Though this hotel is classified as economic accommodation, I found its location, amenities , cleanliness, services were compared favourable with those 5 stars hotel. Especially on the automatically functional multi-purpose toilet bowl and the impressive service of travel route planning by the hotel manager, distinct its competitiveness while leaving us with the most remarkable staying experience ever in Korea . The manager was responsible and committed in communicating with our driver for the best travel routes with some not-to-missed points of interest upon check-out the hotel to airport for evening departure. This widen our travel experiences there without waste. We will surely visit this hotel when travelling Busan again!

Busan is very clean town and after eating everyone have to clear there own cutlery. We stay at Lotte Busan hotel, taxi is not expensive but if you prefer walking nearby a lot of restaurant and coffee cafe street. Train station also easier with a lot of shopping near station. Attractions a lot of walking and climbing up stairs. I when with my two sisters, we enjoy the 7 days trips.

as i couldn't find an ocean-facing room, the room with a city-view did not hamper our experience in this hotel. a few minutes stroll out of the hotel and we are on the beautiful beach facing the blue sea. the room is beautifully furnished, spacious and we appreciate the bath salts as well as the tea and water. the atmosphere is very relaxing and one feels very welcome. the staff are all very friendly and helpful. best hotel in busan.

This hotel is really a stone's throw from the beach and has great views of the beach. Book the beach facing views if you would like to wake up every morning to a spectacular view. It might be a little further away from the city and Gamcheon Village but it's conveniently located near to a train station and has lots of eateries and shopping within the vicinity. It's also a 20min bus ride away from the largest premium outlet in South Korea!

Not a thing I can find to complain about! After a stay in some less than savoury three star hotels in the area, we moved (after getting a great deal on agoda) to this hotel, and we were happy we did! The rooms were spotless, and very roomy, with modern decor, western style bathroom, large bath tub (with free luxurious products for use), and electric toilet with all the bells and whistles. The beds were lush and comfortable, with clean white linens, and several plush pillows on each bed - a great sleep for anyone! The view was spectacular, with our room (and floor to ceiling windows) faced directly to Haeundae beach. The staff were courteous and helpful, explaining all of the hotel guidelines, rules, and available services, in spectacular English. We visited the "Good Thai Massage" available in the hotel, and it was wonderful - fair price, wide variety of services provided by skilled and knowledgeable massage technicians. Overall the best hotel experience we had in all of Korea (let alone Busan), and we will be returning during our next visit. Thank you so much!

It was my first time to visit Busan. One of best things is staying at Hotel Foret. This hotel was comfortable, reasonable and convenient. There were 2 bottles of water for free in a room. When we needed more, we could refill water from a water purifier on the first floor. Hotel's lobby was like a gallery. Great staffs. room was clean. Breakfast was from 7 - 10am on the 8th floor in the hotel. It was very nice. I made a great memory in Heaundae and Foret.

This is an ideally located hotel in Nampo, smack bang in all the action. Great to see the various markets. We had a deluxe room which gave a decent view with glimpses of the ocean. Breakfast was fairly average and I'd probably skip it if I were to stay again. The coffee machines were well appreciated. Friendly staff provided information when required. Well recommended hotel in Busan.

We had the chance to explore both Busan and Seoul and we could say that our stay at Almond Hotel in Busan was way better! We chose Almond Hotel because of its proximity to KTX train to Seoul. And we definitely made the right choice! The room was always kept clean and it sure is very spacious. although some areas of the hotel was smelly (but something we could ignore). We stayed at the VIP Twin room w/c accommodates 3 people. The bathroom amenities are topnotch! Besides the normal free bottle of water, they also provide free drinks (juice, soda, coke). If your water bottle ran out of water, you can refill it at the 1st floor near the entrance to the parking area. There's also a microwave oven just beside this refilling station, which is free for use. Breakfast is just enough to make you full and it's affordable too for only 5000 won. The hotel is very close (2-3 minutes walk) to the Busan Station (KTX and Metro Subway). I just realized that they're 2 separate stations. There's a nearby restaurant at the hotel called Namjang (front left side of hotel) where you can try fresh seafood. The owner is still open late at night and her assistant speaks great English. Both of them are very nice people and accommodating! In front of Busan KTX Station is Chinatown, where there are many pubs and night clubs. Someone told us it's not safe to walk around that area late at night so keep that in mind. There are a lot of money changers also in Chinatown but know that most shops closed at around 8 or 9 pm. We were able to score a good dollar-won rate at the money changer just beside (right) the Kamustahan Restaurant (24/7 Filipino resto). There's also a supermarket around Chinatown (Top Mart). Another unique Korean experience would be trying out pojangmacha's at the back of Almond Hotel (accessible thru the parking lot) where you can buy kimbap, drink soju (just like in the dramas ^^), or eat samgyupsal or kimchi jigae. Stayed here for a night on our 3 day trip to Busan. This was probably the best accommodation we had during our South Korean trip. Will definitely recommend this to anyone considering.

