A Good Hotel will Good clean rooms and even tho had an issue with the hotwater Reception was onto it straight away and good staff at the front desk . However the Buffet Breakfast was made so more pleasant by the fact that you were greeted every morning which was great and very friendly Kitchen staff as well as the Manager who could almost read your mind as he ordered the eggs b4 we did So a big thankyou all Kenneth & Rose

The hotel is located just opposite City Square Mall. Very convenient. The room looks clean. However, there is a smell of don’t know what which seem coming from the leather sofa. The aircon is cold and not noisy. Walls between room seems to be very thin. There were two women who was talking non stop one morning. Also, I am able to hear the motorbike sound coming from the road. Overall, not bad for the price paid.

Second time stayed 3 nights here, the room is comfortable for the price. But we really had a great time thanks to the hospitality and friendliness of all the staff at the hotel. Booked this hotel for 6 days(extended). Room was clean and big. Housekeeper was super nice and help to offer cleaning my room. Receptionist was friendly. Overall, worth the money to stay here (recommended also for family since the room is quite big). Best thing got mini fridge!!

GOOD Wake up call available. Life provided. Clean hotel with very friendly staffs from reception to cafe. Bathroom is clean w shower and shampoo provided so bring ur own toothbrush and tooth paste. Towels, cold and hot shower provided. Many f & b around the hotel, plus lok lok. City square is just in front of the hotel. BAD Loose security. Room with window is noisy with traffic ourside. Anyone can go up to any floor of the hotel. I was stalk by a guy when I was having lunch at citrus cafe and the guy actually waited for me in front of the cafe. Security might be tightened in this area. Afterall is a good hotel but just dun get stalked easily. Girls, wear more clothes.

Location is a winner”
Staying for one night at this hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay. Location is very close to the night life, close to the big shopping mall and many food stall around especially at night. Breakfast is okay, room were clean and staff were very helpful. but they're really strict on their 02.00 pm policy for check in. we arrived at 12.30 pm and room were not ready yet, so when we finally check ing in our room were upgraded.. thank you.. definitely will stay in this hotel again if I ever go to Johor Bahru again
