My family and I have stayed at Caribe Royale many times in the past few years. The experience has always been exceptional. Friendly staff, gorgeous interior, spectacular lagoon and pool, and excellent selection of dining options. This is a highly affordable luxury experience. you don't want to miss. And the location is great if you want to hit all the hot spots in Orlando. You will not be disappointed!

I do a lot of traveling throughout the year and many hotels have been pleasant; Rosen Centre, however, stood out. Everything from the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone was excellent. First impression is everything - I was greeted with a friendly face at the front desk and she didn’t hesitate to accommodate me with my requests. Rosen Centre is conveniently located next to the convention center and only a mile from ICON and a 15-minute Uber ride to Universal Studios. The hotel itself is very clean, it offered variety of restaurants and bars that open late for night owl like me. The is comfortable and they are generous with pillows. I will definitely stay at Rosen Centre again next time I visit Orlando.

Excelent, we com to Orlando every year, we are from Panama, and the is far the best hotel we ever had here in Orlando.

When we looked into this property, we were concerned by the poor reviews we read online. We decided, for the money, it was worth the risk. What a shock! The hotel far surpassed our expectations. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful (additional requested towels were happily provided within 5 minutes), the room was very cute especially for families with young kids, and the amenities (heated pools, gym, game room) were very nice. The room is clean, albeit dated and could use newer cabinetry and carpeting. The a/c wasn't very strong, due in no small part to the kids "castle" that blocked the air from cooling the entire space. The ceiling fan did help mitigate this. The nearly $8 "Resort Fee" which all hotels have to one extent or another was on par, and the checking in and out of the hotel was quick and efficient. If you're looking for someplace in Orlando, close to the major theme parks, to rest your head for the night, be cute for the kids, and are on a budget then Seralago should be at the top of your list! We will return.

We did not travel with our kids but wished we did it's a very nice hotel almost like a resort with the activities they provide for the whole family. As well as being very clean 👍👍. We will definitely be back with the kids next time. We normally travel to Orlando for the parks but we are coming back next time to spend a day at this hotel with the kids...

This is by far the best resort, in the greater Orlando area, that I have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond their duties to accommodate my daughter and I. The area was clean, all the staff was professional, and they had plenty of activities for children and adults alike. We have stayed in the amusement park resorts, but this was a better experience than those resorts. The pool area alone had a lazy river, water slides, wave pool, jacuzzi, family pool and adult pool. You really never need to leave the resort area to have a good time.

Upon check in we were greeted by vivacious young woman name Angela, who provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Thank you Angela. While leaving chk in we met by a wonderful gentleman named Freedom who offered to escort us to our room. Once we parked he proceeded to help my husband carry all of our luggage to our room. (May I mention we never asked for any directions nor help). Freedom took it upon himself to be welcoming inviting and Extremely helpful. Upon entering our room, I couldn't help but notice how clean spacious everything was. Our mattress was Brand new & very comfortable, we had a wonderful view as well. Our overall experience Was fantastic you have an amazing team, Even down to the wonderful woman (Miss Sharon I believe)who works the day shift in deli who provided my husband & I the best food , we felt at home with her. The stay was very pleasant. Polite staffs and clean room. The check-in and check-out process is relatively smooth and it's done in less than five minutes. There is bus stop located near the hotel that we took to the Premium Outlet stores at Orlando. We ordered steak and buffalo wings from the room service on our first night stay, the food came quite fast it was delicious.

A really great hotel in a very convenient location on International Drive. Very large and comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi access. I Would definately recommend it to anybody planning to visit Orlando, irrespective of whether you are a business or leisure traveller.

My family had our Christmas holiday in Orlando. Choosing Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort is the great choice.

We just returned from spending a week at Hilton Bonet Creek. We are glad that we choose this resort. It made our time at Disney greatly enjoyable. It is close to all Disney theme parks and have regular free shuttle service. We used Uber or Lyft at times and it's no more than $10 one way. There's hardly anything to fault at this resort. It's new, clean and have great facilities. The staff is welcoming and ready to help. The staff at Harvest Bistro (Kurt and Jessica including others) are the stars of resort and will endeavor to make your stay memorable. I highly recommend this resort for an enjoyable stay in Orlando.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience! I will most certainly return to this hotel if I'm ever in Orlando.

The hotel was amazing. Close to everything. They accommodated an early check in, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that needs a little work is the valet parking. You can't call ahead and have your care pulled around and we waited about 15 to 20 minutes each time we used the service. Not a huge issue, and I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando.

