Clean room and comfortable beds just right next door to the Indonesia Conference Exhibition (ICE) center. Very affordable. Staff have a hard time speaking English. Food in the lone restaurant is not fantastic and there are no commercial establishments outside of the hotel where you can have a good meal. You can either ask for a shuttle service (subject to availability) or take the free BSD shuttle to the nearby AEON Mall. The BSD shuttle is often late.

I choose this hotel because i have a early flight to semarang from soekarno hatta tangerang. This Hotel have Excellent & modern rooms. Nice breakfast spread & good restaurant. Nice pool. Where you find the kindness of the people since the momento you cross the door. Perfect if you are there for business and do not want to be all day Jakarta fighting against traffic. Clean, big room and free wifi. Very good buffet breakfasst, and next to a mall.

one and only proper 5 stars hotel at tangerang. every year i always stayed at this hotel for staycation with my kids. because i live near the area of the hotel at lippo karawaci. for me this hotel provide my family with lots of activity. loves the laguna bar (good quality foods and drinks) and country club pool. will always come.back to this hotel. you can just walk about 5 minutes to mall and cinema,beside the hotel there's mcdonald and across the street big mall with all kinds of selection of store and food. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good location within tangerang Gading Serpong Area. Big spacious room with huge bathroom. SMS MegaMall just beside. Many food establishments at Mall. Fantastic service staff.

Santika is the only 4 stars hotels in that area. The price also quite affordable even consider cheap for 4 stars hotel. The room is comfortable, and the breakfast menu is pretty awesome. However the hotel is swarmed with guest. I have stayed there 3 times so far and I never saw the hotel not packed with guest. So expect long que for check in, like 30-40 minutes, and browsing for empty table for breakfast. The staff are totally outnumbered but they do try very best to always smile and helpful so that is good thing. But if you are looking for a quiet hotel with fast service, this hotel is not for you. But with that price for 4star hotel and helpful staff, I will come back again.

aston hotel is one of the best hotel in tangerang area. the room was clean and the room service is perfect. i was only disappointed by the small desk which is too narrow for long working time and i was also surprised that a 4 star hotel doesn't have a fitness center. another good thing is that the hotel is 5 minutes walking from a huge shipping mall with many restaurants and shops. great breakfast choice. it definitely worths the money!

Had I travelled alone to the hotel, it would have been worrisome as the location is not really at the center of Tangerang. Luckily, I was picked up by my colleague from the airport. When we arrived at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised-- the hotel is new and proved to be value for money. I think it is best to get a rental (Golden Bird or Avis) from the airport to this hotel to avoid any apprehension.

My chose to stay in Tangerang area as I needed to go to the airport the next day. Novotel Tangerang Hotel looks like a clean new hotel. The staff gave a good first impression with good service throughout. It is located on top of a shopping mall - where I had late lunch and managed to grab a few batik shirts - more like impulsive shopping. I picked Novotel Tangerang Hotel over another slightly cheaper airport hotel recommended to me as it had a bar as opposed to the alcohol-free policy of the other hotel.

The journey was good. Among the budget hotels, POP! Hotel is one of the best choice. The location is also great. Close to a famous fast food restaurant, local restaurants, and supermarkets for your daily needs. It is very important because it's not that easy to find a good access like that if you stay in Tangerang.

From the first day till I checked out the staff seems to get everything right. Friendly staff, great products. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quite peaceful time in Tangerang

big and spacious room for ibis, has a good amenities such as soap, tooth brush, safety box, and etc. Good interior design and has a lot of parking space. not so near mall but opposite hotel there is a restaurant. You can go to mall with shuttle provides by Summarecon to SMS. But, the area doesn't have a pedestrian, so be careful. Overall this hotel is suitable for business near Tangerang. We were impressed that with the kind of facilities and services they offer, we were only to pay a cheap amount. The staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. athe food was good; we were able to taste Indonesia with their breakfast buffets. The only thing was it was kind of far from the "center" of BSD City, so we always had to ride a taxi which was kind of expensive.

Hotel Santika it's great hotel during I stay at Indonesia for business trip! Room is good, excellent breakfast and great service, Santika hotel provide to me lot of convenient when I was stay there, becouse I need a car go to serang from serpong, I put my transportation requesment before I booked by Agoda, their already set up everything after I arrived by next day! I thought this kind service only happen in 5 star hotel, but I am so surprised hotel Santika can make this kind service as same as well like 5 star hotel ... I believe hotel Santika is my only choice to stay in futur,if I have business trip in Indonesia.

I booked a room for the night at this hotel since I was going to the Katy Perry concert at ICE BSD. The room I got was the suite and it came with an afffordable rate considering it was a suite. Unfortunately the bed was kinda hard, not comfortable enough. They forgot to put the complimentary coffee and tea at my room, only the kettle was there. I called the front office to ask for the coffee and tea and the woman answering the phone said that she will have it delivered, but until the next day when I was going to check out still they didn't deliver the what I asked. Other than that it was a great stay, the staffs were nice and friendly.

Prompt service when I require my safe to work for storage of my important documents and items. Breakfast should have included more variety. Will come again on my next trip to Indonesia.

Staying at Yellow Bee Hotel was really awesome. Good facility, Good cleanliness, Good breakfast, strategic place near the heart of Tangerang and also Tangerang Night Culinary. Unfortunately, I got a room with the broken hand sink inside. Whole night, the waste water draining out flooded the bathroom. I's so disappointed about this. I stayed in 722 room, hopefully they can fix it soon.

