our final night in Chiang Mai. The room was large, clean and well designed. The bed was really comfortable and the aircon works great. There's also a pool on the rooftop which is nice, but don't get your hopes up because it's a tiny, above ground pool. Upon check-in, we asked how much a songthaew to the airport would be and they quoted about 4 times the price it should be so we ended up just grabbing one on the street the next morning. They also had complementary drinking water like most hotels in Chiang Mai. The only problem is they were out of water while we were there. When I asked, the manager told me to go to 7-11. Conveniently, there is a nearby 7-11 but just the fact that he sent me rather than go himself speaks to the customer service here. Ultimately, at the price, I don't mind sacrificing customer service for a nice place. I was just a bit shocked as everywhere else we stayed in Chiang Mai had excellent service.

We stayed here because of the proximity to friends and the airport. The old city of Chiang Mai is 30 minutes away. Hotel provided airport transportation and adequate breakfast. (Make sure you ask for espresso or you get instant.) Staff was very helpful. Large room, comfortable king sized bed with interesting room decor. The road was a little loud if you are a light sleeper.

Off the beaten path, but a cozy stopover if you're on the way to or from the Chiang Mai airport. A brand new boutique hotel, quite nicely appointed with pleasant staff but if you are planning to stroll to the old city, the Night Bazaar, or other points of popular interest make transportation arrangements ahead of time or through the hotel. Many taxi and tuk-tuk drivers do not know this location because it is tucked away in a nondescript backstreet. Price is quite reasonable and while it includes breakfast we can't rate the quality as our flight left early in the AM.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Chiang Mai. Close enough to the centre of town to not be a problem, close to the biggest shopping centre and the airport, too close to the service station. The positives of this hotel well outweigh the negatives. If you are looking for a trouble free experience in Chiang Mai, then choose this hotel. Aom, the hotel manager was always happy to help with all my needs, and her spoken English was very very good so the hotel is perfect for foreigners. Do not hire a motorbike from Tonys Big Bikes, Aom has her contacts that will help you with this.

The staff were very nice and helpful. This is a very quiet and relaxed place that is very recommendable for couples and families. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Chiang mai.

My cousin and I stayed at 3 different places during our stay on Thailand. I'd have to say We Terminal was the best out of those 3. As soon as we arrived, the staff was already so helpful with getting our bags and helping bring them up to our room. The room was a very cute, clean, and private dormitory for you and your group. What my cousin and I appreciated even more was the fact that the hotel provided you with unlimited complimentary water bottles during your stay so you can take them on the go with you once you're out exploring and sightseeing. The hotel also had a complimentary breakfast from 7AM-10AM which I hadn't even known about until the day I checked in which was a plus. The breakfast had a variety of choices for you to choose from and the food was good as well. This definitely helped my cousin to start our day with full energy to explore the city. One last thing I loved about this hotel was the complimentary shuttle that could take you to nearby tourist locations in Chiang Mai, whether it be the City Square w the temples, weekend market, airport, etc. This saved us some more baht to spend on other things rather than transportation. The staff was very helpful and friendly and always at your service with anything you may need. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for an overall great stay and hotel experience. :)

5min walk to Central Plaza Chiang Mai airport. 5-10mins drive to airport (depend on traffic). 7-Eleven is nearby. Great staff,facilities,cleanliness and location. Highly recommended!

Arrived late but security guard had our key and everything ready and waiting. Clean roo., comfortable. Good for a brief stop in Chiang Mai.

Group of friends in their late 20's and we needed a night near the airport before leaving early the next morning. When we came back to Chiang Mai we had planned to stay more central and we were all happy with that choice. If you need low budget this is a great stop but otherwise wouldn't be a top pick.

De Jasmine Hotel is an excellent wee gem in an otherwise rather quiet neighbourhood in Chiang Mai. It's only 10 minutes to the airport and the old city square, but conveniently tucked away from all the noise and hustle and bustle of the city. The staff are very friendly. It is rare to get such exceptional customer service in Thailand. Would happily stay there again next time I'm in Chiang Mai and have appointments in the Mae Hin or Hang Dong areas.

Good service from staff, my husband was vegetarian and asked staff for help to inform the kitchen for vegetable food. About breakfast we already knew for one dish (cost 50 Baht, but our booking includes BF), it was not full enough for us. But we bought more food from 7-11.

Basic but quality stay and the price was right. It would be easy enough to walk to/from the airport if you could be bothered. Walking in the other direction from the airport right next to the hotel there's a number of upmarket eateries and bars, and a bit further before 7/11 there's a number of lower class bars with the Chiang Mai University waitresses that live off service tips.

Everything was perfect. Only problem was payment was not through Agoda (maybe because we booked in an hour of arriving) on my payment sheet but it did also mention it - we swapped a passport to wait and see if payment went through, then paid at the end of our stay and swapped back passport. Would definitely return - loved that it was quiet, loved the bed. loved the aircon, loved the shower. loved that it was close to the Old town but walking distance to Wat Suan Dock and behind the Wat - the Best Vegetarian in Chiang Mai. Also close by Nimma Road - loads of stuff there to do.

We stayed at the Deluxe Room for 2 nights and it was a pleasant experience. The whole resort is made of wood in traditional Lanna style, which made it quite interesting to try out. Staff were super nice and helpful, they knew everything about Chiang Mai and were willing to share their information to any guests. The garden was amazing and the pool was great. The only setback was the sign, the sign seemed to be a wrong one, which caused us some trouble find the resort.

Located between airport and old city!! 7/11 and Big C in walking distance, Walking distance to old city!! Hotel is clean.. staffs were very polite except in reception. Thai and continental breakfast available.. There's pool and gym but you have to pay for it. Hotel is spacious with garden and beautiful environment. We stayed in 2 different rooms, new superior and superior. Make sure you choose new one. Overall great value for money

A hidden gem very close to the Airport with good access to all of Chiang Mai. It is a very traditional modern property with a local feel. The facilities, are clean and very well managed at all hours of the day. The breakfast buffet exceeds expectations in scope and variety, and good for a quick get away in the morning.
