I book a 2 bedroom apartment and the place is not what i expected , frontdesk staff was helpful and friendly as ive received a warm welcome by the staffs . Functional But No Carpet on the Floor along corridor = Noise from Corridor”
As above... everything is as good as a Citadines can be - just that they needed to have enough noise protection along the corridors - either that you need to have door seals to isolate the rooms from noises along the corridor.

Maybe because it is still new (just opened in 28 April 22)...the unit and all are clean...spotless...stainless...odorless...AC is cold and worked well....hot water's pressure and temperature just right....kitchen..utensils..microwave...stove...water dispenser ...are new and no complaints! I hope if I return here 3 or 6 months later ...I would have the same condition as what I experienced before. Please do maintain! May 14th 22. Ninuk.

Stayed here for a week and it’s perfect. It has everything i needed, the staff were very attentive and helpful. Only downside were my grab drivers always turned to Newton1’s lobby instead of Citadines’s lobby though in front if the main gate there is a direction sign. Would stay here again next time i visit Jakarta

This Citadines is very new in Sudirman, just opposite from the Tokopedia tower. Very clean and comfy. Good facilities with the pool and the gym. The laundry room had some issues (many machines not working), but the good thing is that it's provided for free.
