"We stayed for 6 nights in a triple room which has a spacious area. Breakfast was the same every morning but enough to fuel our energy. Close to an old small mosque and had a chance to see how the 'Imam' and the 'Bilal' functional management of the mosque. It takes about 10 mins uphill walk to Sultanahmet area. Hotel has elavator. Only few hotels have elevator. The hotel location is not quite friendly for elderly/disabled (in wheelchair) as it it located on hilly roads. Therefore, taxi service is required to commute from the hotel. The receptionist, Nihat was very helpful. He contacted taxi which arrived within 5 mins. We requested for his assitance to search for a wheelchair shop (as ours were broken in Istanbul) and he provided us with the details. Other staff, like Memet, there very helpful as well. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. "
