warmly greeted by hotel staff, especially the bell boy, Mr. Sorn need to be praised the most, not to forget Mr. Day & Mr, Dan. Mr. Sorn recognized me & my sister after few time stayed in your hotel, he warmly greeted us whenever he saw us, it's really lovely, and he is passion to his job and has done well, and to show more concern about our where about and departure flight detail when we deposit our luggage at lobby, Citin might not the best hotel at Pratunam, but because of the great staff like Mr. Sorn, we will return to Citin at our next trip to Bangkok

This hotel always fast replied my email for booking confirmation prior to my arrival. Their staff fast responded and attended to my room problem, air cond leaking & shower water very hot. TV channels not attractive at all, but it's ok for me, I just browse my mobile phone. WiFi connection was satisfies. Near airport link & easy access to BTS. Breakfast provided almost the same dish everyday, hot dish were mostly spicy, even the soap and baked beans, I can't take spicy food, so I only took toasted bread with butter & jam and fruits/salad, if the chef don't put chili in all hot dishes will be good.

Small budget hotel. The rooms was clean and everyday provide new towel and bed-sheets. Very convenient walking distance to Platinum mall and other shopping malls. Good location for shopping. Friendly staff, a bellboy named Khun very helpful and courteous in your queries. Taxi takes less then a hour to reach DMK airport.

Thanks hotel manager, Mr Samak Rangsri for the soft toy given to my girl as a memory. Good that there was no extra charges for massage in the room from the massage shop next to the hotel. The street was happening even late at night. Free shuttle from the hotel to the main road to Platinum Fashion Mall. Delicious veggie breakfast.

The staff (a young guy) help me carry my luggage to corner of the road where is a bit far from hotel since the grab couldn’t coming in to hote due to road jammed. All the staff is very kind and helpful....

Very good location, all walking distance to train station, shopping mall, markets and lots place to eat around the area. Our room is very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is vegetarian and we enjoyed it. We will come back here if we go to bangkok.

Front desk staffs are friendly and easy to get in touch with (you can call them 24/7 and get help ASAP). Housekeeping was satisfactory and helpful. Special thank to KUNG (concierge) for his help. Despite the hot weather and bumpy road to the station, he was not reluctant to help us to get there and carefully explained the route. He was so considerate and deserves to be promoted to higher position 🤞🏼💕. Overall, we had a wonderful time here and would definitely recommend it to our friends. Thank you very much 💕.

Best 3* budget hotel ever stayed in bkk”
Well trained staff. Very helpful, always there to assist. Husband was very sick and need to return back home on the 3rd day of the trip for urgent surgery. Staff helped us to book the taxi to hospital, to the airport without any complain. Helped us to get our bags. Promised to refund us 1 night of hotel stay since we check out 2 nights earlier out of sympathy. Really very nice place to stay. Very nice people there. Thank you so much

Pro - Good location if you like shopping . morning and night market is in 5 min walking distance, platinum mall is in 10-15 min walking distance. There are convenience store, few massage outlets, food stalls, and food court outside the hotel. Con - Will be plus point point if can improve on the breakfast choices, i think should add in some eggs items and most of the main course do not suit to our taste