Very large and clean room compared to other hotels in busan. Kind of strick to the check in time (3pm) but it is very clean and modern hotel. Not the best location as you need to take subway to go to attraction points. However, it takes only few minuites to the subway station.

I was staying at the WESTIN CHOSUN by Haeundae Beach, which was very good standard, friendly staff nice spacious rooms. I wanted to move to somewhere with a bit of height with a nice view of the city or the sea. Decided to check out the Park Hyatt which had the reputation for being the number one hotel in Busan. As the driver pull up into the forecourt I was greeted by one of the six staff member standing at the entrance, one opened the car door, another took my luggage out of the boot of the car and another greeted me and offered to direct me to the reception for check-in. The welcome experience was absolutely amazing, the first impression was a really big thumbs up. At the Check-in desk the receptionist was very helpful. She gave me good information about the hotel and my stay. Once checked in she walked me up to the lift and even selected the floor i was staying on to get me started. I walked up to the room, the door was curved, with a modern feel. Upon entering the room, I was amazed by the first sight, every this was well laid out, the whole room looked, felt and even smelt brand new. The view of the marina and the bridge was breath taking. The fittings in the room all looked new and i special enjoyed the overhead shower. All in all I had a very good stay at the Hyatt and would highly recommend it to anyone, who wants a luxury accommodation.

If you attend BEXCO events the location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel is clean and the staff tries to be helpful (they could not find my jeans which, for some reason, were removed from my room, though). The breakfasts were nothing special - pretty small choice, cold fried eggs and sausages, etc. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and will probably book there room again if I am in Busan. However, there are few things they need to significantly improve to get 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay in Busan's Stanford Hotel. The hotel is located in between Nampo train station and Jalgachi train station. It is nearer to Nampo gantry in our opinion. We reached the hotel via airport bus from Gimhae airport (which was located directly opposite the hotel - Airport Limousine Bus and stop at Nampo-dong for 6,000won) and left Busan via train (exit 6 Nampo is less than 30secs from the hotel entrance. However, if you are lugging big luggages (like we were) and going to the Busan train station, I would advise a taxi to Busan station. The taxi fare from hotel to Busan train station was only 4,400 won whereas the train ticket fares for two pax were 2,800 won. With taxi, it also saves you the trouble of dragging your luggage in the train station - and that itself is substantial savings in terms of effort. The excellent location of the hotel allows for various travel options and I calculated that we've saved a lot in terms of transport costs. There is no lack of food options or amenities around the hotel. Behind the hotel is Jalgachi market where you can have your seafood fix. Across the road from the hotel is the BIFF square where there are dozens of streetfood carts and restaurants. We preferred the streetfood carts and just walking around. We found the hotdeok of Busan to be unique as it's stuffed with nuts and there are many vendors selling the Busan version just opposite the hotel. Also there are many many many shops at BIFF square - think of it as the myeondong of Busan. Hotel service was good as expected from a four star hotel. Amenities were plenty and restocked daily. Beds were very comfortable. We were very happy with the view from our room. We had the harbourview and it overlooked the Busan bridge and Busan Tower. It was gorgeous at night.

We stayed at the Value Hotel Busan in October, 2018. It is clean and new and fantastic. The view from our room was amazing. The bed is the most comfortable mattress, pillows and linens I’ve found in Korea. Absolutely yummy. The bakery in the hotel makes delicious coffee and pastries. The buffet breakfast is very good and the dining room and is located on the 24th floor of the restaurant, with 360degree views of the harbor, mountains and city. Easy walking to the Nampo shopping district and fish market.

