Close to airport, clean fresh rooms”
We booked last minute, great price, close to airport (although taxi didn't want to take us on such a shirt trip so organise with hotel first), staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were lovely, spacious and clean, breakfast included was not buffet but menu made to order and was still very nice. Late checkout not a problem. Rooftop pool was great to kill time before late flight home. Quite a few nice restaurants close by walking distance. Would recommend if wanting a hotel close to airport.

Comfortable Stay”
The hotel is very close to the airport, therefore convenient for travelling. The hotel staff were very cordial and welcoming. At breakfast, Mr. Ho Minh Tri ensured guests were comfortable and enjoyed their meal. His demeanour made the stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Good find”
It’s s 15 minwslk from the airport. We did it. If you’ve only rucksacks / hand luggage it’s pretty straight forward. Staff / room etc great. Clean. Bed is firm and pillows great. Breakfast is plentiful, get there earlier and everything is hot and tasty. Different things on offer. It’s definitely worth it. .

Great airport stopover”
Hi, for a stopover it was great.... the only problem I had was a lack of hot water.... it was barely warm, but for me not a problem.... everything else is a huge plus. Breakfast fantastic, staff, room, cleanliness all Aplus.... just be careful catching a taxi from the front of the hotel.... I got slightly ripped off, and this was from a taxi that the security person ushered me into.... again no big deal....

Super Friendly Manager”
4/5 star amenities but think is becos of Covid and low tourist traffic, things look a bit dusty but its ok. Room is very clean though. 10 stars to the manager Ho Minh Tri! Super friendly and made us feel so at home and welcomed. Ciai Saigon Hotel, dont ever let this staff go.. You are one lucky hotel to have Ho Minh Tri. Cheers!

Maybe hotel have to arrange a bus / taxi shuttle service from airport. Is too near but some taxi drivers won't go there (maybe not convenient because short distance) and by walk is too risky in HCM. Motorbikes everywhere. Good hotel.

Great Room and Nice Staff”
I liked this hotel and the location. Good and clean rooms, Good internet and everything was nice. My only complaint is that the first room they gave me had a ton of mosquito's, and I asked for a room change which they did. The 2nd room had a few and got bit. The bathroom windows are left open for ventilation, which I understand, but mosquito screens are required if they leave them open. If they take care of the mosquito problem, this hotel will be great.

Close to airport, convenient ”
We stayed 1 night (family room) when we arrived, transfering to another city the next morning. Convenient, very close to airport. And stayed again the night we fly out of VN. The rooms in the main hotel is very nice, the room across from the hotel is nice too, but the family room did not have a standing shower (has soaking tub), made it harder to get a quick shower & sleep before leaving again. I would stay here again, but will request for room in the main hotel building.

I have a problem with a taxi driver, and the hotel staff helps me to solve. Room was clean and the staff also kind. But a little bit noisy caused hotel bar and cars. Location of hotel is good. Cafes, restaurants are closed. And the airport also closed.

JUST FOR FEW HOURS”
Its an area you its very difficult to get a English speaking person. Had to change restaurants because they could not understand the word spoon. Could not eat noodles with a soup spoon. Came back to the hotel and ordered food and it was good and fine. I might not stay there again as it far from main city however those who want to stay 15 mins away from the airport is a good choice

We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions as it was close to the airport in a pleasant street and neighbourhood. The front desk staff was excellent. They helped with getting good taxi service; wake-up calls, and anything else we needed. The restaurant offered really good breakfast buffet as well as good menu selection for other meals. The staff in the restaurant were also great.
