"I have stayed in many Bangkok hotels and also several of the Soi 11 hotels. This was my first stay at the a Grand Swiss and it is far superior to the others. It's cleaner and more modern. The rooms are well decorated, equipped and very comfortable. The shower was excellent. Breakfast selection was very good. The staff including the carparks attendants, receptionists, security, restaurant and room service were all polite, friendly and attentive. Very, very impressed. I have already re-booked to stay later this month and this will be my hotel of choice moving forward. I wish I had found before."

"this was one of the best hotels we stayed at when travelling in thailand! great location right on koh san road, rooms were lovely and staff were helpful. great place if you like to party because there are parties going on until the early hours all down this road. the pool on the roof was cool and open until 2am if you fancy a midnight dip! we travelled from koh tao and arrived in bangkok at 3am, check-in is meant to be 1pm but they let us check in at 6am which was really nice of them, we will definitely stay at dang derm when we next come to thailand! "A very nice Hotel, the staff are great, everyone I spoke to was friendly and polite and very helpful, and best of all spoke good English, very unusual for a Bangkok Hotel, I think Raddison must have a very good training programme for their staff, I’ve stayed in many Hotels in Bangkok and quite a few 5 star establishments that don’t have great staff like this, well done. One more thing, the breakfast was delicious and I’m still dreaming about the blueberry jam, delicious !"

"This is my second visit since last year. Showed some improvement at receptionist counter (More attentive and polite). Check in and out was fast, paid deposit of THB2000 for 3 nights by credit card which will be refund when you check out (Hotel in Bangkok need deposit during stay, so is ok for me). Booked Luxury Room at Main Tower, rooms are spacious, clean with stable wifi and clean big bath room with clean bathtub, everything as show in Agoda website. Only downside is the bathroom, very slippery floor, so be careful everyone. (I nearly fell a few times during my stay, hope something can be done before accident happens for other guest). Last of all, this hotel is very close to most shopping center in Pratunam and there are a lot of small night stall outside hotel and famous chicken rice are just opposite of hotel but will need to walk around 15-20 mins to reach nearest BTS. Will still choose to stay here if there's room promotion on my next trip to Bangkok."

Great staff, friendly, kind and helpful. Beautiful restaurant on the roof top, we only had drinks but the food looked amazing."

"I am a visitor from Hong Kong and stay at Pullman Hotel G. Yesterday was my first day to check in to the hotel, Unfortunately I found my luggage was wrongly pick up at the airport. I was feeling lost and don't know what to do at that moment cause me and my girl friend doesn't speak Thai-language, also I don't even have a contact of my airline. So I went back to the lobby and looking for HELP. One of your staff which stay at Bell Captain side call Ping heard my situation and started help me to found out the number of the airline and talk with them about my issue. After all the conversation done, Ping suggest me to take the wrong luggage back to airport first and let BFS to handle my case. While we sent back the luggage and go to travel around, it was mid-night when we back to hotel. Another Bell Captain JoJo was there and I was asked for help to tracking my case. It was 8 hours later since I sent back the luggage and seems no luck on it as JoJo mention after he help to call the BFS. JoJo said he will stay connect with the BFS and let me know any update if need. Finally, BFS call me one hour later and said mine luggage was back to the airport and will sent back to the hotel I live! The next day I go back to Bell Captain, NJ saw my letter which provide by the hotel and already know what am I think of. My luggage is back! It's really amazing on all of you guys which help me on this ultimate-scared case and I think the training and the empathy of your staff are very well. I will recommend all my friend who will be BangKoK to travel to come to Pullman Bangkok Hotel G ! Also, a concierge staff call OFF also help us to contact the Van we book cause the time on my booking time is complicated. Thanks for his help too. Finally, i was received a cheat call from bangkok, thanks for your staff GAM to help me translate and let them know we are not worth to cheat. Again, thank you so much for all of your staff which helps. "

"we stayed in the baiyoke sky hotel in bangkok for one night at the end of travelling around thailand for two weeks. it was a great experience. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was luxurious, the views amazing and the choice of restaurants/food was vast. if you are planning on doing some shopping in bangkok this hotel is ideally situated not far from the mbk shopping centre - great for some bargains. the baiyoke sky does a free shuttle service to and from the centre. one downside was the location - if you wanted to venture out to eat you had to get a taxi as there were no good restaurants within walking distance (although there was a few mcdonalds/kfcs for fast food convenience). having said that, getting a taxi/tuc tuc around the city is so cheap - around 100-150 bhat (£2-3) for a 20-30 minute taxi ride - you can't really complain! although the lobby and bedrooms were luxurious and modern there were some areas of the hotel that are in need of some renovation. for example, the pool/gym area - decorated a bit like a kids zone didn't quite fit in with the rest of the elegant decor. overall, i would recommend the baiyoke sky hotel although book online in advance for better deals as the rates on arrival is very expensive. "This hotel was recommended to me by an acquaintance. Even though there are Bangkok hotels which looked more impressive through my research, thought I'd just trust the first hand experience for myself and book Asia Hotel. I would say Asia Hotel is the finest hotel and value for money I have ever stayed. 5 star service. Staff are patient and willing to go the extra mile. They are very efficient in providing what they can to help you. You will not regret it! I am already wanting to visit Bangkok again and Asia Hotel you deserve my business!! Highly recommend. The breakfast buffet is very decent too, I love the fried rice!! Not to mention it is extremely convenient to the main shopping central of Bangkok. Good work and thank you Asia Hotel!"