Took a while to book in as they had no record of booking. Went to guest services to collect welcome pack but actually it was so they could get you to there time share apartments by trying to sell you reduced Disney tickets. I am surprised that the hotel allow this. We then went to the Disney shop in the hotel and purchased the Disney tickets from a very helpful lady. Reception staff were not over friendly hut the restaurant staff were excellent. Also a bit confused why I was offered an upgrade to a balcony room when booking at an additional cost when ALL rooms are with balconies. So basically ripped off.!!

our family with three teenage children had a great vacation. the rooms were clean and large, three pools to relax at, bbq's if you wanted to eat a meal outside. activities for your kids. you are 10 to 30 minutes from everything that you would want to do in orlando. lots of restaurants to choose from within a few miles of the resort. this was our 5th year in a row going to liki tiki village and we plan to go back again next year. have a great trip.

Location, location and best value for Orlando. Has no resort fees, free parking and great internet. I come to play golf in Orlando and when I stay at any Rosen properties I have the best value for my money because there is no hidden fees, easy access to any area, the bathrooms are the cleanest of any older properties I stayed in. Their maintenance property manager is top notch. The only thing that they could do better is update and have brighter colors instead of drab brown colors. It would make the rooms brighter and bigger. By far, they are the cleanest bathrooms and water pressure on all floors are great.

Stayed at the Rosen Plaza for a business trip. Because of the attentiveness of the staff and the amenities, it felt more like a vacation. The next time I visit Orlando I will definitely stay here again. Minutes from Disney and Sea World and the Airport. Definitely check them out first for a quality stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree Hotel Orlando Universal At the Entrance. Upon arrival, we requested for early check-in and a room was immediately given to us. Warm & yummy chocolate chip cookies were also given to us upon check-in. Love the free shuttle to the Universal Studios - Island of Adventures & Universal Studios - Florida. It was a 15 min walk away if the shuttle bus was missed. There was also Walgreens and several restaurants located near to the hotel. I would recommend changing hotels (e.g those nearer to Disney) when planning days to Disneyland. This is so as to not miss the firework shows and other shows which are usually shown towards the later part of the evening (9pm).

I love this resort. Been coming here for four years now. It's an older facility but they keep the grounds and gardens spotless and groomed. 3 pools, jacuzzi, nature trails, tiki bar and movies every night under the covered main pool. Close to everything. Disney, Outlet malls, Orlando Icon, Disney Springs, tons of restaurants and much more! Staff is very couteous. Fantastic bang for your $

Arrived before lunch , got parked and called for a Lyft , location is close to everything we wanted to do and well know to both Lyft and Uber Drivers. Had a very late check in with no issues!

I have stayed here a few times before. Literally minutes from Universal (just cross bridge going over I4 and turn right into the parking area). It isn't fancy. There is a $100 deposit they take at the start of stay and return back at the end. Rooms is decent size. They all have fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Only have had the $7.99 breakfast buffet-nothing to write home about. MANY tourist shops and restaurants down the road that can be walked to. This is one of my go to hotels for a cheap couple day getaway to FL.

I was very nervous to book this resort based on the reviews I read prior. I finally decided to give the resort a chance and I'm so glad I did because we had a fantastic time! The check in process was slow. There were only two agents on the front desk and they were dealing with check in, check out and fielding questions from guests. However I could tell that they were doing the best they could to get people through quickly. The hotel really should have more people on the desk, especially at check in time during spring break. We were checked in by Mrs Gloria and she was amazing! She was so friendly and accommodating. She explained all the ins and outs of the hotel, and even upgraded our room to get us in earlier as we had been chatting about what a long day we'd had travelling with our kids. The room was better than I'd expected. It was small but clean and comfortable. It had 2 beds, a fridge, and lots of storage. I have no complaints here. The waterpark was fun and perfect for kids. I didn't find it to be run down at all. Two of the slides in the splash zone area were closed, but not sure if they were out of order or just weren't enough staff to man them. With that said, there were plenty of life guards. They were even patrolling the ground level of the splash zone and checking the bottom of the slide every few seconds. We loved that there was a covered pool area so we couldn't continue swimming while getting a break from the sun. Despite it being spring break I didn't find it to be overly crowded or chaotic. The longest we waited in line for the larger slides was about 5 minutes. One recommendation to the resort, invest in more double tubes for the yellow slide. It seemed like there were only 8 or so of them. As I said, the lines were short to get on but we had to stand around for awhile waiting to get our hands on a double tube as there definitely weren't enough to go around. Unfortunately check out was at 11:00am and our flight wasn't until 9:30pm. Mrs Glo

My family and I stayed at Rosen Inn Universal for 2 weeks and 2 wonderful weeks they were. Our room was homely and our housekeeper, Melinise, was very friendly. She ensured that we got everything that we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. The hotel is conveniently located on I-drive close to just about EVERYTHING! Hotel staff was awesome! Carlos, who checked us in, Viviana and the other Front Desk staff are just the best! Extremely welcoming, polite and accommodating. Restaurants were a little expensive so, we bought and stored food in our room refrigerator. The I-Ride trolley is a convenient way to move around so, we got unlimited I-Ride tickets for the duration of our stay. There is so much to see and do, 2 weeks was just not enough. Rosen Inn universal is now my home whenever I am in Orlando. We will definitely be going back and this time, we will be bringing friends! Thanks to the staff at Rosen Inn Universal for making our stay a memorable one!

