"On this trip to Portugal we rented apartments, except for the 3 days in Coimbra, when we stayed in the Hotel Oslo. It is right next to the train station, and close to where we had to go to rent a car, and it is very close to other tourist facilities, However, it is a typical small hotel room. But, it also has a nice breakfast buffet, and a very nice roof top area for drinking or just sitting and enjoying the view. "

"If you get room 1 to 3, you are lucky to have escaped the narrow spiral stairs. It has no parking and if you park at the municipal market’s underground parking you will have to drag your suitcases up the very steep street to get to the guesthouse. The location is superb for walks to nearby attractions and to nice restaurants. The room is comfortable and modern furnished, the tv is small but with good channels. Shared bathroom is small but clean. It’s good for a quick one night stay, but I would have booked better places for a more enjoyable experience. "
