This place was awesome. Clean and a lot of perks but the parking is expensive. To self park it’s $22 a night. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

The hotel is in a great location for an early flight out or late flight in. Shuttle was timely in coming to pick me up from the airport & get me to the hotel. My room was freezing during the night and when I tried resetting the control it only held for a short time. Another guest that I spoke to on my way out said that they had the same problem except their room was too hot. It was late and I didn’t want to have my sleep further disturbed by calling maintenance to come look at it so I just got up earlier than planned.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied and impressed with our stay! The hotel was beautiful and our room had an awesome view. They made it all the more special with complimentary wine, strawberries and rose petals for our 24th Wedding anniversary!! Would definitely recommend this hotel!! Can't wait to go back!!

We paid for 4 stars Hotel but feel like staying in a 2 stars Hotel. Swimming pool dirty, gym too small, breakfast worst than one star hotel.

Always stay here when we can. The service and excellence of this hotel are always consistent. Feels like a genuine 5 star.

Magnolia itself was an outstanding facility, Serving staff in restaurant were kind and gracious. Hotel is surrounded by high rise buildings, so views of Dallas environs are impossible from room windows. The overnight rate for parking vehicle was excessive (over 32.00 per night).

I loved staying everything was on point... How ever on person on your mgnt is a very disrespectful persion.. I personaly think if u work in any kind of custome srvice agencies u should conduct you self in a higher standerd then the way i was just spoke to on the phone by this person ..

I recently stayed at the Magnolia Dallas Park Cities with teenager daughters. The hotel is older & our bathtub had been recoated with the coating flaking off,, but it was nice overall. If you are looking for ultimate luxury, this is not the place for you. However, this does not mean it is not a good place to stay. They have a $5 happy hour, free cookies & milk 8-10pm, indoor pool & is very clean. The service desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Another perk, is their convenient location. I would recommend staying here for the price.

Great facility! Clean, modern, well kept... especially for the price. Also, the hot breakfast was a definite plus. Please be aware that the hotel is not in the best neighborhood. There are quite a few adult establishments in the area. I did not have any problems but I would recommend exercising caution traveling in the vicinity of the hotel at night.

First of all I am blessed because the room we got was fortunately the best room in the hotel probably . The major issue was we did not have hot water for two days no one ever answered the front desk ever we continuously had to go down if we had problems speaking of that the elevator was broken most of the time small children got stuck in the elevator on two different occasions while we were there !!! I did not eat the free breakfast everyone says it’s good they are conditioner in my room worked wonderful but the hallways are hot there was no smoke detector in our room there were cigarette burns in the bedskirt but the beds were clean and sheeting’s were clean it’s outdated but clean . The bathtub was not but me and my husband cleaned it ourselves because they did not have another room to change to since there were so many people having problems not only that day but it seems every day for the last 30 . We stayed there three nights

this is the second time i stayed at ths hotel. i like the location and hotel charge are fairly reasonable for the room size. easy access to wi-fi. but, most important this hotel offer smoking room, so i can smoke in the room without going out of my room. breakfast are so so at this hotel as little choice o foods.

Checked in during the wee hours of the morning. Very pleasant front desk attendants. Asked and received a late check out. Rooms were clean. Good variety at the breakfast buffet. Very good overall experience.

I liked the fact the hotel was walking distance literally across the street. The people at the front desk were very nice and apologized for other employees in the top bar that weren’t so nice. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. If I was to go to another concert in dallas I will probably stay there again.

The lobby was very nice and reflective of the Hilton brand like the pics posted for the hotel, but the room were so simple and there was no fridge or safe is the room which was disappointing. Overall, good location and good value for money.

We were given a room that was not thoroughly cleaned. There was hair in the shower. Ther was visible blood on the comforter. The AC unit leaked on your back in the bathroom. The AC unit ladled through the walls and the carpet near the restroom stayed wet. This caused the room to have a musty mildew smell.

Pros: Friendly staff; very helpful. Doesn't nickle and dime for toiletries and coffee. Breakfast was actually decent. Plenty of space in room. Location is prime. Cons: It is a bit dated and tired. I wouldn't say run down, but not "fresh". Our room smelled like a salon for some reason. That could have just been from the previous guest, but the smell was strong and lasted the entire 4 day stay. Honestly though, salon isn't the worst smell you could encounter, so not a deal breaker. Overall, if you can humble yourself and not be pretentious about having a posh hotel stay, it's perfect for the price. Definitely will consider staying again when in town.

There was something wrong about my ticket and I could not check in on the day of departure. So I have to postpone my trip for one day just 16 hours before check-in at hotel . The agoda stuff and the Hotel employees are very helpful figuring out solutions for me. I made a new reservation for my new schedule, and they cancelled the original reservation for free. Convenient Pick-up: as a international traveller I do not have a cellphone available at Dallas. Under help of information desk of airport, I used 2 quarters to make a phone call at coin phone machine to the Hotel and they picked me up at the agreed places courtesy van pick-up stops. Warm driver and receptionists. Great restaurant nearby. Walking distance to Walmart Clean room, nice swimming pool and SPA!

I booked this hotel for my staycation and it didn't disappoint. The room was spacious and clean and more importantly...quiet. The location was great and I was able to get around with ease. Check was fast and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is great value for money right in the middle of downtown. Staff were great and gave us a late check out. Pool is on fifth floor with a view. No poolside service. Rooms very very spacious. I would definatley recommend this hotel if staying in Dallas. Walking distance to restaurants, 6th floor museum and bronze bulls.

I have zero complaints on the room, simply due to the great rate I was able to get it for last minute, compared to everywhere else. Do not expect or demand a 5 star hotel a budget. A few notes: I traveled alone, without a vehicle. The employee checking me in was very pleasant and informative, it was clear he knew what he was doing and enjoyed doing it. The bathroom looks very nice as if it were recently remodeled. Very impressed. It really stood out compared to the rest of the room, almost like I were in different hotels. The rest of the room was pretty standard of an older hotel, needing restorations and remodeling done- which looked like they were in the process of doing. I was on the fourth floor and checked out before midnight, so I'm not sure about overnight noise, but I did notice many of the room doors, including mine, had to be slammed shut. If I am in the area again, I'd stay here if the rate were comparable, but I wouldn't pay much more for the room I had as it was.

Hotel provides free transfer to/from DFW Airport; however it is difficult to contact them from the Terminal building (for international tourists). Shuttle bus serves several hotels and all DFW Airport Terminals; however it has limited capacity, so I would advise to reserve a place for a Hotel to Airport ride . The recption staff is friendly and helpfull. The room is clean, the shower has a soap bar, shampoo and conditioner. There was a fridge in the room (we did not use it). The soundproofing was not great: at night we could hear noises from outside. There is free buffet breakfast (starts at 6:00am): hard-boiled eggs, cereals, fruits, fresh waffles in the shape of Texas, yogurts, milk, tea, coffee, juices.

Older hotel but stay was great we will stay here again in future definitely. Hotel room was clean and well cared for. Staff was A+ some of the best have delt with in long time approximately 10 minutes after we got in room staff called to check if everything was satisfactory and thanked again for staying with them. Also wanted to comment on hot Breakfast was great not just the standard items and waffles but Biscuits and gravy, Eggs, sausages, and hash browns definitely a great breakfast and start to the day.

Room was clean and comfortable. The location was fairly close to Dallas downtown. there is public bus to downtown, but they only run once a hour or so. Denny's in front of hotel. nothing much to do around hotel.

Honestly I understand that there were a newer hotel and were just getting things started but when the air conditioning doesn’t work and you see about three roaches in your room it’s pretty disgusting.
