This wine-themed, contemporary-style hotel is an excellent value. Rooms are spacious, clean, nicely designed, and comfortable. WiFi routers had to be reset daily, but otherwise the signal was strong and reliable and freely accessible. The room has its own wine bar, with about two dozen different bottles to choose from, which looked well-selected and reasonably priced. The continental breakfast was very fine. The couple running this place was always helpful and friendly. The immediate downtown neighborhood, although nothing special, is a close walk to the subway, restaurants, the Plaza de Mayo, and Argentina's Congress building. The quality of this hotel was excellent at the low price I paid, even compared to other hotels in Buenos Aires in the same price range. I extended my stay, and I would certainly stay there again.

In a great location for accessing all the main sites and the happy hour deals are great value, but beware. We booked and paid in full in advance thinking this would ensure the best price. It did not! The rates by the day we arrived were less than half what we paid, and we should have cancelled and rebooked to save money.

Had the best three days ever. We were only in Buenos Aires for three days and relied on the team for recommendations and arrangements. From picking us up in the airport, booking a small guided tour, best tango show and exchanging dollars at a competitive rate, there is nothing negative I have to stay. Thank you so much! I should also say that the breakfast service and choice was fresh. Also the rooms are spacious (ours was huge) and relaxing.

kudos to diana and her co-workers. very friendly staff and diana approved a late check out for 4 p.m. for our 2 days of stay in buenos aires. my wife and i enjoyed our stay at room mate carlos hotel-don't get fooled by the name room mate. old building but is quite hi tech and very well managed hotel we will return for our stay at this hotel on our next visit to buenos aires. i choose this hotel because of all the positive comments from fellow travelers.

Clean property. No problems at all. Nothing to do with the hotel at all however do not wear any jewelry in Buenos Aries as I had a valuable necklace snatched off me about 7.17 at night. DO NOT WEAR GOKD JEWELRY

Hotel was great, huge comfortable bed, breakfast included eggs and fresh fruit. The parking situation needs to be improved. We were directed to park in the car park next door. Normally in Buenos Aires, they take your keys and park the car for you. Not here. We were told there were reserved spaces for Dazzler guests on the ground floor and on the 3rd basement. They were all taken. After driving round 4 levels of parking, after a long journey, I gave up and the staff freed up a space by the entrance, saying that they'd been watching us on the cameras and that there were spaces. There are any number of car parks in Palermo, the Dazzler should use a different one. On another note, Agoda needs to make it clear that VAT is not included in the stated price, and charge VAT when charging the guests's card. It's a bit of a shock to have paid $100 and then have to pay a further $20 on arrival, after driving round a parking garage for 20 minutes. Of course, none of this is Dazzler's fault.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Scala, I really enjoyed my stay there and it did not cost me much. The staffs were friendly and helpful, It was at a great location with good internet access. if I have to be in Buenos Aires again, I must stay at Hotel Scala

Everything was great, but I must mention how much I appreciate a hotel with large bath towels. Rare to find another feature making the hotel great.

Okay value for money. But overall bad design, LED lights over bed are extremely striking but if you off the LED, the room becomes too dark. Bath room a little too small whereas room itself have decent space and design. Air condition cannot be controlled and the room becomes very warm during winter time. I had to open the windows but you can hear noises due to echo from the streets. You can expect a lot of passerby due to the location. Hotel breakfast was very basic. Nice decor and theme in the hotel but when it comes to food - really too basic. Wifi extremely slow if you need wifi all the time, you may want to reconsider. I get constantly frustrated by the slow wifi. Some staff spoke English but definitely not all. The only 5 stars I would give will be the location - which is extremely good.

