Conturce was the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Very clean, spacious, good facilities, conveniently located, and most importantly amazing staffs! I will definitely stay there again!

Great experience, a little small (especially the bathroom) but otherwise great. Staff was great. Rich offered plenty of help and even took us out to a local drum music event. Great service~

This was a very bad place to stay. Not clean. No water in the shower. Broken toilet. No wifi in the room or in the lobby. The aircond was very cold all the time and made a lot of noise.It was not possible to adjust the temperature. I froze all the time, even with all my clothes on. Many guests complained to the owner and the staff. Nothing happened. They replied very arrogant. The owner said: " You should be glad you are not in Paris." (This was the day after the terror in Paris) I paid for a place where it was imnpossible to sleep? This is he worst experience i ever had with a guesthouse or hotel

The best place to stay in Isla Verde. Marisol is so kind, helpfull and made me feel very welcome. The house is in a great location, close to the beach, the room and facilities are nice and clean, totally worth for the money. I would defenitely stay here again and I will recomend this place to all of my friends.

The hosts were incredibly gracious! They explained the area, the things happening in town, provided maps of local eateries and the bus lines - very friendly folks. The rooms were very, very clean, the bed was super comfy, cable TV was available, the bathroom had a very spacious shower and the bedrooms have 2 AC units that you can control. The home is 2 blocks away from Ocean Park Beach and the home has some beach stuff for guests to use for free - you won't have to buy or rent them during your stay. I'd recommend the property if you're looking to do more beach activities. Its in a residential area so if you're looking for an area with a lot of night life, Condado might be better. The area was quiet and Calle McLeary is very well lit during the night. The house itself is very pretty, its a hidden gem.

Spend one night and are coming back for one more. Close to the airport, but fixed taxi-prices to most places so expensive taxi-rides during our stay that included old San Juan and the Bacardi destillery (Great!). Hotelroom ok, nothing fancy, but no problems. Very strong AC! Reserved the room for $190 two nights but with taxes and fees it ended in $240 for 3 people!! And add the expensive taxi-fares aswell. The owner/manager Christofer was awsome and very nice and helpful. Other staff not any energy-booze exactly. Good shower and batchroom. Nice sunny terass, but no pool.

i will always use the hotel again on all my future trips to the san juan condado, puerto rico area. i have tried several economical hotels but this one has been the best and i correct is has been the very best. it also includes a nice continental breakfast and the eating area is very clean. the young man serving the clients in the breakfast area was very polite,courteous and pleasing with everyboy. the check out was in a jiffy no complication at all. hotel miramar you gave us a great service and i will recommend your hotel to all the persons that i know. once again thank you!!!!!

i have nothing to complain. the location was great, the price was reasonable, and services were great too. but if you want to go to old san juan, then it's a bit far away.

We trusted Agoda.com to have actual knowledge of the establishments they push on their site but that is not the case. We had a Booking Confirmation to this place but when we got there, the hotel doors were chained and padlocked. The owner saw us with our confirmation in hand and could not believe that this happened. The hotel has been closed for renovations since last September of 2017. He helped us by calling other hotels for us and eventually found one in old San Juan. He was super helpful and I would certainly recommend that people give them a call at the Hotel Plaza De Armas once they have re-opened. So just to be clear, we never stayed there but their reaction and care about our welfare truly impressed us so I gave them 5 stars across the board.

The room was clean, but quite small. The noise from the air conditioner was the main issue for me. Breakfast was included, but the selection was limited to white bread and cereals etc. only.The staff was polite and willing to help with booking daily activities etc. The building itself looks very cute from outside.

We stayed for 1 night and it was fine, small rooms but the place has character, everything a little old but not bad at all, the a/c made alot of noise but wasn't really a issue, the bar was cool but was right next to our room although noise wasn't an issue (apart from a/c), couldn't get the television to receive a good enough picture to watch which was a bit annoying, its a pricey area and for what it costs you would expect more but i don't dislike the place and it was one of the cheaper options. Staff were super helpful and all in all I give it 3 stars

We were very disappointed in the quality of the shower. You could not maintain water pressure or temperature. Everything else was great. The staff was nice. Our room had a good view. Felt the hotel charged a larger fee but delivered less than the quality such a fee should cover.

