I chose this hotel for my mom and dad for their business trip in Iloilo based on the glowing reviews. Afterward, they had nothing but praises for the GT Hotel staff, who went beyond expectations in providing great accommodation and outstanding customer service. Sincere apologies and immediate action to address was observed when given feedback. When we decided to extend their stay, the Superior King room's rates on Agoda were higher, so I booked the Superior Twin room for them for the following night as it was cheaper. My parents were ready to move their things out of their Superior King room given we only paid for the Superior Twin, but front desk gave them the Superior King room anyway so they could just extend their stay at the same room. They felt like they were upgraded at no extra cost which was a pleasant surprise! Lastly, they had sufficient parking, which was SUPER helpful for my mom and dad's RORO trip. I want to stay here too when I visit Iloilo for business. Thanks GT Hotel!

We went to many different hotels in Iloilo but Seda is the best among them. Starting from reservation team down to housekeeping staff are excellent. You will only experienced the 5-star service. Thank you for the great time.

All of the 21 hotels in iloilo are owned by the same company so theyre almost identical and their formula works. They're priced right, rooms are nice, locations are great , food in the restaurants are good. Im a business traveler so its ideal for me

The hotel staff were very accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggages very early in the morning (before officially checking) in so that we could start our guimaras tour. They also help us get a taxi all the time. The location of the hotel is also perfect. It is within walking distance from sm city iloilo and tatoy’s atria! I would definitely stay here again if i am in iloio city.

Great price for a beautiful resort in the heart of Smallville. It has the most gorgeous pool you must see for yourself to believe. Multi leveled pool with waterfalls and a water slide and lovely lighting. This hotel has everything you could need within walking distance. Their own outdoor bar/patio with a band. The entire band is incredibly talented I felt as if I was at a concert! They also have an upstairs disco if you feel like dancing. Across the street there are several places to eat drink and karaoke it's impossible to get bored. They also provide delicious food for room service at any hour and different massage spa packages to choose from. My friend and I fell in love with this place and will not stay any where else in iloilo. Thank you for the hospitality!

Goldberry Lite Hotel is one of the newest hotels in the heart of Iloilo. As I was told, the building from which the hotel stands is the refurbished building(s) of the University of Iloilo Engineering Department. One of the reasons why I decided to stay here in the first place was that the place was relatively new. I booked using Agoda and value for money was right on target since my trip was essentially a business one. The location was central to all the places that I had to go to. My only concern was the food. The breakfast and dinner was not any better to the "carinderias" they had in the street. The hotel in general, has potential and I hope to better fed in the near future when I go back to Iloilo.

Hotel is practically a stone's throw away from the port area where you arrive from Bacolod and if you want to take a boatride going to Guimaras. also good for its wide open space in the room, big enough for you to move around comfortably. Food in the lobby resto is standard fare you would find in most Iloilo hotels Hotel is also good environment friendly hotel as it does not provide ANY toiletries except tissue paper. Also best to bring your own towels if you are the OC type. Towels are quite old thin and greying a bit... Front desk staff are all nice efficient and friendly anytime of the day....

