Super, the best! Cheap but beyond expectation”
The staff were very friendly. They were respectful (2 male Bangladesh and 1 female Malaysian). The room was cleaned everyday. Linens were changed. Purified water ( 1 liter per day) to each occupants (we're 3), soap and shampoo, toilet paper were provided. There was an elevator. There was a hair blower inside of the room and an iron outside to press clothes... And the last but not the least is the location is situated near the mrt stations ( all routes) and adjacent to very cheap food outlets/malls plus laundrynette within 15 meters away from this hotel. We're very much satisfied. It's cheap. No negative feedbacks. All are positive.

Worth for money”
The one night stay was great, probably you get more than what you paid. Few steps away from Nu Central shopping mall and monorail station, very quite environment, the room is super clean and new, convenient store like Speedmart and 7 Eleven just next door. Plenty of street parking at night (charged at day time RM1/hour). Facilities in the room is new, bed is good, instant coffee and bottled water are prepared in the room. The only thing I could say for a room that below RM50/night is Bravo! Bravo!

Excellent Stay, Excellent Care”
I called up in advance to know if I can self-isolate here upon arriving KL. It is a relief that they accept guests like me! Because even without symptoms, other hotels that I called are not keen to take "risky" guests; which is understandable in this pandemic but very disheartening. Citi Hotel management shows no prejudice and treats you professionally upon your arrival. Mr Mohsiur and his team diligently adhere to SOP while being hospitable to every guest. I know where I am staying when I return to KL. Cheers!

Always my favourite when coming KL”
This is the second time i stay, everything is same as the previous experience. Clean room, comfortable bed, quite and cheap. You can get double room below RM50 with bottled waters and coffee, and i stayed for business propose, the Wifi is satisfied! Monorail is just few steps away. Eateries are everywhere!

Good hotel and all facilities are nearby. Hotel is very clean and neat. Everyday they clean and when you leave to langkawi or any other place you can leave the luggage there in safe custody of hotel. Only disadvantage is no car parking but you can park the car in next hotel at a fee of RM15 per day

Worth the money”
Cheap and worth it. Very close to nu sentral (2 min walking distance). Hotel was clean. It has a mini fridge, tv (didnt check whether it functions or not), iron and iron board was at the hallway outside our room. Internet was superfast (our room is at the second floor). The only downside was there was one small cockroach in the room (we managed to kill it) and the guest next door was SUPER noisy and it disturbed our sleep (it was 1-2 am at that time). I usually dont care about noises since i always wear an earphone but they were SUPER SUPER loud (talking, laughing and screaming) and i hear some footsteps running upstairs too. If you are a light sleeper, i wont recommend to stay here cos even the water noises were loud. Other than that, i like this place. Especially the location since its very strategically located. Located right next to 99speedmart and across 7 eleven.

Hotel receptionist is very friendly and always smile. The room is good and very comfortable. The location is near to Kl Monorail and Nu central. There is also 7 eleven in front of hotel and Mamak stall. Next time will book this hotel if I visit KL.

The best hotel ever I have stay in kl. Very near to kl sentral and there have mamak stall that open 24 hour. But I can hear sound of open water at the right room, overall I love this hotel especially when they do housekeeping everyday

KUDOS TO THE MALE RECEPTIONIST! ”
Our group arrived around 4:00 am on KL Sentral. Then just across the terminal is the Citi Hotel - accessibilty wise. The receptionist catered us well as our arrival time was way too early than the usual 2:00pm check-in time. Around 5:30 am, a couple had their checked-out and the receptionist let us stayed on their newly abandoned room so we can conveniently relax (we took a nap) and prep. We got out of the room before the proper check-out time but there's a new shift of receptionist, so we had to explain the fuss. We were actually worried for the 'good receptionist', thinking he might be suspended for his good deed on us but against the hotel policy (i guess), as we haven't seen him for awhile. The room is not that big but enough, clean and simple, not sound proof as you can hear some noises outside while the comfort room is spacious. Over-all, it was an easy access, the room rate is superb for a budget hotel, the receptionist was the best and our comfort of stay was very satisfying!

I stay with 2 daughters and take family room. Little bit smaller than l guess. But the facility, location and others are ok. Next time will take this hotel again
