I stayed with my young kids for a night and had a great overall experience. Pros: Very helpful staff, prompt on addressing any complaint ( I had one, which was handled instantly), very clean and best wrt value for money.Despite of waiting for couple of hours, allowed to check in at 2:30 pm, which is I :30 hrs. earlier than their normal check - in timings. Cons: On the map, it showed in front on Clock tower, in reality, its on the back., no parking at the facility.

It's very good hotel in Mecca, only 50meters from Alharam Mosque. If I can going there I must stay in here again..

Great hotel and close to mecca haram. But not sure I would book through agoda again. As you book 1 room but end up getting another. Although agoda will tell you to pay the extra and do the upgrade once ypur in the hotel its probably too late. If your credit card happens to decline they only tend to tell you on the day of check in. So make sure you have enough available funds and additional credit cards, or you will be forced to stay in the room of their choice with no views from your hotel room.

It can easily be the best for the price if following things are taken care of: 1. No of shuttles. 2 during the day and 1 at night is a low noumber considering the requirements around prayers' time. 2. Maintenance. A. checking in at 6 pm and still rooms were not fully ready.B. A/C control in one out of two rooms malfunctioning and required an hour with the technician and not fully resolved. C. Center Shower in one out of two bathrooms was not working. 3. Receptionist took 20 minutes to process check-in and gave me the keys which were not working for one of the rooms. 4. Breakfast. Unlike other places the breakfast was not having any kinds of soups. The A/C system does not have any heaters. hence the minimum temperature that you can have is room temperature which can be difficult to bear if it is too low.

Everything got fine in your hotel but one issue which annoyed me a lot. Our flight was at 11.05am from Jeddah. And we suppose to start within 6 to 6.30 am from hotel. I had request to cafe Manager to arrange our breakfast by packet for takeaway. But he deny. My old mother and my children was with me and it very embarrassing me for not to arrange breakfast in the departure time finishing our Omrah where our room packages was including breakfast. and finally we had wait till 6.45 am for the opening the Rasturent but nobody was there to open and your time shows in the board is 6.30 am to 10.30 am opening time. It made us very embarrassing and feel us very eresponsible as a well known hotel in Mecca.

This is one of the best hotel in Saudi Arabia. It was really pleasant surprise to see excellent behavior of a person in reception. Only issue is that they put the bed foot direction towards Kabaa and that should be mandatory for the hotels to set the bed not in the direction of Kabbaa

I would like to thank Agoda and ZamZam Pullman' staff for their kind help and understanding. We arrived earlier (around 11 am) with the kids and they were very nice and let us check in earlier. This is the best service I have ever had in Mecca. Next time I will definitely choose ZamZam Pullman.

Friendly staff, free parking, in Mahbas Al Jin but the 24h shuttle bus makes it very near and easy to Al Haram , the most money valuable hotel in Mecca. Highly recommended.

The Hotel was very close to Haram, so there was no problem wake from/to haram, but the only problem would be the hill(mountain) that the hotel built on, like many areas in Mecca, it was hard in the walk back to the hotel, yet the hotel has more than six shuttle buses, driving from/to Haram, anytime you decide to come back from Haram or go to Haram, there is a bus waiting for you, and could drive with you only boarded, WIFI connection in the Hotel, even it is not mentioned in the hotel specifications, but it is good to found it there, so after I finished Omra, I was able to answer few emails, and there is an internet PCs in one of the floors Food was OK, now wow, but OK, well done and not so fancy, we enjoy it, either breakfast time or dinner(supper) time, The towels was very old, the mattress as well, but the towels were clearly old, they have some sign of rust(from iron), i am not sure how it come, but it sound like even if you ask for another towels you will not find one to satisfy you enough, it was clean, clearly clean, but old and have the rust colour the TV was very old, no much channels for the KIDS, so it was good that our journey was not to interest for the TV but for the kids we had a DVD player to connect with the TV to watch the cartoons, so you better do that if you had kids I would come again to that hotel if they fix the towel issue, or I had to bring my towels with me and find a way to clean them at the end of each day

this is one of the best hotel I've stayed in makkah very close to Haram near the new extension. this is my 2nd stay in anjum and I must say both times the experience has been wonderful. the service provided by staff is outstanding. The staff are very caring . breakfast buffet is very good maybe on of the best, all the good served is made with care, unlike the makkah restaurants Anjum food is outstanding/tasty and not bland for sure !! Anjum has a outside sitting are where you can relax at night highly recommend this for your perfect umrah,

Excellent location and very near to the Masjidil Haram. Good facilities and breakfast. Lacking internet access but same for most hotel in Mecca.

