"The staff was accommodating enough, however check-in and check-out took far too long. The breakfast was truly memorable with some of the best and sweetest fruit I have had at a hotel. The facilities are OK, but no pool. The room a junior suite was enormous with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom with a tub. The room was clean, however I did sense that the builders had scrimped on fixtures because the materials used in its construction, i.e. flooring, trim, bathroom hand basin were done with cheap out of date materials. For example the border plate between the bedroom and bathroom was loose and not properly fitted. Another small inconvenience was that towels, sundries were set for only one individual rather than the two staying in the room. Considering the late hour we made do with one towel for two people. The location can be a good thing if you want to head to points North in a good part of Bogota, however as it is located over a major thoroughfare quite a bit of road noise can filter into the rooms, perhaps better sound proofing is in order. The value to cost ratio is excellent and cannot fault the hotel staff who were at all times professional with good English language skills. I feel that if it had a pool it would justify its 4 star rating. "