My friends and I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Upon arrival, the excellent service which extended throughout the entire stay was on offer. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable (their beds are the kind where you'll wake up wanting to spend more time in) with nice boutique hotel decor. Location is fantastic (in the Palermo area) where restaurants / bars and shops are within walking distance. The highlight of our stay is definitely the exceptional staff at front desk who double up like your personal concierge (giving recommendations on things to do, booking tours, making dinner reservations, etc.) all with smiles and warmth. Breakfast is delicious, a good spread with eggs prepared your way al a minute. It was my birthday on our last day and the breakfast team presented a cupcake for me and because we were rushing out, they packed it very nicely into a paper bag with "happy birthday" and a smiley face written on it! What a nice touch! There was even a birthday gift from reception (special thanks to the amazing Claudio and this team). A thoroughly happy stay, thanks Mine!

I will use this hotel for every connection between planes and buses in BA. A very comfortable and easy experience when passing through.

I'm going to miss the Bulnes Eco Suites hotel. We stayed here several times in the last month as we traveled around Argentina. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and all the staff are friendly and efficient. The location is great, one block off of Av. Santa Fe in the Palermo district with good shopping, restaurant,and transit all nearby. The breakfast is served at the cafe nextdoor,and you will feel part of the real neighborhood that surrounds you. The small kitchenette in the room is very workable and just right for enjoying coffee, snacks etc on the balcony in each room. I wish I could pack the rooms , hotel, and staff in my suitcase and take them with me on my next trip!

It was good until check out. They staff was giving me an additional bill for adjustment on room rate due to the USD fluctuation. I paid one month in advance, in local currency, and upon check out I was told because my roommate was in USD I had to pay for additional fee. I asked why that is so, was told it is done in all hotels in Argentina. Small amount but I was upset. I asked if the room rates they charge guests ar ein USD or loal currency, which they said was in loal currency, so I asked why they need to do an adjustment, and if I paid in advance, should they be paying me interest instead. Bad policy.

We stayed five nights at the hotel. It is a lovely decorated hotel and the rooms are nicely themed and spacious, the beds comfortable and showers are hot. The location is great for getting around the City. Breakfast was simple. It had a lovely rooftop terrace which was great to sit back and relax, and listen to the activity of the city. We used the gym it was small but had everything you need. The staff were lovely and very helpful

This boutique hotel is neither too small nor too large. Staff is friendly and personable. Design is well thought through and elegant. I booked 2 rooms, one of which got upgraded to a suite. Standard rooms are rather smallish, but the suite was ideal. Though small, the rooftop terrace is pleasant in the heat of summer. The hotel's location in Palermo is ideal, within walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

Medium sized hotel located on one of the main streets in Buenos Aires with many theatres. Close to florida shopping area and Luis Borges Cultural Center.The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, checking in and out without problems. Large amount of TV channels to choose from when staying back in the hotel room. Fast WiFi internet available against a small fee. Bathroom with excellent shower, hot water plentifull. Simple but tasty breakfast in the morning, only the coffee requires improvement. Lobby bar with a good selection of beverages.

We loved the hotel. Its location is perfect, in front of the one of most beautiful square in Buenos Aires, the Sain Martin Square. It is a lovely place to walk and to begin your walking throw the Florida street, very nearby. The rooms are silently and the bed very confortable. In the breakfast room and in the suites you have the view of Plaza Sain Martin. it is lovely.

The hotel was clean tidy secure and in a central great position. We were at the back of the block so the view was of the building behind but who cares when staying in a city like Buenos Aires. it was quiet, huge comfortable king size bed, tv, great wifi , Highly recommend this hotel.

Nogaro Hotel is in the center of Buenos Aires, just a few minutes walk from the Plaza de Mayo. It is in at a walking distance to 3 subway stations, which was very convenient to get around the city. The room was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the breakfast, which had variety of fruits, bread, and deserts. The front desk staffs were very helpful and arranged 2 tango dinner shows for us. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Buenos Aires.