Traveled to Orlando with my 15 y.o. daughter and 3 of her girlfriends for The Worlds's Cheering Competition held at ESPN Wide World of Sports. The entrance to the resort was beautiful. We didn't have much time to look around the resort other than the pool for 2 nights for about an hour or two swim before the pool closed at 10 p.m. Our villa was very comfortable, clean and in walking distance to the pool. Our stay was for 5 nights. The only problem we encountered which made it difficult getting around is that we didn't have a car. So even to go get supplies for the kitchen, (snacks, fruit, milk, etc) we had to call an Uber. We had ordered food the first night of our stay from the grill, which I guess they were very busy, they forgot my daughter's food. So we had to wait (which was probably another 20 mins) before she could eat. I think they may want to look into arranging shuttle services to the parks (in the Disney area since the resort is situated a few miles away from them

We found a simple room, spacious and clean, with a refrigerator (no microwave) and coffee maker. I still find it hard to believe that a basic room is closer to $100 per night than $50, but we were fine with the basics. Good mattress, pleasant staff, and a good breakfast buffet with several staff maintaining supplies and cleanliness.

I forgot that double tree hotels had their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies upon checking in. We tried to update our reservation a couple weeks before we arrived to switch from two queen beds to a king bed but they couldn't accommodate us due to being fully booked. They gave us the option of trying to switch on our 2nd night but we were too tired to do so. It was interesting staying at a garden style hotel after being used to taller buildings. It was nice walking around the property and they had so many activities and we appreciated restaurants being open til late at night. We would love to see a more expansive menu for the Laguna restaurant. Other than that, the service was great. The bathrooms were a little outdated too and could use a little renovating.

We knew we were going to Epcot center, so it was an easy decision to choose the Dolphin resort with its free access by boat to Epcot and leaving the car in the resort parking saved us parking fees as well. Win-Win. The best was its pools and man-made beach areas to relax and unwind from the madness of the theme parks. There is a large waterfall with a cooling grotto and the beach was hardly used by anyone at all. We both fell asleep in the shade of palm trees after our red-eye flight. The rooms are very spacious, but sadly no coffee maker, microwave, etc to complete the resort experience. Resort fee is unreasonable considering it does not cover parking. This may be a Disney property, but it was not over-run by screaming kids and large families. Very pleasant choice.

We stay in a two bedroom condo style room. It has a full kitchen, dining room and living room. There are two full size bathrooms in the unit. There is one smaller bedroom with two single beds, a pull out couch in the living room and a large master bedroom with a jacuzzi style tub in a full size bathroom off the master. Wherever your unit is you are close to a pool and hot tub. This hotel offers many activities for all ages, including scavenger hunts, mini golf, karaoke, live entertainment, beer and wine tastings and poolside movies. There is a convenience store and take out on site. This is a very clean and well maintained hotel. I never stay anywhere else when in the Orlando area.

It has standard Hilton facility, the staff is really nice and we got early check-in easily even it's not the time yet. As other Hilton hotel problem, the noise is easy to be heard next door, so guests need to be really quiet to make sure did not disturb others. There are free shuttles every half an hour going to all the theme parks, luckily, Hilton is the first stop, so there are always seats as the bus went to all the downtown Disney resort hotels. It's around twenty minutes to Orlando downtown, and actually, better spend the whole week there for the Disney. We spent two days for two parks, really tired tho.

The hotel is very near Universal Orlando. It had free shuttle to the theme parks already from early in the morning (7.30 if I remember right , on time for park opening at 9am). They also offered other time schedules to and from the parks. . Other hotels in the area offered free shuttles but we found out they were always only one scheduled shuttle to the park at 11 am and pick up from park at 6 pm (park closes 9 or 10pm) which were not practical. Checking in was easy with friendly helpful staff. Checking out was fast. We only had to leave our keys in the room after receiving the invoice the night before.Parking is free around the hotel, where almost always you'll find a nearby doorway in to the hotel. The well maintained pool with lounge, 2 jacussis , hammocks, free pool towels and fitness center all added to a refreshing holiday. Breakfast buffet (with fee ) had both cold and warm food (omelets ordered from cook), beverages, sweets, fruits, cereals, yogurt, etc. Our room was always properly cleaned and had ample toiletries, microfridge and coffee maker.Truly an excellent hotel.