Location : Haeundae is a quite far to the other Busan's neighborhood. From Haeundae to Busan central takes around 50 minutes to 1 hour. But if you really want to stay in Haeundae, this hotel location is excellent, it's near to the beach, market, bus station, subway station, surrounded with many restaurants and convenience store. Room : it is spacious, modern, complete with high tech toilet, lighting and air conditioning. 10/10. Amenities : this is the first hotel I've seen that did not provide toothbrush. On our 1st day, no mineral water provided, 2nd day they provide 2 600ml bottle, 3rd day they provide only 1. The room was booked for 2 person. Staff : if you've been to Japan or Thailand, do not expect same kind of hospitality from services in South Korea in general. Most of the time, the attitude of service industries workers like restaurant, hotel, customer service, etc, is only a fine thin line from being rude. Same thing apply to this hotel

This hotel has to be the best hotel I've stayed in South Korea. The rooms are clean and nice, feels up-market considering the per-night rates they are currently offered at. Its located near to a metro station and theres a bustling street just behind the hotel. Staffs are very friendly and is much more pro-active in assisting as compared to the rest of the hotels i've stayed in South Korea. Thumbs up to the front desk staffs of the morning shift on 11th Dec 2017, they helped to rebook our train tickets from Busan to Seoul as we were running late on our pre-booked KTX train tickets.

Jay, the manager, was literally the nicest, friendliest and most helpful person we met in our travels around the whole of South Korea. Any time we were looking to go somewhere, Jay would offer recommendations on the best way to get there etc.. The hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes walk to Nampo Station, Busan Tower, BIFF Square or any of the big markets. The room was spacious with a big bed, huge whirlpool bath and all the amenities which make a great hotel stay. Bottled water and coffee was available free in the reception area any time of day. Jay's dinner recommendations were really good too, with the BBQ across the street being a highlight. Jay even came over with us, explained the menu in English & brought us across an umbrella when it started raining! I couldn't recommend this hotel enough & will definely be returning if we find ourselves in Busan in the future.

We were met upon check-in by a lovely, older lady and her smiling staff. The hotel is actually located within a larger building occupied by other hotels, but don’t let this discourage you from booking here. The service is better than many 4-5 star hotels in Busan and the views from the rooms are gorgeous. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very centrally located at BIFF Plaza, with the shopping streets just at your doorstep and the port (and Jagalchi market) just a 15 minute walk south. Food is definitely not a problem in the area, and some of the stores open pretty late including some food push carts that serve typical Korean street food. The area is also very safe at night because of its prime location. Nampo station and Jagalchi station are just about a 6 minutes walk from the hotel in the direction of the port. In Busan, you either want to stay at BIFF Plaza, Busan Station or the Huendae Beach area because the attractions are primarily near those places. The areas you might want to visit near the hotel are Jagalchi Market, the food alley, BIFF Plaza itself and its surrounding shopping streets and Gamcheon Cultural Village. The hotel can be hard to find because the entrance is a little obscure, but as long as you find yourself outside of a shopping complex opposite innisfree and next to New York Cronuts, you are safe. Just walk down the little street in-between the Cronuts & Ice Cream store and the shopping complex past some street food stalls and the entrance is on your right. The rooms are amazing and they are very comfortable and clean because this hotel is very new. Each room also has its own router (which we were so thankful for) so the wifi is really strong and fast. The staff at the front desk are very friendly, helpful and they can communicate fluently in English, Chinese and Japanese. My favourite part of the hotel? The main lobby has a coffee machine that serves fresh brews for free. It is not one of those cheap coffee machines that probably uses an instant mixture but it actually grinds coffee beans on the spot and brews a cup fresh for you. As a coffee junkie, it made my mornings! TLDR; Good location, near public transport and some prime locations, awesome free coffee, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff, obscure entrance

This is best value for money. Just adjascent to Paradise the Casino this is right on beach. The best for a family stay. With cooperating staff, kitchinet, location, nearby provision store and other best amenities at the place, we the two families (two rooms I booked)found it unimaginative good value for money. Language might be a small problem as is throughout S Korea.My undoubted first choice, if I happen to go again to Busan.

Reach at about 12+ and 1pm and staff was really accomodating to alllow for earl check in without us asking and was offered complimentary welcome drink at their cafe while waiting for our room to be ready. The managers readily helped to book our bus tixs to seoul from busan when we enquired and one of the managers (forgot to ask for his name) was really kind enough to pay for us via his personal credit card when they helped to book the tixs online. Staff showed very exceptionary excellent service throughout. Hotel room location was good and about 1 to 2 mins walk from subwat exit 15. Restaurants nearby also offer good local food. Very satisfied with this hotel overall!