My husband and I had a two-night stay in this hotel. Note that prior to this trip I stayed here three years ago as a solo traveller but it was a so-so experience. This time it was an excellent stay considering that I was travelling with a PWD on a wheelchair. I've had a few pre check-in inquiries directly to the hotel and they were able to answer my questions patiently. The security guards were very helpful in assisting us with loading/unloading in taxicabs (since we don't have a private car). The staff at the resto, the front desk and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating except for the tired-looking lady who checked us in. Staff are always consistent in their initiative to help us with opening and closing elevator doors (since I'm the only one escorting my husband who's on a wheelchair). The room we stayed at was way bigger than expected and it seemed it was really meant for a PWD/elderly stay since it has metal railings in the bathroom. There's more than enough space for the wheelchair to move across the room. The room was clean and amenities were replenished on a daily basis. Nothing extraordinary with the breakfast we paid for. It came with fresh juice which tasted mostly like water. Hot chocolate tasted like Milo. It was a bit expensive for the serving so on our second day we went to a nearby coffee shop to get a more sumptuous meal for the same price. We didn't eat at the hotel any further (due to our not-so-good impression of the breakfast). There are a many - as in a lot - of bar and restos nearby, just a few steps away from the hotel. And since it's the nightlife capital of Iloilo City, don't expect it to be totally quiet. You will hear live bands playing but it's very much tolerable and we stayed at the third floor which is closer to the ground and facing the area where most bars and restos are. The total experience is not that good, should I say. For instance, I booked the deluxe room and when I got there, they gave me the standard room. When I asked about this, they told me that the deluxe room when booked through Agoda is actually the standard room. I don't know how true that is and since I have to way to confirm it, I accepted the standard room. Also, they don't even provide a toothbrush, and to think that they are considered a 5-star hotel in Iloilo.

We wanted to get away for a few days and a friend recommended this hotel practically in the heart of Iloilo City, 10 minutes form downtown.. I have stayed many times in Iloilo but this was the best place by far. The first thing that will attract you is the staff. I have never met more friendly, attentive and competent staff in a hotel anywhere in the world & I normally stay in 5 star hotels. The room we stayed in was their smaller room but was very comfortable & clean. The hotel only has 7 rooms so I would say it's more a boutique hotel. The breakfast that comes with the room had a large variety of choices and was complimented with juice, coffee, tea or chocolate and a fruit platter. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and everything we tried was good. They have a good selection of cocktails and other alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks The pool is where we spent most of our time and it was clean with a spa pool attached. Overall we loved this hotel so much we cam back this week to spend more time here in their larger room which features a smart TV where you can connect to the internet. An amazing, unexpected hotel to be found in Iloilo.

if you're travelling to iloilo, make sure to stay in anhawan beach resort and spa. this resort is probably the best they have in place. rooms and amenties leveled up to elegance and the services they offer are up high to the standards of other well-known resorts in the country. relaxation and peace of mind? definitely can be found here. the room is very spacious so as the bathroom. it is well-cleaned and well-maintained. the staff are very courteous and very attentive to your needs. their accommodating nature adds up to unforgettable experience on your vacation. highly recommended!

Booked Casa Tentay at the last minute since we had to come to Iloilo a day earlier than planned. Most taxi's are not aware of the place so use waze or google maps. Hotel must have been a heritage house converted to a bed and breakfast and as such only offers basic amenities. Would stay here again. Pros: - Location: Walking distance to Jaro Cathedral and Robinson's Place Jaro - Price - Staff: well only interacted with Mary Grace but she was very hospitable. Also forgot to ask to ask the gentleman's name that Mary Grace referred to as the owner's husband who was also very hospitable and welcoming Cons: - Rooms are not soundproof and the room's doorways open to the hallway/reception area and you can hear everyone LOL -Some people might be turned off by the house's appearance and interiors as it is a heritage house, think of Spanish Era houses

Have stayed here a few times. Small hotel, nicely decked out. Rooms are named by letter - Q was a nice, little bit funky, simple room. f Very good value for money and friendly service. Some of the taxi drivers don't know it..so pick a landmark like Gaisano, Lapaz Market, Nuat Thai (next door) or a Church (forget it's name). Hasn't got a restaurant of its own (so they deliver room service breakfast or snacks - pretty cool for a low cost hotel.) There is a Coffee Shop (externally owned) on-site. All good...that's why it's my Iloilo hotel!

I am always visiting Iloilo regularly in the past 6 months for a project and I always stay in this hotel. The hotel is centrally located - downtown and within the the vicinity of market place. This area you will see the old Iloilo setting. The Best way to know Iloilo. All your needs is just around the corner - supermarket, restaurants and spa. Well it's noisy outside but peaceful inside. The building is old but well maintained. Low rise only 5 story but the entire hotel is clean. The room is small than standard hotels but spaceful enough to have a very comfortable stay and have a wonderful sleep. AC is really great! 18 degrees all day! Food is set meal but great for the price. You always have tons of choices outside anyway. Service is AWESOME!!! From the guard who will assist your needs every time you come-in and go out. The front desk who is always courteous and all other staff you will come across always have their authentic happy greetings and smile.

