It is probably the best hotel in seremban now because it is relatively new. the other two 5 stars hotels in seremban are too old and needs some refurnishing by now. Palm hotel is right at mall where u can get ur basic shopping, groceries, money xchange, movie, and food of coz. but if u r visiting, u should definitely try the eateries outside (some walking distance) instead of shopping mall food. i would give 5-star for the bathroom as well. the only downside of this hotel is probably the slow check in process. other than that, its all good.

If you are travelling to seremban, be it for business or leisure, please come to this hotel. Just this hotel. The room is clean, breakfast is superb and they gave great swimming pools (especially for kids). Dont go to other 'lousy' hotel in Seremban and dont get fooled by the other hotel's promotional posters. This is the best hotel as it used to be The Hilton Seremban (Now chamged to Royal Chulan because of the business take over matters) If you know the 'Hilton' standard, then you will never be reggretted of choosing this hotel. Perfect for both leisure and business.

Every year me and my family will come to Seremban to stay over a night to visit relatives. Considering, this is the best hotel compared to the rest of the seremban hotels I have stayed. BUT, we are so unlucky that we got the room directly above the Kitchen.(Room 127) Because there is a machine sound produce from the kitchen. It was very noisy! The sound ended at close to 11pm, start at 5+am. To be honest we did not sleep well. But well, we also have to leave early in the morning. So it's just an hour earlier than we expect to be awake. We went down to have breakfast at 7am sharp and checkout.

So excited found such new, quiet and budget hotel in seremban town. We had an quiet overnight stay. Staff was polite and friendly. Provided free mineral water, coffee & tea, and quality shower gel even the price is quite budget. The room’s sleeping cushion is too soft and low, would be great provide extra one. Only complaint is our room has strong smell of smoke, even that is a non-smoking room, we found our clothes and cushion are fully with that smell. Hope could be better in maintenance.

It was the holiday season for Hari Raya and I need to stay somewhere nearby my own home in Seremban. The rates at Klana Resort were the best and it was a good decision as the rates are inclusive of sahur in accordance with Ramadhan. Check in was quick, stayed on the 3rd floor facing the quiet side of this hotel. Rooms are very spacious although the wear and tear factors are very much in evidence. The electronic safe was not working, I was given another room after the 2nd day but the same thing persists. Wifi was not that fast although the staff at front desk advised me to use my laptop at the lobby for faster speed. The tv channels were limited to 7 channels... this is a factor the hotel's management should look in as I was switched on to AXN all the time. Room was cleaned around 10.00 a.m although you do nees to check the towels provided as mine was quite flimsy upon a change of room. I requested for a newspaper but was only provided on the 3rd morning but not the day I was supposed to check out. Had a pleasant and restful sleep as it was quiet on my floor. Staff were friendly and willing to take note of my requests especially pertaining to the electronic safe but until I checked out, it was not settled... I need to repeat and remind them but that is actually attended by the mantainance department. Breakfast and sahur were very very good, tasty hot milo was available during sahur but not during breakfast. For what I had paid, Klana Resort remains the best deal in Seremban.

Stayed for one night. The surrounding area is full of restaurants, bars and even a food court, so it's very convenient for food even though they don't provide breakfast. The décor is very stylish and modern, the rooms are very clean and there is a power shower. All in all, a good choice for a stopover in Seremban whether for business or leisure.

Participated in the MKH Seremban International 12-Hour Walk. Traveled alone & stayed for 1 Night (6th-7th Dec 2014). Checked in for a weekend for a short trip, rooms were decent, staff were helpful and pretty accommodating. Room was decent with airconditioning and a en suite shower and toilet. Great location as well being nearby to palm mall as well as a hospital. Even has daily cleaners. Only minor faults i could find with the place is possibly the fact that the pillows are awfully stiff (could suit some people just fine) but for me personally it just wasn't for me and the TVs could use some updating but for the price i paid per night for the trip i really cant complain. Great deal and place overall, will return if i'm in Seremban again

It is one of the best hotel in Seremban and my family and I are 100% satisfied with our stay there on 24.12.2017. The staff, Mr. Siva and his colleagues including the bell boy and the housekeeping staff and the staff at the restaurant are so kind and always with a smiling face. The location of the hotel is not very far from Seremban 2 and its an ideal place for those who wants to have a relaxing time as the D'Tempat Club House offers a variety of activities and also a great place to dine.

This hotel is a budget hotel located at a developing area in seremban 2. It has quite a number of eateries around the area. The hotel room is clean and has sufficient facilities for comfort living. Obviously I won't be expecting high tech stuff for Rm125 for a triple room. In a nutshell I am very satisfied.

I really satisfied with the room given to me. Location is near to Haram. Since I’m single travel so it’s easier for me to reach to the hotel. The hotel located at the hill side. There are shuttle to bring you from the main road to the entrance. Since I’m solo travel that’s not my priority. The main point was the hotel is near to Haram. The staff really helpful. Worth the price. Since It’s cheapest in town so you can’t put high expectations. Room nice and clean,comes with amenities. I will surely book here again next time.