Good location. Many sightseeing and shopping attractions nearby. Close to transportation options- Subte, collectivo buses, Retiro station, Manuel Tienda Leon bus depot to airport (40 pesos), Puerta Madera ferries. Lots of restuarants and shopping in walking distance. Resturant get crowded at 9:00AM ; go earlier or later ( but not after 10:45.)

We booked this hotel via agoda.com The room I was given was in the front on a busy street and it was quite noisy. I called the desk and asked for a change of rooms and they said impossible. I then went back to the desk and asked again. This time I was given a bigger room with 2 beds on the side of the building which was quiet. The man working the desk seems disinterested in helping anyone. The other staff were better. The workout room is small and the bike does not work. The treadmill is good and the weight machine is good. The included breakfast was quite good compared to other hotels in Argentina that I stayed at. The servers were also nice. There was cereal, breads, cheese, ham, croissants, lots of fruit, yogurt, orange and grapefruit juice, and even a few deserts. The room was clean, but outdated, but they are renovating. The bed was not that great, but acceptable. The bathroom was nice. There was adequate storage, 2 chairs and a desk. The curtain did a great job darkening the room. The first night was very quiet. The next two were noisier due to a screaming kid in the neighboring room. The superior rooms are better. I would stay here again because it is pretty cheap. If you are willing to spend twice the amount there are much better 4 stars to stay at in the area.

its probably was 4* hotel once upon a time,-- mid 60s-70s.. since then it was complete rattled, very poor maintenance of place, laundry was not work for a week- just close. furniture and bath has not been change since day one. aircons doent work well (change two rooms)-- with full gear still keep room at 30C (and it was not extreme hot weather). everything look old and wear out. at present state this hotel should be lucky to get 1 or 2* as a top. But,- location absolutely brilliant. i'll suggest to spend same money or just a 10-15$ more to get way better hotel in same area (within 2-3 blocks)

Our flight to Buenos Aires was delayed. The front desk folks helped us to contact the provider for our evening tango show, since we were late for our pickup. We were able to connect & save out booking. They also provided an extension cord with adapter plugs so one of our group could operate her CPAP. Since a fire truck was blocking the street as we were leaving, they also helped haul our luggage a block & a half to where we could be picked up by a taxi & when the first taxi wasn't large enough to hold the 3 of us & our luggage, he waited, paid off the first driver & saw us safely loaded intro the larger replacement. There were moments when more English on the part of the staff would have been useful, but we managed fine.

My negative thoughts on arrival to my room were soon put to bed by the extremely friendly and supportive staff. The location and close proximity to places of interst of sites of national importance made up for some of the tired appearances of the hotel. Any negative aspects of the hotal were more than compensated by the more positive aspects of location and friendliness.

Excelent hotel for getting to know buenos Aires. When we arrive there where no superior rooms with a king bed so we got and upgrade to a suite. It was a great room. The staff was very friendly.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights trip to Buenos Aires. It is well located and is only short walk from metro, Puerto Madero. There are lot of opportunities for dinner nearby. Staff is polite and speaks good English.

The Hotel had a good location near the heart of Buenos Aires. The hotel is maintained in excellent condition, with friendly staff at the desk. The only blemish was the arrangement of a city tour through the staff and after the tour we were not dropped off at the hotel, where we were picked up, but at a location at least two Km away. As a result due to language problems we got lost.

i had very big difficulties with the blockage of my visa card by my bank (it was done outomaticaly for my security as soon as i live my country). the staf of the hotel was very kind. they helped me by making a lot of calls for me, so the problem was sorted out and i could pay my bills. i,m very, very thankful. there is one very bright person on the reception - he is called mr.gaston subovsky. he is very good and polite to all the customers and very pacient person. i owe him a lot.

THE ROOM WAS LARGE, COMFORTABLE AND A GOOD BED. INTERNET WAS GOOD BUT FAILLD ON ONE DAY. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, BUT STAFF SLOW TO REPLENISH BUFFET. AIR CONDITIONING WAS DIFFICULT TO CONTROL AND NOISY.
