First visit to Cape Town and I was not disappointed. The people are very friendly. Visited all the usual attractions.
One of my favorite cities in the world, easy to navigate, people are friendly and the dollar being so strong to the Rand meant dining out, cabs and everything was quite cheap.
A wonderful surprise. It's a place that after you visit it once, and want to return to again and again.
Rent a car or go on a tour of the wine lands and all the beautiful mountain passes around cape town
I'm from Sydney, and love Cape town, its beautiful, the waterfront is utilised for it's residents and not left only to industry.
Love the sity, its clean and visible policing which creats a safe feeling. It has alot to offer the visitor from beaches to shopping and sightseeing.
Amazing place! Ther is so much to do, so much beauty, and so much fun. What a great city. I would love to live here.
Cape Town presents an immense variety of sightseeing, cultural activities, dining and wine farms. It is impossible to fit in a worthwhile component of possible activities into les than 3 days.
Easy to walk around the central area where most museums are situated. Drive around the cape peninsula is spectacular.
One of the most beautiful cities in the world - it has everything: good food, excellent infrastructure, good telecommunications, superb hotels, nice people, great wine, excellent sightseeing.
Excellent place to spend a week. You can use Cape Town as your base and travel outside the city easily.
Cape Town is an exceptional city that offers a lot to most visitors. It is designed to have an unspoilt image yet offering a lot for you to do.
Cape Town is a nice modern city with great restaurants and friendly people that all speak English. There are areas to avoid, and like anywhere else; if you are looking for trouble, you can find it.
Most beautiful friendly clean city in the world keep up the great job i am so proud that we have such a beautiful city in South Africa world class
A very good place with a nice weather to stay, the place has massive natural tourist places to view.
Cape town wouldn't be cape town without the tourism sites(Table mountain aerial cable way, Boulders Beach,Robben island (were Nelson Mandela was imprisoned),Clifton beaches(1,2,3,4),District Six Museum, Groot Constantia,Table Mountain Park,Iziko South African Museum,Bus & Canal tours,Two Oceans Aquarium,Victoria & Alfred Waterfront & Malls and so on.
Cape Town just never ceases to amaze me so much todo and so little time!!! If the weather is un pleasant on one side of the mountain you can go on the otherside and the weather just right it is so diverse and the beauty just breathtaking!!!
Hop onto a citysightseeing tourbus to bring you to or near these: 1) Prep a blanket & picnic for chilling in the Kirstenbosch Gardens 2) Vineyards 3) Table Mountain 4) Animal/game reserve.
Cape Town is always a pleasure to visit. Lot of sightseeing. Especially Table Mountain, scenic drive along Chapmanspeak to Hout Bay and Cape Point.
Great city for holiday, you will find good food everywhere. V&A and winery are a must-do. You should try to book the tickets for Table mountain & Robben island in advance, especially during school holiday.
One of the most beautiful scenery in the world. Also so many contrasts between poverty and those who have,
We only stayed in the area for two nights and therefore didn't get to see as much of Cape Town as we would have liked.
One has to be very careful about your belongings..especially cell phone and money...Not a very safe place.
One of the Top 3 cities in the world. A little Singapore or Monaco in Africa. If you have a company (a local friend) it is even better.
The location of this city is so amazing. With the mountains in the center and surrounded by bay and ocean, it is very perfect place for nature adventure.
Beautiful city and friendly people. Loads to do and see. Great places to eat. Fascinating doing a tour of the shanty towns: very eye opening.
For divers, you can't miss the shark diving in Cape Town, super super cool. For suffers, you will love the waves here.
Staying at the V&A Waterfront area is for tourists. If you really want to feel like life of Cape Town from a local's point of view, stay in the City Bowl area and hangout there.
Cape Town is a fantastically beautiful city and has much natural beauty to explore during the day. However night time options were limited and we were constantly advised not to walk around, even the 50m from a restaurant to a bar in De Waterkant.
Really wonderful place. Comfortable climate, delicious local food and wine, sightseeing, wild animals, people.
