"Friendly, especially the afternoon/evening reception staff. the hotel itself is a little 'dated', old school I guess, but we prefer that actually to modern and impersonal. Location is actually great, walkable to the oldtown and the squares and restaurants, bars etc. and the fact that it has a pool is an added bonus. The restaurant is on 6th floor next to the pool area/roof terrace. We had a lovely meal, late after landing, about 10.45pm. Delicious meal, with a great view of the old town and far better food than many of the overpriced restaurants in the area. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff are very efficient and attentive. Would highly recommend. Taxi service from the hotel was also quick and efficient. Clean rooms, bathrooms and very good shower. Would def return if needed to be in Ibiza town."
