Very afforable. I have to admit that I judged the outside of the building as it came to my mind that I will be very disappointed with the room. The location is very near to Libingan ng mga Bayani and when we got outside our destination, I was confused. I asked the guard where's the hotel located and it was just in front of us. I did not noticed as it does not look like a hotel. Check-in process was very fast and convenient. The lobby is very small that is why I am not sure if it will look like the same as the pictures, will exceed my expectations or I will be very disappointed. Surprisingly, everything started to show me how nice the hotel is when we got inside the elevator. If you tap your room card for the elevator, you won't be needing to tap the floor as it will get automatically tapped once you use the card. I am amazed. When we got to our destined floor, I am shocked how pleasant and clean the hallway is. You will not expect this when you see the building. When we opened the room, that's when I said it is worth it and that it is the most affordable place with a nice room I've ever been. So spacious and cozy!! I am happy with the bathroom because it's the one I always look for when it comes to hotels. The only thing I want them to improve is the Wi-Fi. We'll be back for sure!

I REALLY LOVE THIS HOTEL! ❤️ The room were so big. It is so clean and I like every details of the room, very relaxing. A lot of nearby stores and fastfood chains. I recommend this to couples and friends. Staff is warm, friendly and professional. The room including the toilet & bath is clean. I love their concept and breakfast was good too! Great location. The hotel is just walking distance from the ATM, port area and a few steps from the various restaurants, cafes and restobars.

Great Minimalist Room”
If you first come in in the lobby, you would thing that the place is small but the room is actually big. It's clean, the bed is comfortable and aircon is really cold. Toiletries are complete. However, no slippers which is fine with us. Also, the room was complete with a small refrigerator, water heater, coffee and comp bottled water. Oh yeah, no cable, but just TV plus (local channels). We had a nice time that we even extended our stay. While we had trouble as we mistakenly booked in the wrong dates the staff were super helpful and nice about it and didn't charge us at all (we just had to coordinate with Agoda which was easy and quick too). The Afterhours rooftop bar was also a plus and a good place to hang out. Just don't except too much for breakfast, it was ok. Also, the meat served in their resto Samgyupsama was so hard that we didn't enjoy it. However, all in all our stay was great and we had a nice time. 👍 We might go back! 🙂

Our stay was overall satisfactory. The family room that we availed was spacious. Minor comment would only be the aircon, it’s a window type and can’t cool the whole room and also we had to request for toiletries whenever it rans out because it’s only good for 1-2 persons but we are 6 in the room. Aside from these, we’re happy and would recommend this to friends.

Exceptional service. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Love the room. We stayed at the luxury suite. Its like you stayed at a 5 star hotel. We were there last saturday. They also have acoustic nights. So relaxing to chill at the rooftop bar in the morning or at night. They followed what I want the room to look like cause I requested for a room setup. Would definitely reccomend this place.

Stayed here twice within a month and my review stays the same - enjoy this place. Staff are great and helpful. We tried the all you can eat Korean bbq upstairs and it was great! Like I said before, don’t judge the place by the looks of it. May look small or not appealing from outside, but the stay and location was great for us

My reservation is just a standard room worth 1500 per night and they upgraded it to their luxury room good for 2 which cost 7200 per night but we just paid 3600 for 2 nights we used the room for wedding preparations and the room can accommodate visitors too. Don’t judge a book by its cover ”
Literally don’t judge the place by the outside. Looked super small, but once you get inside, way better than expected. Room was great, super cold aircon and good staff! After hours bar up stairs, live bands and a all you can eat Korean bbq. Super convenient with 7-11 just downstairs. Safety is what I like - you can’t use elevator without a card (Past reviews said they charge for the room key, WRONG. NO CHARGE just for room key.) Also, Free WiFi for the room. Not super fast but enough to communicate and browse. I would definitely recommend this place! Location is not bad as some reviewers say. Yes taxi/Grab drivers can easily miss the place. But with landmarks such as 7-11 just there makes it easy to find. Take a GRAB and you can be at the tourist spots in no time.

Other than being strategically centralized near shopping centers and night life activities, the front desk managers (Michael, a lady, and JM), security guards, and dining staff were all very professional and helpful during our stay which very enjoyable!!
