"the room was great, shocking gym (very outdated equipment), just off the beaten track but was ideal as a base camp. you have to pay for the indoor pool (seems pointless). didn't try any of the spa treatments. as a three star hotel this is reasonable but they could really strive for four! "

"The rooms are nice, and clean. The breakfast options were limited. The staff was very helpful, but not very attentative, when I first arrived I waited for a good 15 minutes before someone even notices I was there. I even called them but it seemed they didn't bring their phones with them, and I wouldn't have bothered to mention this if it wasn't for the fact that in the morning when I was checking out, I faced the same problem. Staff was hard to find, but again very helpful and pleasant once I found someone to help me."