Updated room photos needed. Booked a king bed, received two full beds, staff stated they were out of king beds. I had to be moved to another room since the ceiling in my original one was leaking. I was also charged a resort fee at the hotel yet when I booked through Agoda that showed as part of the fees when reservation was paid in full. I will be calling to obtain credit. Breakfast provided was great though. Lots of variety

The hotel had a pool and hot tub which made the stay very positive. The front desk staff were awesome. Special thanks to Scarlet who was super helpful. The facilities were acceptable. The only complaint was that breakfast was a little crowded at times and the food was sometimes dry. The location and price were excellent.

Great location. The bed in our room always had what seemed like saw dust when we arrive in the evening. I think it’s coming from the ceiling of the room.

My room was fine but the ladies staying across the hallway had the smallest room that I have ever seen in my life. No windows in the room, but that is not all together uncommon there.

Very small room. The whole place needs renovations. I left a pizza out overnight o top of the table and when I woke up, it was infested with bugs. Definitely not worth the money I paid for this hotel.

we really enjoyed our stay at coral princess. it's close location to beaches, restaurants and sites were the deciding factors why we chose to stay there. the service was outstanding and helpful, the rooms were clean and tidy, bed was comfy and had a good night sleep. we enjoyed the continental breakfast set up, food was fresh and delicious. we will definately stay again, and highly recommend others to book at coral princess.

Overall, very good. You cannot beat the location- the beach, convenience stores, restaurants and bars are only a step away and you are paying much less than the vast majority of hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast, however, was underwhelming and the walls are a bit thin with the rooms being so close together. Thus noisy guests can sometimes be a problem. Those things, however, won't stop me from staying again!

Had a good stay here for a couple nights in a King room. Giant room with multiple TVs, very large patio, and good condition. Had a little kitchenette as well. Good place to be while I found an apartment in San Juan.

We loved our stay here prior to and after our Cruise. The room was very spacious and clean with a nice Ensuite Bathroom. Very comfortable Queen bed and a great air conditioner. The staff were wonderful and could not have been more helpful. We loved our stay here And would definitely return if we ever return to San Juan.

The location of the hotel was good. More than enough bars and restaurants within walking distance. But didn't have to leave the property to have fun at night. Casino on site was fun. There was a sports bar that showed all the football games on Sunday and the lounge was hopping on Saturday night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service came in a reasonable time and the food was good. I thought the price on comparison with other hotels was good and I would go back again.

This hotel was in a great location - across the street from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. We felt totally safe, and were happy to wander around looking at the restaurants and enjoying the beach. The pool was also nice. The room was a tad small, and the bathroom had a sliding door, but it had everything we needed. So many usb ports and electrical outlets were in the room! water pressure was great. It was around a $20 cab ride to old san juan, which we loved, too. Overall, I would stay there again!

Great building, some beautiful decor and fittings, nice staff, and very comfortable rooms. Central location, delicious breakfasts.

Nothing but great things to say from the friendly staff, to the convenient location, to the yummy cuisine location inside the hotel, infinity pool and spacious hot tub....best stay in San Juan!

Great location if you want the feel of old town Puerto Rico many places to eat and shop at by walking you will love the food and people weather is great can not tell you any thing that you would not like. will come back soon.

i attended a conference recently at this hotel. the hotel is located close to old san juan and in easy travelling distance to the city. staff were very pleasant and attentive. my room was large and well equipped. all in all a good experience.

Pros- great area everything is within walking distance. Hot tub always monitored and kept clean. Cons- the rooftop bar is almost nonexistent. Only used for breakfast. Limited parking, however, they do have an assigned lot within walking distance. General- I would definitely stay here again