Location - Less than 5 minutes driving from PLUS expressway Seremban exit. - Located near many amenities around such as Kwan's Specialist Clinic, KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital, Palm Mall Shopping Complex and many shops around. Car Park - No reserved parking for hotel guest. Relying on public car park outside hotel and having difficulty to get nearest parking to hotel. Car park cost is bearable by hotel guest. Room - Valued for money. - Room is clean. - Some of the room is without a windows. WiFi - WiFi network is up but cannot connected to Internet ** Please do request for non-window room as the traffic outside quite heavy and near traffic light junction.

Not much comment for this hotel. less choice in seremban as we have to stay our experienced hotel in seremban jaya. Many other good hotel compare to this , unfortunately location wise we have to stay in this hotel. Overall, good for short stay. Will get bored for long stay! only for business trip, room only for sleep , take bath and rest. Surrounding many malay restaurant.

Hotel's location is good. It's near Senawang Commercial Park, Giant & Mydin Hypermarket. Booked a room that has 1 king bed & 1 single bed, and received a room that is beyond expectations. The room has big space in front of the TV. The bathroom is also superb! Very clean and have a bath tub, much to my nephew's delight! The check in and check out process were simple & fast. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

First time dtg seremban.. Bilik mcm seram sikit.. Bfast dia bukan buffet.. Xpuas makan bfast.. Sbb kna pilih nk makan apa.. Portion sikit je.. Mcm xberbaloi la utk apa yg dibayar.. Hope ada improvement la in future..

I like to stay in here whenever I have located myself in Seremban. The hotel is simply astonishing in its way. The room is spacious, the bed is clean and tiny, the air cond ans hot water are functioning very well and the speed of wifi is the best. I would recommend people to stay here whenever you're at the location :)

the room is empty, clean, large, water heater, near to the restaurant ( seremban aeon jaya jusco ) the staff is friendly.

This hotel located in the heart of seremban town. It's within walking distance to Taman Tasik Seremban (Seremban Lake Park) and Pasar Besar Seremban (Seremban Market) and about 10-15 minutes walking to railway station. Basically one can covers whole old seremban town just by walking from the hotel. Room is clean. Furniture inside the room is of old-fashion. TV channel is unclear. Bathroom is OK but with moderate water pressure. Room uses traditional key lock. Avoid weekend night or room with window because there is illegal street motor racing in the midnight with VERY loud noise. I am a deep sleeper but was awoken by the noise which continuously lasted for 15-30 min. I would recommend it to traveler or those for short business trip or whoever just need a place to over night. You will have a pleasant sleep and short stay but nothing more than that.

It is far from the Seremban town. There is nothing special around that area. I booked the hotel thinking that it is in Seremban since the address is stated as Seremban only to know that it is far away in Senawang. Nevertheless it is a good stay for those around Senawang or have business dealings in Senawang. This is the address listed in Agoda - No 86, Jalan Orkid 2, Taman Senawang Indah, Senawang, Seremban, Malaysia 70450 (For those not familiar with Seremban will definitely think that it is in Seremban itself)

I actually hesitated to book this hotel coz of poor review, but I decided to give a try. Found the hotel very clean and bed very comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful. They got me a good quiet room. Although the aircon was not very strong, it was just nice for my 2 nights stay. It is a relatively a new hotel within walking distance from Palm mall. Many good restaurants around thos hotel. Perhaps the hotel could improve tv channel by introducing Astro or HBO channels. Also having an electric kettle in the room would be helpful. Will definitely return to this hotel for my next trip.

Parking in Seremban is free, but there are plenty of cars in this town. Securing a lot in front of the hotel is not easy. We took two room, and the rooms in Seremban Inn are spick and span.

I booked this hotel for stop over and take takes 20 mins from LCC airport. The hotel do look like a motel from the outside but the is surpring spacious and clean! The bed was comfy and the staff is so nice! I think he asked his family to give me a lift at 6am in the morning because my taxi driver didn't turn up! very appreciated!

Superb comfort and nice to stay in this hotel, room n toilet is clean. This is my third time to visit in seremban n stay at five hotel, definitely will come back again.well done n keep going👍

The neighbourhood is quite good. Speedmart is a few shops away, walkable. Mamak shop beside the hotel. And drivable to anywhere on seremban. Close to highway toll road. At night it wasn't noisy at all. The rooms are well kept clean.

best superb hotel!!!!! ive lived in fl my whole life and have never seen as good as this hotel ever!!all the staff was really helpful until they ensure me i get to my flight.the room are really interior design with low budget price.the service was good and no charge for extra towel or bedsheets.our room had the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on, it was so good we really didn't want to get out of bed in the mornings. these rooms without a doubt were some of the nicest rooms we've ever stayed in..checkin was very very fast.coffee pots in the room would be a great plus.would recommend my friends and couzin to go there.

The hotel is fairly new. Room is clean and tidy. There are food eateries nearby. The hotel is close to the North-South highway and get out to other cities or major towns is easy and quick. The staff is friendly and helpful. Getting to Seremban Town centre or Senawang is easy and no problem at all.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The receptionist service was very good. Basically budget hotel is not served for breakfast but they do which is simple light breakfast like bread, coffee or tea. Thanks agoda and I get discount.

I reserved this for my brother. He said the hotel provides all his needs during his stay for a few hours. A great deal for a short trip and work trip
