"Was looking for a beach resort near Victoria, Tarlac (We were coming from manila but have to pick up my wife's brothers there). saw this one online, booked it right away. Was warned about San Fabian not being so clean and so on, but to their surprise the place was really nice, we got the Capiz house. It was worth the trip. If you are looking for a beach resort near Manila (I think it would take around 3.5 hrs from QC) this can be on top of your list."
