The hotel was clean, rooms were big, the location convenient, but most importantly the service was very good. Everyone tried their best, from the moment I walked in, everyone really put in the effort to make my stay a memorable one. Will definitely return when I next visit Bandar Lampung.

We had a nice stay at Novotel even though our schedule were pretty packed during the day and only spend the night at the hotel. The breakfast selection is great. The room is very clean and pretty big. This hotel is indeed one of the best hotels in bandar Lampung. The only complain is the location which is pretty far from the city center.

We went to the hotel by end year vacation along with the family. We planned just short rest at this hotel, among our recreational trip around Bandar Lampung. But when we arrived at this hotel, we found the hotel above our expect. It's located at the heart of city. So it would be fine for business trip also. The hotel and room are very neat and clean. Room facilities are very well also -regarding the price: bathtub and shower with constant hot water, safety deposit box, good collection of mini bar, large LCD screen with paid TV channels, central air conditioned, private balcony, and praying mat for Moslems (all included in deluxe room). More than described and pictured on agoda. It made us very convenient to stay longer, plus well choices and good taste of buffet menu breakfast. Still has some cons: -under standard reception service: never pick up phone from room, less smile. -cold water bath room not running well so we hardly adjust water temp level. Anyway, generally this hotel is highly recommend for stay at Bandar Lampung. The hotel with great facility by value.

Selected this hotel for my wife & staff for a quick shopping trip in the city. There has long been a need for reasonably priced accommodation in Bandar Lampung that has new, modern facilities. Alot of the hotels in this price range are quite tired. No complaints from wifey at POP Hotel, cozy rooms with everything needed for a short stay, cable, quick wifi, attentive staff, the breakfast was basic but as expected, will be back for sure as this is something fresh & new, something Bandar Lampung has long needed......

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful, providing tips on local attractions and directions to areas in the Lampung area. We enjoyed the pool every day of our stay, even in the rain, and looked forward each morning to the buffet breakfast that offered Indonesian cuisine such as bubur ayam or sayur lontong, or waffles, croissants, and fresh fruit with yogurt. The coffee was excellent...but ask for the specialty coffee made per cup by a machine near the cashier. The large hotel grounds provide an oasis in the city of Bandar Lampung, yet everywhere we wanted to see was close by. Overall we had a great three nights at this hotel.

I was visiting lampung for a family holiday (boyfriend booked this hotel on recommendation) it was everything and more, value for money, staff very helpful and my children loved the pool, I would certainly use this hotel again, thank you, Ismawati

An enjoyable stay in Bandar Lampung with this business-budget hotel. Staying in Nano Deluxe room for my first night and indeed very nice with its cleanliness and modern design, and then found out that this hotel has Studio room which is perfect for me as a solo traveller The room is small but has a smart concept. The 2 bathrooms which are shared for 5 guests are quite clean. Unfortunately both in 2 rooms I stayed, the sewer on the bathroom floor are always stink. Breakfast is not good that the food is cold eventhough I came as the earliest one that day. I didn't mind at all for not getting it on my second day (breakfast is not included for studio room). Overall, with the great location on Kartini street and modern concept, I will stay at this new hotel again for my next visit to Bandar Lampung:

I stayed here with my wife and my children, they love the scenery, we had dinner in the restorant with a great night view, my children can play at the swimming pool as well, over all this hotel is one of the best in Bandar Lampung.

Near to the business area and near to the Keripik Pisang YenYen Shop (famous food gift from Bandar Lampung)

hotel locate at central Lampung, quite far from Lampung city (approx. 20Km). If you want to go to visit Lampung beach on south Lampung, it tooks approx. 4 hours. Overall hotel is clean, complete amenities and room is quite big

We stayed here for some important family matters in Bandar Lampung. In general, cleanliness is fine, but inside the room is not acceptable. I believe this hotel need new stakeholder who is willing to invest more to renovate and redesign the whole facilities (especially rooms). Please renew all rooms, you have very good location already. The cleaning staff need more attention to be more proactive and quick initiative.

Amalia is one of the best hotel in down town of Bandar lampung at jalan radin intan Sumatera. I feel comfort to stayed 3 night and have a clean room and a good breakfast.

A nice, convenient, affordable hotel for transit. The staff were very friendly and polite. It was quite far from city center, but very near to the airport and right next door to a convenience store and restaurant. At first we booked the cheapest room as we were arriving late and had to leave early the next morning. I don't recommend this as the cheaper (standard) rooms were located at the older, separate building. The older room was swarming with mosquito, had no hot water, stained sheets, old furniture, and the AC took forever to cool the room. As we were travelling with a small child, this will not do. The mosquito and stained sheet had me worried the most. We upgraded so we could move to the new building, but as it was mostly booked (fully booked for deluxe room), we had to upgrade 2 tiers up to their executive room. The newer room was quite nice though. It had all the modern amenities, new furniture, and very clean. If you are planning to stay at this hotel, I'd recommend booking at least the deluxe room and stay away from the standard, older rooms. Note: Although I booked through Agoda, I stayed using my own reservation. I rechecked my booking the day before my arrival, but the hotel said my booking didn't exist. I called Agoda's customer service and they said they'd make sure my room will be ready by the time I arrived. I double booked to be safe. As I arrived, there was still no booking under my name via Agoda. Do reconfirm your bookings as you could be stuck without a room if the hotel is fully booked. There is no other decent hotel nearby.

lil bit far away from Bandar Lampung , but the Staff so Kind and help, room-stuff seem.. need tobe replace with new stuff (carpet, furniture, etc)but the breakfast is good

Its wonderful time to be here. Kak Disa very helpful. He's arrange my transport from Bandar Lampung to Krui (he's give me contact driver -Cik Wan). In my first night, me and other guest have barbecue. No worry too far from market, because in this guest house you can also rent motorcycle. In my second day, i go to Pulau Pisang (Banana Island) its not too far for guest house. Really amazing place! Its was great time and refreshing holiday in Krui.

This is a lovely, simple lodge very near to Way Kambas. The pros are it's spacious and quite cool at night. The downside is the food at the lodge, including breakfast, is very simple/low quality and overly expensive. The food on the menu is 3x the price in Jakarta or another large city in Indonesia. The lodge would be much more attractive to travelers if there was a swimming pool. It's a very hot climate in Lampung and a swimming pool would be a strong selling point.

I came to Lampung for business purpose only. Therefore, I chose the hotel which is near with city central. You can just walk from hotel to one of the famous shopping center. The room is quite big & very comfortable. I can get internet strong connection from my room and it's free. The staff are friendly & helpful. Last but not the least, the price is considered cheap. In overall, I will stay at this hotel again if I need to visit Lampung in the future.

Staff were very attentive to our needs, very prompt. Air-conditioning in the room wasn't great but the staff managed to fix it fairly quickly. No hassles, breakfast was incredible authentic Indonesian food. All in all a great experience. However, due to the location of the hotel, its tough to visit other parts of the town without transportation. It is perched high up: walking down would have been a real pain and there wasn't much else to do there. The hotel could improve upon its own in-house facilities such as shops and more restaurants; that will make it a better one-stop place where more things could be done.

Cheap in price but good service. The reception staff was friendly but it would be better to have more product knowledge about hotel facility and about city information.
