A great place to stay if you want to be outside of the centre of Bangkok. It is in a side street off the main road, offering some sense of quietness. There is Victoria Gardens close by (5 min walk) for your shopping (with a decent variety of western food options). A market with fresh Thai food is just across the main road (footbridge). With a bus (8-15 Baht depending on us quality) you can get to the Lak Son MRT station in about 8 minutes, and buses are very frequent. Take a songtaw for 7 Baht. There's a small pool and a room with mirrors and a some exercise equipment (calling it a gym is a but mich). Stage on site doesn't speak Englosh, so speaking Thai or Google Translate are a must. Though the owner/manager does speak some EnglIsh and can be reached on LINE. The rooms are nice and spacious, but could be cleaned better (same goes for the whole fascility). There's a washing machine available, and each room has a tiny balcony to hang up your laundry for drying. A little further (about 12 minute walk) there is a kind off shopping mall, with food stalls, super markets (Big C, Macro, DIY, Watson's...), that also sports a cinema (with the last show around eight). There is a motorcycle rider gathering spot right at the bus stop, if you like to grab one of them. Overall I really liked the place due to its convenient location amd relative modern rooms.

We're Really Love OYO 427 Chill Apartement”
We feel the comfort of home while staying here🤗 This apartment is run by a Thai family (husband and wife)😊 They have 2 very cute dogs♥️ Even though the owner can't speak English it's not a problem for us because Google Translate can handle it☺☺ Their swimming pool is clean and the water clear but we are the only ones who use it🤭 No other guests use the swimming pool because most of the other guests are local people who only stop by one day for business purposes😁 This apartment also has a Gym, Laundry Service, and an Ion Water Machine😘 The owner was very welcome and we were even allowed to use the kitchen and borrow some of their cooking utensils🤗 The location is really peacefull and 2 big malls in either direction only 5 min walk. Victoria garden with many shops and restaurants and the other way is Big C supermarket and so much more. McDonald's is 3 min walk and open 24/7 and 2 min walk is a 7/11 supermarket. We stayed here for 3 weeks and we're really enjoyed 💃

There is not parking for your car and the staff is always playing games on their mobile phones, they don't even care about if you need any help. Absolutely ridiculous. The water service is so poor !!!