Despite the rating here, I don't think that this qualifies as a four-star hotel by international standards (but a solid three-star, maybe even a 3.5 if you must) HOWEVER, this property really is a solid choice for this price range -- great location on the Haeundae strip, steps away from the beach and vibrant food scene. About a five-minute walk from the subway (three if you're fast), but might be *slightly* tiring if you're carrying more luggage. The rooms are a bit small, as is the bed, but I did have a patio with a partial sea view which I did not particularly care for, but others might love. Bathroom was spacious and clean, with a superb shower. The TV did not have enough multi-language channels, but it's not a business hotel so it's not a huge deal. Front desk was efficient and friendly, checking in and out only took a minute. Loved the small details about this hotel -- the thoughtful faucet/shower head at the lobby door to spray off the sand before walking in, and the shampoos/body wash has surprisingly good quality for a hotel in this price range. Overall, I would stay here again if I'm traveling to Busan alone, but for a romantic getaway I would probably splurge a bit more.

probably they hired all english speaking people pf gwang an area. most staff spoke english (with different degree of difficulties). very good gym, encourage to try breakfast buffet (i stayed previously in other hotels in busan and breakfast was not near close to the one in this hotel). about 5-10 mins walk from subway - very convenient.

I highly recommend this small conveniently located hotel in Busan, it is an excellent value. The directions from the subway were clear and from the beginning the stay felt like home because of the attitude of the manager and staff. Near to the Busan fish market, there were two exceptional recommendations of restaurants provided that were simple and outstanding, one a nearly limitless sashimi restaurant and the other a set menu of about thirty local dishes, incredible variety and hospitality. The hotel is clean and had good internet connection. All in all, a very good place to stay when in Busan.

Had an outstanding stay at the Westin Chosun Beach Hotel located in Busan, South Korea. The location was breath taking with an awesome ocean and beach view. It was close to everything including dining, shopping, and entertainment. The staff provided superb service and were friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is well kept and very clean. The rooms are very comfortable and decorative. The ocean view room provided breath taking views of the the city and the beach and ocean. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend a few nights in Paradise!!

This is my first time to Busan and used three hotels. Seomyeon Mumum Residence is the best one around the three. If I not need to select specific region to live, I think I will not test others. This is the best. It close to the metro, shopping mall nearby, service good. On the other hand, the rooms in Busan are small, check the area before order, room in Seomyeon Mumum Residence is releative big (compare with the price). Although I am not sure Seomyeon Mumum Residence is the best in Busan, I will not try others unless special need like sea view, close to beach, sunrise, sunset, etc. Oh, the breatfast is very good, not many choice but fiil the stomach, good taste for me. Finally, Seomyeon Mumum Residence is my first choice when I travel to Busan again.

This hotel is AMAZING!!! I fell in love with the pictures at first, but once I arrived there I was in AWE. It’s brand new, (only been one month since opening) so everything is white, clean and beautiful. I initially chose the standard capsule cause it was so cheap, but my friend and I upgraded to the deluxe oceanfront capsule which was not that substantial of a price difference. It was amazing waking up to the beach view in the morning! The rooms are not that expensive either, especially the capsule rooms. When you check in, the friendly staff politely prompts you to take off your shoes before entering, it’s a no shoe zone indoors. They provide you with an electronic room key that gives you access to the elevator and your locker, which upon opening receive a nice care hotel package of pajamas, towels, tissues, a mini razor, and a small water bottle. It’s very modern which is nice. What really sold me was the karaoke system that’s in the lobby cafe area, it’s free to use as a hotel guest. The owner is super friendly and cool, he owns a very well known karaoke bar chain that is located in several areas in South Korea apparently. That’s why the karaoke sound system is such nice quality. I absolutely loved singing to songs overlooking the beach! I anticipate the karaoke being a popular thing amongst hotel guests in the busier summer months. The decor of this hotel is exceptional. Full window oceanfront views, squeaky clean white floors, gorgeous modern interior design is only a minor detail of this beautiful hotel. I loved being able to look at the beach waves while eating breakfast in the hotel cafe. The Room Rates are very reasonable for the quality, grace, and luxury of Gwanganli Hotel 1. It felt like paradise staying here. This hotel stay is a must if you ever visit Gwanganli beach in Busan!!!

Great stay. Room and washroom are big . Clean hotel. Staffs are super helpful . They even help us to get KTX train ticket to seoul station. And provided help when we needed to catch a movie in Busan . Hotel is super near Gwangalli Beach(1min walk to the beach). Roof top of the hotel was superb. Beautiful view.
