Great overnight staycation!”
We are frequently doing random hotel staycations for the past years and it’s the first time we checked in after more than a year due to the lockdown. Nobu Hotel did not fail our expectations that the hotel, rooms and facilities were very clean and you feel safe that they have upheld high standards in sanitation. The bed was comfortable, we binge watched Netflix through their TV set, the mini bar can be consumed for free, and we had a nice in-room breakfast which is part of the room package. And the staff we encountered were very courteous and helpful.🥰 I wish we had more time to stay at Nobu but we have to get back to our busy schedules. It’s a pleasantly unforgettable experience and we will certainly be back. Thank you, Nobu Hotel.❤️

I travelled with my family of 4, 2 kids wich is 5yrs and 3 yrs. We really love this place. We really recommend this if you are looking for a place wich is central and wabt to avoid the traffic in Manila. The hotel is really in world class of service from the staff members. They are really profesjonal at they work and togheter with polite and humble its really easy to always choose to stay at Nobu. The rooms are good and spaceful and clean. The pool and fascilities are really good. We will see you again when we get back.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating - we would like to commend Randy (bell hop), Troy, Martin and a lady receptionist (Nobu Restaurant) for their eagerness to help and please us during our stay. Nobu restaurant even surprised me with a cute and delicious birthday pudding! We love our room (Nobu Suite) and the location (first floor near the resto and pool). We were surprise to find out how big it was and complete with all the things you need for your stay. The free wifi has a very strong signal! We will definitely comeback.

Great Service, Dark Rooms”
The service is impeccable and the staff is very courteous. Many restaurants to choose from near the casino. Rooms are very clean and roving personnel ensure that elevators are not overcrowded (to ensure physical distancing). However, rooms can be very dark; although it is cozy, it would be good to have at least an option for better lighting. When valet is not available, parking is a bit of a walk away and can be a hassle if you are carrying bags, BUT we found out (only upon checkout) that there is a shuttle service between the parking and hotel lobby.

This property is amazing. The security is very good. Within the hotel property, there are shops and restaurants. Also, this hotel is connected to a casino. The staffs are very polite and helpful in any possible way they can assist you. The cleanliness is well observed and maintained. The breakfast buffet has a lot of selection and plenty to choose from. Surprise bouquet of flowers set up in the room, complete with showers of rose petals and welcome amenities set the tone for the entire stay: fun, hassle free, truly an experience for the memory. It is not commonplace finding a team of staff that makes guests feel at ease even if its the first time for one to stay in a hotel. And the sincerity of the staff is evident, of wanting to ensure its going to be a happy stay is remarkable. When one is made to feel special, guests can only wish this is already home! I have been to different 5 star hotels here in metro manila but Nobu hotel stands out! neat and clean rooms and facilities Staffs were so kind and not intimidating, they are approachable too. facilities are superb! i love the pool area and the garden. Rooms are so spacious, They have free snacks at their mini bar which made me feel so happy. Amenities are complete. Overall it was a nice stay with Nobu. I will probably go back

We had apprehensions in staying since we are not into Casino gaming but was only looking to relax. It turned out, however, to be the best staycation of our lives. Front Desk Kat was so helpful and friendly , guaranteeing that we will appreciate the Nobu Suite room. What was remarkable that she even remembered our names upon checkout. We highly appreciate the assistance considering that I am working for an international hotel chain and has encountered many escalation calls from guests regarding FO staff as rude or what not. She made us feel like VIPs. The Suite room was so immensely beautiful and how we wish to have stayed longer. Surely if finances and time permits, we will be back to try the floating cabanas and taste the mouth watering cuisines. We love Nobu Hotel.

Good location, cleaned room, excellent up level customer service, had upgraded my executive room to suite room for foc. Recommendation : If the management could put up some set of water dispenser (hot & cold) /or ice cube refilling station at outside each floor corner or just at designated floor (not too sure sure if there is-haven’t seen one), that would be super super great. Overall : We had a great experienced overnight.

I had the most beautiful stay at the nobu Manila. On my way to the islands and on the way back. Nice and close to the airport. I missed my flight and they let me come back in to my room with an extended checkout so I could relax and sort out my travel plans. Nothing was too much and the staff were super helpful. To a certain extent, it is rare to find enjoyment in hotel staycation, given the cumbersome restrictions due to quarantine protocols. The Nobu Hotel simply amazes me with their unique hospitality the moment I set foot their establishment. I feel safe with their stringent security and health protocols being implemented. Checking in was a breeze. I was well attended by Dominic from the reception who was extra helpful with his suggestions for an enjoyable stay at the Nobu Hotel. On my third time at the hotel, I am delighted with the deluxe room with a pool view. Everything was superbly prepared. I can really say that I get what I paid for, and more!

Booked 2 suite rooms and 4 deluxe rooms for 3D2N. Amazed by their service. The rooms were spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast could be improved--I've stayed with Okada Manila in the past and their buffet breakfast was extensive. They waived our photoshoot fee for the pre-nuptial pictorial :) The staff were very helpful - loved them!

We were upgraded to the biggest room for free which is fantastic. The room was clean and modern, very spacious. We love the Japanese design, even the Japanese toilet. The only thing I didn't like were the stains on the carpet. It looked like something happened in the room and it's quite visible. But the service is impeccable so we'll check in again for sure.

We booked a deluxe pool view room to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary. Jen, the front desk officer upgraded us to a suite. Room 8533. The room is superb! Pros: - spacious 1-br suite - luxurious bathroom and amenities. It features an automated toilet and separate bathtub and shower - black-out blinds - nespresso machine - clean and odorless room despite the entire place being carpeted - welcome fruits - turn-down service. Popsicle mousse were provided - when we arrived they delivered a 3-pcs croissant cone mousse with an anniversary greeting card - massive tv screen - JBL speaker/ alarm clock. You can dock your iphone - excellent in-room dining experience - excellent customer service - Swift check-in and check-out Cons: A bit of a walk from the parking lot if you have a kid and infant on tow.