Right smack in the midst of downtown Iloilo. Hotel interiors presentable enough. Great staff, helpful, informative, engaging. Single room big enough, cleaned every day, fresh towels provided, bed immaculately made up. Ample breakfast, choice of eggs, bread or fried or steamed rice, a banana, Thing is, main choices are always greasy stuff -- like corned beef, longanisa, Philippine-made ham with more fat than meat, fried fish fillets with more dough than fish! But overall, a satisfying experience.

Excellent location with city clean river view, room is comfortable clean and well attended daily. staff are accommodating with a smile,my favorite-gym also very spacious and complete of my needs,the highly recommended lap pool gave us relaxing view and spacious during our morning and afternoon coffee time.secured and value for money compare to other hotel in Iloilo which I've stay before..BRAVO!!!

I found this hotel via Agoda when I searched for stay in Iloilo and I filtered my search that has the cheapest rate. I will give them 5 star for the value of money and yet the cleanliness of the room, coldness of aircondition has never been compromised though you cannot book the hotel directly via agoda. They will direct you to booking.com for reservation. The payment is via BDO current account of the hotel wherein you have to deposit it and email them the scanned copy. The hotel is a walking distance at Robinson's and SM Mall, The Capitol and to the Freedom Grandstand where the Dinagyang was held. It could have been perfect if they have their own onsite restaurant or coffee shop and if they offer free breakfast during your stay. For me it's not that big deal since there is a restaurant (DECO'S) at the lobby that you can eat with a minimal fee..Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and I will come back next year. Did I mention that they have corteous and professional staff as well??

Grand Dame Hotel, without a doubt is my favorite hotel in Iloilo. I'm a business traveler and stay in hotels all the time. This gem of a hotel provides 4-star services amidst the hustle and bustle of La Paz Market (a place of wonder but that's another review!). Its staff is first rate and there's no other hotel I will stay at when I'm in Iloilo.

Hotels room although old but big,clean and smells good. Staff are accommodating. They gave us info where to go for the beautiful spots in Iloilo. my cousins left their bags for later check-in since they arrived around 10am. When they comeback in the night,it is inside their room. Thanks staff! Food- it sounds expensive but when the order arrived, it's huge! Good for 3-4 persons(pansit canton) Pool- disgusting...my sons swam together with the rat. We dnt knw where it came from because when my son's started to swim, the area was clean. It was even checked by the staff before they allowed them to swim. We informed the staff, she was sorry of what happened. Anyway, it's not her fault. Money wise- it's not expensive. It's very accessible(walking distance) to Robinson Mall and supermarket (you cam buy pasalubong like piyaya, dried fish for a low price. Still on progress construction.

First of all, I loved the food at this resort. They had a large selection of Filipino dishes (YUM!!! You're in the Philippines so of course indulge in Filipino cuisine!) and a couple typical American foods like a burger and fries. I also loved their drinks (although the staff seemed to be new trainees so they couldn't make all the alcoholic beverages), but their milkshake/smoothies were perfection. OH, also the price for the food was affordable! My fiancé and I ate there for 3 days (lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks) and it only cost us 3,300 pesos. That's about $75 (US) for amazing food for two people who eat quite a lot! Also the free breakfasts were so yummy! You can have your meals served anywhere on the resort grounds (in your room, by the pool, in the restaurant, etc.) Their infinity pool and swim-up bar was really nice. The whole atmosphere was very relaxing and peaceful. I love how secluded this place is. My fiancé went to "City Proper" via tricycle and was able to find a gym and supermarket and an old beautiful cathedral. So you don't feel trapped here. The room was very comfortable (1-bedroom cabana) and we enjoyed the private patio in the back. However, the hot water in the shower took about 5-10 minutes to run and depending on the time of day only lasted about 15 minutes. The resort is run on solar power which I really like. The staff are SO friendly and accomodating. They greet you with genuine warm smiles. I can't wait to book another trip to Iloilo and stay here!

