Overall the stay was pleasant. The breakfast was quite good with plenty of choices. The room was quite clean. Can be considered as among the best hotel in Sungai Petani.

Receptionist and phone desk staff were all friendly. Spacious room with a big bathroom. Have a room service for dinner till 10.30pm. Good location from the PLUS highway exit Sungai Petani (S). Easy to reach Sungai Petani city.

Exceeded my expectations. Booked super twin room, was good size room and clean. No fridge, no closet, no in room safe though. But that enhances the room size, beds were comfy, toilet is nice, we like very much. Wifi is good too. Just 1 min off highway, Sungai Petani Bailing exit. Difficulty in finding parking right in front of hotel, may need to park further and walk a bit, but hotel staff would get your car plate number, and I suppose the night guard would do rounds to check the cars. Hotel has 5 floors with a lift. Simple lobby, staff friendly, 50rm deposit. Had buffet breakfast on 2nd floor, simple but nice. We love the room, would stay again for sure.

My parents and I stayed at Cinta Sayang Resort recently, and we really enjoyed the wonderful rest that we had there, in the comfort of our clean, modern and newly renovated room. We also felt very welcomed by the Manager and the Reception. One of the staff, in particular, always smiled warmly and was always very pleasant while answering our questions, even during the times when he was busy and preoccupied with other work. The Manager, too was friendly and took the time to chat with my parents every morning that we were there. We would definitely stay there again the next time that we are back in Sungai Petani and will recommend it to our family and friends.

It is under new management and renovated. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Value for money. Reasonable choice for breakfast. The food is good. There is a food stall outside the hotel. Walking distance to Sungai Petani Central Square mall.

This is my first time to stay at Big Banana Hotel. It's new hotel which just opening few weeks ago. the decoration is as nice as the boutique hotel. location is near to the centre of Sungai Petani which easy access to the supermarket, convenient shops & banks. the staffs there is friendly and the bed is totally new & comfortable. I will visit again if coming to Sungai Petani. Pay for value, free breakfast & free wi-fi.

This is my first time to stay in Big Orange Hotel @ Sungai Petani. I paid for the budget price but can enjoy the good services & facilities if comparing to other budget hotels. The hotel is clean, friendly staffs, simple breakfast, free wi-fi, easy parking & there is 24 hours free-flow of coffee & tea. Clean room is the most priority in my choice of budget hotel even the room is quite small. It’s worth to stay with the budget price comes with the clean room & simple breakfast. There are some restaurants in the same row of hotel ( choices like Japanese food, vege food & western food).

my third stay here. i reserved for a standard room (twin bed) and it was surprisingly very spacious (i booked for family room for my first and second stays). With basic necessities provided such as soap, clean and fresh towel, kettle, nescafe sachets i think that this hotel should be rewarded with more points for hotel reviews. I only paid for rm45 inclusive of tax and no doubt that this is the place that i will stay whenever i pay my visit at Sungai Petani Kedah. I only spent rm45 for the stay and it was inclusive of scrumptious breakfast, complimentary for their guests.

The most under priced hotel in Sungai Petani in my opinion. Cleanliness, location, service and comfort is way worth it. Strongly recommended!

This rock wood hotel is wuite unique from others. Is cheap and the toilet is very clean and new. The bed so far is better than other hotel. And inside is quite antique. Got few norton cafe racer motor. Just drive in the selatan tol sungai petani and past the traffic light turn right already see the hotel signboard.

room wise - good facilities - excellent outside still can hear ppl walking or talking but bearable cheap and good service provided by agoda and this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently closed to the city center and situated far from the hustle bustle of traffic in Sungai Petani. The hotal also has a peaceful feeling around its surrounding as if you in a peaceful place with perfect room condition and the room is big enough and surpass those rooms in others four stars hotels.

Just fall in love for the first time. Since then always be my most prefered hotel in Sungai Petani

It was a great stay. There are two Ikan Bakar shops close to the hotel, with one across the street that has the best Chilli Crab dish I have ever tasted.

A economical accommodation in a good location. Some rooms are without window but the air circulation is excellent because the attached washroom has exhaust fan which can circulate the air when turn ON.

The best feature of the hotel is the location. Just 5 minutes from Sungai Petani (U) exit and 5 minutes to the nearest shopping mall (Village Mall) and TESCO. New hotel at new commercial area, thus parking is not an issue. The motel even provides room service where you may order your meal with collaboration with next door restaurant. Something beyond my expectations from a motel.

Clean, very well decorated yet simple. Nice comfortable beds. My children love playing with the toys. The kitchen is great.

i had been a regular guest for this hotel. For the past 3 years i always choose to stay here whenever i am traveling to Sungai Petani. 3 main reasons why i would love to stay here again and again is... 1) Super friendly and professional staff 2) Wide range of food choices for breakfast. (Not to mention its super delicious too ) 3) Strategic location- located just beside the North-South Highway. Super convenient for those who are driving. The only complaint i have is the hotel is, hmm, a bit old. However it is still to the level of manageable if i were to look at the positive side as everything is still in working condition and well maintained. All in all, i would still be staying in Park Avenue in future if i were to travel to Sungai Petani again. Highly Recommended!!!

The facilities is adequate for large family to feel right at home with fully air-condition all around the house.

Pros: Good and clean place to stay. Place well maintained. Cons: just 1 water heater, should put in more clothes hanger, aircon not cold, master bedroom is hot because it faces the West. I would still go back and stay.

The building is quite new, the room is clean, bed is good and comfortable, but the nightmare started when the mat rempit started their illegal motor race, the noise was super loud...I know the hotel cannot do something with it..
