Does not have amenities as listed. No Refrigerator, No A/C Control, TV does not work and remote controls are broken. No water bottle. No Center Table. Kitchen cabinet broken.

Is there any reason to go to Kuwait as a tourist ? I do not think so, because there is not much to be seen. It is just like Dubai, but definitely much less spectacular. It is even quite difficult to find picture postcards to be sent to frienda home.

I liked almost everything there. Central location in Kuwait City, short walking distance to the beach promenade and one of the major bus stops in the city. Not far even to the Kuwait Towers, the nice mall area etc. Room have everything one needs - comfortable beds, nice bathroom, tv, fast wi-fi, fridge, nice view from the window. Breakfast is good too. And most important - value for the money as the hotel price is unbeatable for the comfort you get.

A great place to stay at while you are in Kuwait that provides a great price which compare to other hotels in the same categories, great staff, prefect location, and very good WiFi and breakfast buffet. I never stop booking at this hotel for me or for my family and friends who ask for a place in Kuwait. Thanks to all the staff for their good hospitality!!!!

Not sure why this place has such a low review score, I can only say good things about it. I had a very nice and clean room, a very nice and clean bathroom, wifi was good, staff was friendly, fast check in and check out, wake up call on the minute, no smoking smell anywhere. Aircon was controllable individually for my room contrary to another review. It´s one of the cheaper options and I´m glad I booked it. Location is good too, walked to the Kuwait Towers and the seaside restaurants. Recommended for budget travellers. Negatives: windows dirty and not closing well, hotel only offers taxi to airport at inflated prices so I just walked out on the main road and got myself one for less than half. Metered taxi fare to airport is 4 KD.

The hotel was great clean and in good location but I was chocked during check in when they asked for my Saudi family booklet. I told them this is a national card it’s not allowed to travel with it but they wouldn’t believe Thai is the first time upon my traveling that someone ask of family booklet out side Saudi Arabia الفندق كان جميل ولكن طلبوا مني دفتر العائلة السعودي !!!!!؟؟؟؟؟؟ والمفروض ان دفتر العائلة السعودي يستخدم داخل البلد وممنوع تسافر فية للخارج هذا ما احزني ولن أكرر السكن في بودل

The hotel is very good and the rest of the facilities are good. But I have only one very bad comment regarding the Arab on the reseption. He is very nine and reases, maybe because I am Asian. If you just talk to him and he change his attitude you have a great team.

I'll always come back! Staff are verryy friendly and make it exceptional! I like the style of the place. If you were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony view on the gulf, you'll definitely be fascinated by the magnificent view of the gulf, Kuwait City and symbolic towers! سأعود له دائمًا! الطاقم مميز بشكل استثنائي ودائما متعاون! طبيعة المكان رائعة وأجواؤه التراثية جميلة. في حال حصلت على غرفة بشرفة مطلة على الخليج فستحظى بإطلالة رائعة على مدينة الكويت والأبراج وجسر الشيخ جابر!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The apartment was new, clean and nicely decorated. The location was more than great with a walking distance from some nice malls in Kuwait and near the beach. The staff were so friendly. We were offered free open buffet breakfast on the first day of even though breakfast wasn't included in our booking. Value for money isn't the best, but all hotels are expensive so this one's price is OK. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you like shopping, going to cinema, or going to the beach.

The hotel is one of the closest to the airport. It offers great value for money with room and breakfast for under 20 KD on offer. The best part is it also offers a free service back to the airport, and taxis in Kuwait practice extortionate prices. So if you are taveling on a budget or for a short stopover I can only but recommend it. It’s located in the market area of Kuwait City, so lots of takeaway food all around. The room including bathroom was generally clean. Decoy and everything is outdated but functional and representative of what you can find in the GCC usually. For the price paid, it’s a deal. Staff also very friendly. The hotel is opposite a mosque so expect to be woken up at night by the calls. Its close to the malls 360 and The Avenues and that’s the best part. I negotiated taxi fares of 3 KD to them. I would go back.

Clean hotel, centrally located near the Kuwait Marina. The room itself was clean and neat, linen was clean. The room had a small kitchenette, though why someone would cook there when you had a Mall next door was wierd. Had a couple of good restaurants around the building. Was located near the quaint Marina Mall, so could grab something fast to eat and watch a movie and do some shopping.

My stay at Almuhanna hotel was very good. The location is one of the best places in the Kuwait city. It is convenient and every thing is around you. The hotel was clean and recently renovated, however my studio was actually small. Regarding the staff, they are very helpful and kind. They serve you with a smile.

The room was surprisingly nice and tidy, staff was polite and friendly. The hotel is very well located and is quite cheap. It belongs to a nearby, greater hotel, called the Gulf Rose Hotel, where breakfast is served which is, in turn, really good. I would be happy to come back here any time!

good location hotel and only 15-30 minutes from airport.as far as i learned, it is the apartment being turned to 4 star hotel and only 6 to 8 minutes walk from hotel to the sea side area.hotel will need renovation and i find the power socket is out dated. management is super with all the filipinos working mates.anyway, it can provide you the basic hotel daily requirements.

Quiet, clean rooms and bathrooms. However, it's a bit away from the main attractions in the city.

This is Kuwait Hyatt, it is different from the Hyatt International Hotel that we used to know about it. Although it is a 4-star hotel as indicated in the Hotel details given during our booking, it is actually consider a 3-star or 2.5 star hotel in international standard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A low quality hotel. As this hotel name keep changing, taxi driver is not familiar with the hotel, even our friend - a Kuwaiti stayed in Kuwait since young also not aware of it.

The hotel was beyoned my expectations. I'm used to choosing costly hotels with rating above 8 and due to my late arrival i decided to choose a cheap one. To my suprise, I have been upgraded to a suite. All my requests were answered instantly. If i have not made unrefundable booking in another hotel, I would have extended my stay. Mirage will be our top choice in all our future visits to Kuwait. I just disliked the smell of the renewed furniture which can be tolerated.

It's my first time in a hotel in Kuwait that's very affordable and safe environment, and the staff are very good and helpful. For sure I will comeback and recommend to all my friends.

The staff were cooperative with fixing a booking error that I had made at no additional cost, and then on top of that were kind enough to provide a free upgrade when my booking error resulted in my original room type not being available. After a long journey it was greatly appreciated.

Again if i come to kuwait i will stay with this hotel because when i book it was cheap of maney, but i will bring with me cloth for the bed.. Because it waz dirty and not comfortable.

The hotel is located in the Kuwait City center. You get a nice city view from one of the higher floors. I was at floor 13. The room was very nice, almost at a luxury level. When I arrived to the room, it felt cold as the air conditioning was on. I looked at the air conditioning and it showed a room temperature of 13, so it was no wonder that the room felt cold. I turned off the air conditioning and I thought that the room would soon warm up, but that did not happen as it was cool outside during the night, so in the morning it was still only 17 degrees inside the room. The blanket of the bed was not thick enough to compensate for the cold air in the room, so I was freezing. I was not expecting this as Kuwait City is known as one of the hottest cities in the world during the summer months. However, Kuwait is a little further north than the other Gulf countries and that makes a big difference during the winter months. It can get quite cold here during the winter months, occasionally it can even freeze here, so it can get cold in the hotel rooms, if you travel here in December or January. Also the water in the shower was not especially warm, so when you take a shower it is going to feel maybe a little too refreshing considering that you are already freezing before turning the water on.