this is probably the 8th hotel i've stayed in at the philippines, and it is easily and simultaneously both the cheapest and highest quality hotel room i've stayed in . although i rarely care about aesthetics, the door, bedframe, and mirror frame are polished, solid wood with an excellent look. this hotel is a bit older but manages to pull off elegance, at least in the rooms. the room itself was more clean than an average filipino room, and i only encountered two individual bugs in my room during three days, a tiny ant and a tiny beetle / baby waterbug on the bathroom floor. for anyone who knows filipino budget hotels this is a very rare experience! the room not only had a fridge but possibly the thickest mattress i've yet slept on in an econotel here in the phils. the hotel is just 1 block from robinson's place mall, and you can catch a jeep to sm city in about 7 minutes just across the street. this hotel is also extremely quiet which is another, great rare thing for an econotel. one bad point: internet signal was very weak in my particular room, working only near the door, but just outside there was a counter top so i pulled my chair out of the room and used my laptop on that, and signal was great there. highly recommended for budget hotel travelers, solo or couple. i seriously doubt there's a better deal anywhere else in iloilo.

We had to wait for our room to be available since current guest have not checked out yet but the staff took initiative and offered us one of the rooms we could use temporarily until our room would be available! That’s what you call customer service! Kudos. If i have my runs again in iloilo would definitely be back here!

My family and I absolutely love this place, we wish we could have stayed longer. It's a quiet place in Iloilo, perfect for a family that just needs to relax. The kids have the pool and mini playground to keep themselves busy. We also love the lagoon where we went used the paddle boats. We wish we could have gone fishing there too but unfortunately they didn't allow us since the fish are still few in numbers. The food in their restaurant are excellent with reasonable prices. I had the best Kansi there! Will definitely come back.

We were looking for the perfect bed and breakfast here in Iloilo and we found the place. Everything you need is literally here. What's great is that they gave us a free gym pass and the co-working office space. As a writer traveling with hubby, Bonds served as a great office space for the day. Laundry is downstairs too, so everything is convenient. Only drawbacks during our stay they were having a pest control and they were spraying the building. I think the staff could have informed the guests because the smell crept into our room and was nauseating! I hope this issue will be resolved with the future guests. The wifi could be spotty at times as well. Aside from these issues- the place is great. Overall, I would recommend to to anyone who are looking for a place to stay in the city. I hope they would take these feedbacks though to further improve their guests' overall experience.

I stayed here with my mom for 4 nights for a congress I had to attend in Iloilo City. The room we checked in is very spacious. The staff were friendly and helped us arrange for a free shuttle to go to the venue of the congress. The staff also offer great recommendations on where to eat. The hallway on the fifth floor was hot but since we didn't spend much time here, we didn't mind. If you want to spend time here or on the children's play area though, I think you should take note of this. The hotel has an excellent location so you wouldn't run out of things to do. The hotel is walking distance/ reasonable distance to a lot of tourist attractions. It has a mall and convenience store in its ground floor, an SM Annex behind it, Marymart Mall next to the SM, and a bunch of restaurants including Buto't Balat, Grillers, Decos, Ted's Old Timer La Paz Batchoy, to name a few. On the ground floor, there is also a Gloria Maris restaurant. The city's party place is a taxi ride away. The free WiFi that comes with the room is also pretty good. Do note though that if you have multiple devices, you have to inform the front desk so they can activate the password for it. Our WiFi signal in the room was enough for us (we mainly browsed Facebook or did quick google searches on what to do in the area), though I met someone staying in the same room that had issues with connectivity so I guess we got lucky with our room. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and I'd recommend the place to other people. I'd most likely take my family here if I return to Iloilo.
