What an amazing hotel!”
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Room cleaning everyday if you need. If you put a 'don't disturb' sign on your door the kind cleaning lady hangs a plastick bag with coffee, tea, toilet paper and 2 bottles of water on your door knob, everyday! Everybody was kind and helpful at the reception. Aircindition works perfectly and you always have warm water in the shower. The bed was spacious and really cofortable. There is a water heater in your room to make tea or coffee. I booked the backpacker room and was really happy with it. I can fully recommend staying here if you come to chiang rai.

As always great stay. City center. I come mostly in winter time. With friend and always stay here very clean good room. All what u need everything near by and cheap small room is enough for myself or with someone. Bigger room. Is big and good. I love this hotel. U will not dissapoited believe me

Clean and quiet”
We spend there one night. Staff was very kind. We had place to park our motorbike. Room was very clean and smels very nice. There was shampoo, shower gel, conditioner in bathroom. Location just perfect for us. Highly recommending.

Best hostel”
On Saturday it is the best location for walking the street. Close to the most beautiful clock tower in the world. If you don't want to climb up the hostel. You can request to stay on the ground floor or second floor. It's most of my favorite hotel in Chiangrai right now.

Hostel is 4/F, Hotel is 3/F. I booked family room with 4 single-bed. Easy for change to hostel’s room if hotel’s family room not available. Staff is friendly. Nearby local market, lots of fresh foods & better than Bendu market. 5-10mins walk to Night bazaars, just few steps away to Sat. market. Better improve the cleanliness of bathroom as smelly even after showering all around. I stayed here 2 nights at 3/F and change the room to 4/F hostel. Total 7 nights. Thanks

Great stay, but no lift ”
Interesting building with character. The room itself is nice, clean and comfy. We liked that they provided free water and there's also TV in the room. However, there's no lift. If youre like us and placed on the top floor, it's a tiring way up with all your luggages and everytime you want to go out.

The hostel is on the fourth floor of the Chiang Rai Hotel. I stated here twice, in two different rooms, and would stay again. Tidy rooms, comfortable beds, great location. Water pressure is the showers is low but manageable. Wifi signal is stronger at the front of the building.

Very great location, near the Chiang Rai Clock Tower. Room is also clean but they don't have a lift. You can only use the stairs to get in your room.

This place is quite old, simply white thingy building as it looks on platform. But the place is nice, clean, not too close with the main area, but it's still convenient to go around.

It was confusing at first as essentially they're the same hotel on different floors. The location is great, the room is basic but clean. We had a family room for three adaults overnight. The room is spacious and clean (based on the expectation). Sufficient for a short stay, perhaps not enough comfort if you're staying in Chiang Rai for few more days. Overall, it's great value for money and great location in the city center. The downside, however, is no elevator. So be prepared to climb up and down even if the staff can help you with the luggage.

Good location and price”
Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is great,right by the clock tower. Can easily get cheap, public transport to white temple from here. Has pool table and laundry facilities. Nice quiet stay. Excellent AC and shower. Would come back.

Perfect location ”
Only one thing I don't like is no elevator because our room is on the 4th floor. We tried to not forget anything but the room is extremely big. We like it. Except the water system is weak. I didn't dare to washing my hair. So I kept it to the next hotel!!
