GreenPark Resort is amazing! I will recommand it to all my friends if they visit Chiang Rai. Room is clean and has big space, the staff is kindly and will give honest&useful advice. Locaction is good as well, nears Central Plaza and night bazzar, offers free bike to ride if you want. Various breakfast is delicious , I think all guest will enjoy it just as I did.

We're very impressed with the accommodation and breakfast. The accommodation is very comfortable and the breakfast is buffet as well, although ABF has to order and pay a separate price, but the price is reasonable. Overall, it's very good.

It was cheap, decent size room, clean enough and comfortable enough. Plenty of parking space and lots too far from the town Center area and walkable to shopping/food area. There’s not much in the way of “resort” facilities. I personally didn’t want them so I didn’t mind. It’s basically a good one or two night road stop where you fill your days away from the hotel - not a place to spend your time.

Simple stay- away from tourism”
This was a great hotel. it seemed like the staff really cared. Its located in the middle of a predominantly thai residential area. 15 min walk to big C, and central plaza ( which were also filled with only locals) making prices very cheap. Please note this area is unforgiving if you cant stand bugs or cockroaches ( they roam the streets at night). but hotel room includes bug repelent and mosquito zapper. we had one cockroach get into our room on the first day. but after that we were more carful with keeping door closed and putting repelent under doorslit. breakfast is good, includes different home made thai dishes each day, for those who like more than eggs and toast. room has hot water kettle. and many ammendities ( no microwave though) good for a quiet comfortable sleep. beds were better than average thai bed. best coffee ( and ice coffee) i've ever had a block away. I highly recommend you try fraps for 35 baht. every attraction in chiang rai is spaced apart. If you want to see it all for a reasonable price, rent a car. I believe chiang rai is one of the easiest cities to drive in. very sane traffic, people stay inside lanes, and lots of signage. otherwise best bet is a tour for 1000 bahtper person. we origionally tried seeing all attractions with busses and grab ta xi...wasnt worth it.

Delighted that I chose Green Park Resort”
I flew up to Chiang Rai from Bangkok for just a few days with a visiting friend. We were very happy with this hotel -- our rooms were perfectly clean and everything seemed quite new, the breakfast was very ample and just right for fueling up for a full day of exploring, the staff connected us with a really good tour guide/driver and we were very satisfied with the reasonable cost of our rooms. I'm planning to stay at Green Park again in a few months when I bring my husband to Chiang Rai.