Stayed three nights while performing Umrah. Very clean and modern facility. Did find an English speaking person in the check-in counter. Room was clean and nice with all the amnesties expected from a 4 star hotel. Daily cleaning was also available. Overall, everyone liked the hotel. Moderate 15 minutes walking distance from the Haraam. Last hundred yards or so to the hotel is slightly stiff, but not a problem for most adults. This will be true for many hotels given the topology. No on premise sit-in restaurant for lunch or diner - room service only. It is bit pricey and we opted to eat out instead.

This is the best 5 star hotel I have stayed at in Makkah. It is modern and clean with a surprisingly good customer service (something very rare in Saudi Arabia!) -Very good breakfast -Beautiful prayer room/mosque overlooking the ka'bah. My wife really enjoyed praying here when she couldn't go to the haram because of our young children. -Also, children under 7 stay free with parents which made this hotel excellent value for us. Overall- this has been the best hotel experience we have had in Makkah (5th time).

this hotel is definitely the best in mecca!!! we booked a gorgeous suite with a separate living room with dining table and a fantastic bathroom, and you can see the kaaba clearly from the window. it was an amazing experience! and every single detail in the hotel is superior starting from the decoration of the room, well selected colors, the size of the suite, bed, staff, cleanliness, bathroom, food, speed and quantities of elevators, location, everything was worthy of a more than luxury five star rating. it is quite obvious from the friendliness of the staff that they are very well trained to seven stars level. espresso and tea is free, complimentary water every day. they have also a fantastic ice cream restaurant worth a visit

Very close to the Haram, very friendly stuff, front disk's smile was the best ever I have got through about 10 years I have passed in saudi arabia, special thanks to the revenue manager for his support and for his understanding. I would definitely come back to Makrem Ajyad Makkah and it would be very hard for me to change to another hotel.

I was quite sceptical about the hotel as I had never been in Mecca. I had heard that the 5 star hotels within the vicinity of the masjid al haraam were just by name sake and that people were just paying extra for the location. In terms of Conrad, it had really taken me by surprise. It is by far, one of the best hotels that I have ever been to. The rooms was very clean and extremely beautiful. The staff just added to the amazing ambiance of the hotel. They were amazing and were constantly smiling. I would definitely book this hotel the next time I come here.

It make me feel home .., rooms are a bit narrow, but I wouldn't complain it , coz it only costs 20 bucks for a night. Even that tiny room , 2 mirrors inside birth room , 2 big mirrors bed room, including fully equipped mini kitchen. Provide towel , shampoo, razor, hair dryer an so on .. Aircon, Tv , prayer mat, tea , coffee and mineral water bottle. Overall, the price is so affordable and you got a present stay. Remark , If you book Uber remember to type in accurate address. there are a similar hotel name around ; ) Recommend for young adults and solo travelers. 25 mins to Haram .. Hotel is located at the top of hill.

Alhamdulillah, this was my first umrah and definitely first time in the holy city of Mecca. We were in a group of seven and we were greeted with warm welcome at the entrance after approximately 2 hours journey from Jeddah (due to heavy traffic). We had one hiccup which 1 of three rooms booked from Agoda wasn't in their system. We checked in to the two rooms first. I was slightly uneasy as I was still ihram but patience was all I have. At first, I was instructed by the check in staff to go to one of their department to deal with this one particular Agoda booking. In my opinion it wasn't my job running around their department to solve this problem. After a while he agreed he will deal with this problem. Anyway, we got the third room that we paid for. I am thankful for that. Other than that, the hotel is really close to Masjidil Haram, it is connected to (for me at least) a very sufficient mall complete with food court on top level and supermarket on the lower ground level. Wifi is free and quick. Staffs in general were all good, patience and welcoming. I wouldn't mind staying again.

The hotel were booked for a night just to try once during Ramadan on May 26, 2018! The buses from Hotel to Haram (Ghazza Parking) is an option but takes about 10 - 15 min. and return is 5 - 10 min. There was no Tea or Coffee and Water bottles in the room, upon asked several time they just provide few tea bags with sugar only. The kettle was leak and high risk of electric shock! There was small size cockroaches died in the room floor & few flies and be found in the room as well! The price i have PAID was reasonable as compare to other hotel in Ramadan! But overall i do not want to post my bad comment or disappoint other not to check-in, This happened with me in room # 454, Might be other room are well maintained!

