Beautiful waterfront”
Location was impeccable. We arrived in the morning and reception was kind enough to offer early check-in. Room was clean and tidy and bed was comfy. We could see the whole Nha Trang bay from the balcony. The sunset and sunrise views were amazing. There were several tourist-oriented restaurants nearby and we had some good Vietnamese dishes at one of them. There was also a nice ice-cream shop opposite to the hotel. Pity that in the afternoon the building blocked the sun from the pool. But it didn't matter at all coz we just spent there for one night before we got to a resort where I got the suntan I wanted. Weather was just so fine in early April. Clear blue sky...

Good Value for Money and Clean”
We stayed in the suite for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of the best features was the washing machine inside the room, if you are not staying in a suit you have other machines available to you as well. The pool was very clean and the private beach loungers were excellent. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Oh yes, the beds were the most comfortable things I have slept on in 3 months of travel. Just heaven.

Travel in the time of COVID-19”
A proper review is not really possible given the situation in Vietnam. The hotel has nearly no guests and as a result have taken the decision to close the restaurants. This makes breakfast a problem and needing to leave town at 6.30 in the morning to get to our project site meant leaving without any breakfast. Usually the alternative would be streetfood, but in the area where the hotel is this is currently also a problem at such an early hour. A difficult experience, but I shall return as despite the issues, service was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hidden Gem”
Perfect for a long or short stay directly across from the ocean , steps away from Starbucks, vinmart and other western restaurants. Great gym and pool that I had to myself . Helen and Stella were both so helpful and kind during my stay. The condo exceeded my expectations! See you soon Citadines for my next staycation!!!

Great place in the heart of Nha Trang city”
This 5-star hotel is located on Tran Phu Street which is at the heart of Nha Trang city. From there, in just few minutes, I can reach to Starbucks or Highlands coffee and also other restaurants and bars placed right on the beach side where I can enjoy the beach view freely. Highly recommended.

Got an upgrade to a sea view and extended for another day. Everything was just great. Friendly and helpful staff. Professional through all departments. Location couldn’t be better with private beach area. The house pool is also a must since it is big and has depth.

A lovely beachfront hotel with all the amenities you would need. Staff are great with one taking me to the hospital to interpret for me. Above and beyond the call of duty which was very much appreciated. Breakfast is outstanding and again, the breakfast staff are very pleasant and helpful. The pool is a lovely place to relax and cool down. The hotel has chairs and towels available on the beach for guests use. I would certainly stay here again.

In the center of the town, a lot eatery nearby. Room is spacious with very nice sea view. The only problem is very noisy at night, can hear vehicle moving around, loud music from nearby club/pub.