1. Excellent location, just a few minutes away from Haram. 2. Hotel reception guys, as usual all over KSA, can't converse in English and depend on the bell boys who are usually from India, Pakistan or Bangladesh and speak Hindi/Urdu. 3. Didn't opt for breakfast so can't comment on food quality. 4. If somebody comes to pick/drop you from hotel, they can't park the car in front of the hotel as police will immediately fine them! 5. A friend told me that the Stars given to the hotels here are managed by Government, so no point cribbing about if this is a 4 star or 5 star!

the makkah hilton towers is somewhat less flashy than its sister hotel, the makkah hilton and the different entry points was a bit confusing for first time pilgrims like us. towers reception area is located in the basement carpark whereas the latter is on the ground floor. we booked a tower family room for four nights in august this year through agoda. check in was quite smooth but the strange thing was we had to go through the shops on the ground floor of the building to get to another entrance on the side to get to our room. our room was on top of a flight of stairs – again, unexpected. but the room was a good size and it was clean and comfortable. air-conditioning was great, very cold in fact. there was a queen sized bed and one twin sized bed plus a large sofa bed – more than adequate for our family of 3 adults and 2 children. i have to agree with the other reviewers – breakfast there was great. good prompt service, nice assortment of breads and pastries and other breakfast staples like sausages etc. housekeeping team kept the room nice and clean daily with fresh towels and toiletries. the best part for us was the proximity to the holy mosque – its entrance is just outside the hotel so in terms of location, we were blessed. great value for money. if we are ever blessed with the ability to perform our umrah again, we would not hesitate to stay at the makkah hilton tower again.

I stay for 1 night here, i catch a very good price for the room, compare it's 4 star hotel, it was a brilliant price, this hotel not close to "Haram" you need at least 10 minutes by taxi or car to reach "Haram" but the hotel offer free transportation (BUS) going frequently to "Haram" every hour and 24 hour, which is great, bus will drop you in a point need to walk another 10 minutes to reach "Haram" but it's better than you use your car, because there no way to park your car there, all in all this hotel is brilliant but i don't recommend to people who travel with old people can't walk for some.

This is newly built 5 star hotel of Millennium Chain of Hotels. It has all facilities which you expect from any 5 star hotel. If you are coming to Makkah by car this hotel would be the best choice as it has free secured parking space for 200 cars. Per night rates are very less as compared to other 5 star hotels in Makkah and the reason is its location which is 2.3 kilometers from Haram. However, they offer free shuttle bus service for Haram 24hrs a day.

A wonderful experience true to its rating. The gem is the food varieties which redefines itself in Mecca. Indian dhosa, noodles and dim sum all are served at breakfast! Room service was good too esp the dum briyani I had. A gym is in place as well. Staff very friendly and helpful. The shopping mall below with Bin Dawood and the foodcourt adds to the convienience.

As soon as we arrived we were told that we have not made payment although we booked via agoda and paid, we were waiting around for 3 hours trying to deal with this at last we were told that they have received the paynent but due to checking in late we have to pay for one day, eventually we were given our rooms. Hotel is spacious, sehri is nice, location is about 4-5mins drive to haram via shuttle buses which pick you up from outside hotel till safa marwa then it is a 5 min walk to the haram building. Bus will drop you off outside haram courtyard. Travel is easy but can be busy straight after taraweeh in Ramadhan to catch bus back from haram. Overall besides the payment issue on first day good hotel, location, food and cleanliness

Beautiful hotel.. Very clean, comfortable and modern. Smells gorgeous! Free bus that takes you to haram and back which is great. You will be given a timetable at reception. Very happy and will definitely go bk if I go bk to Saudi.

PROS: - The price was great with these facilities - Though on Agoda it says that internet is only available in lobby but in fact internet is available in room too. - Bus/Shuttle service available from hotel to Haram. Very small wait time (less than 5 minutes) as they have multiple busses/shuttle available. CONS: - Hotel is not at walking distance from Haram. Also bus/shuttle stop is at least 10 minutes walking distance from Haram (at back of clock tower). This is common bus/shuttle stop for every hotels' busses. So this is not specific to this hotel only. It might be an issue with every hotel that needs bus/shuttle ride. In some cases, wait time for bus/shuttle may exceed 5 minutes.