I enjoyed my stay at grand serpong hotel. the location is very strategic and the room is very clean and well kept. My room also had a nice view of Tangerang. The only down side is the lift took forever, it is very slow and often has issues.

This hotel is the best 3 star hotel I've ever stay. By mean best no other 3 star hotel have these features 1. Spacious room 2. Best swimming pool for kids 3. Great dining 4. Breakfast food are many from Indonesian, western, chinese and even Japanese 5. Have little perks like complimentary drinks for guest at lobby and room, this is awesome no 3 star hotel have this kind of feature Overall we had best user's experience in this hotel. It's 3 star hotel with 4 star feature. Best bang for the buck.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for several times. Im so Impressed with their excellent services especially the front office staff. I could remember some of their names like Vita, Reta, Hendra, Yudi & Rizal. Keep up with your good work. Amaris Serpong is great for a budget stay The room was small but fine and all facilities were clean and worked perfectly. Breakfast was included and eating at the hotel was pleasant. Only the noise from outside is a bother, as the hotel is located next to a busy road. Perhaps a room facing the other direction would be quieter.

Amaris Hotel Citra Raya, in Citra Raya, is the hotel I must stay! The staffs are friendly, just like members of my family, always opening their hands to welcome me (us) with smiles. Staff, Ms Isti speedily completed all necessary check in ckear procedures. Facilities, rooms, food and more others maintain in high quality standard. It was another memorable time, 15 September 2018 to 17 September 2018, I had in Amaris Hotel Citra Raya.

This is a brand new hotel in Gading Serpong, and claimed to be the first 5-star hotel in Banten. Under D'Varee brand, it is the most luxurious collection among this brand's properties in Indonesia. I stayed for short staycation here (I live nearby in Gading Serpong area) being curious on what this hotel looks like and how the service is. I booked 2 premier king rooms through Agoda (price is very affordable for 5-star hotel). Here is the summary of my experience for my short stay in this hotel: Pros: - Location wise is right in the heart of Gading Serpong area. Close to Summarecon Mall Serpong, UMN, Scientia Square Park, also close to BSD. There is also Giant Extra Supermarket right across the hotel. - From the beginning when we entering the hotel we can see its very well designed and feels luxurious. High ceiling lobby with marble everywhere is indeed a luxury touch. - It has ample parking space with 3 options of VIP parking space in front of the lobby, Basement parking area and upper parking area in the 1st floor of the building. - A lot of seating area in the lobby are great for waiting check in/out process or just hanging around. - Staffs are very kind and attentive, especially the receptionist, pool area staff and the security in the entrance from parking area who was very helpful with our luggage. - The best part of the hotel is the guest room, its very spacious, luxurious, and well designed. Love the lounger, working desk and large screen TV. Large floor to ceiling window with electric controlled curtain are also nice touch to the room. - Bathroom also marvelous. Pretty large in size, complete with separate rain shower and large bathtub. 2 peoples can easily fit in the tub. Also love the heated toilet with smart control (although not the most advance like japanese ones) but still a nice touch as I rarely found in hotel in Jakarta or Tangerang. - In-room telephone is wireless so it is very convenient to use all around the room. - Breakfast although the spread

I book this for my mom and my grandma, there's room downstair luckily, because they got no elevator. Other than that, it's a great accommodation and well maintained room.

Room is little bit small, but bed is clean n comfy, has small fridge. Nice swimming pool with waterfall also has kids pool suitable for family with young children. Breakfast has various menu,, n good quality. Especially on saturday night they have AYCE seafood grill for Rp 99K nett! Thx u for parking n security staff always ready everytime we park or get out from the hotel. Excellent Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang!! Must try!

I booked superior room and the receptionist upgraded to the deluxe one. Thank You. Afternoon break at the lobby area around 16:00 till 18:00. Breakfast quite good, and many choices. Satisfied with the staff, they were friendly and very helpful. Best value hotel for its price. Absolutely will come back soon.

I have great holiday there, the price is cheap in weekend with bonus free waterpark for kids, good food taste and perfect location. it is very easy to reach tangerang and to reach gading serpong even to jakarta. there is also good restaurant arround there such ayam goreng nyonya suharti, nelayan resto and so on. there are indomaret and alfamart also to provide our needs. the hotel also give welcome drink with special taste not like other hotel with cheap orange, the room is clean and tidy plus they provide huge mineral water. so far we are pleased to stayed there.

value for money and clean are my only criteria when going on biz trip. room was clean, bright and spacious. note also there's really not much around the hotel, unless u get over to nearby commercial area via cab which is approx 5-10 min away assuming traffic is clear. also it's only good if you're hanging around Tangerang area. u get some road side stalls selling satay and rice etc near the hotel though.. 5 min walk. recommended if you have work to be done around hotel vicinity. although very nice hotel, but i won't book into here if i'm here for vacation with family.

Stayed at this hotel because of friend's wedding on monday at the banquet hall. Pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the staff. it's not far from Tang City Mall and the more upmarket Summarecon Mall Serpong. Staff enthusiastically assisted with calling cabs or Uber/Grab for any near & far destinations including to Jakarta. They have full load of information including the small little ones that you can't find on google or elsewhere, some of which actually change our earlier travel plans which were google/online heavy. For those of you who like local Indonesian neighbourhood environment like we do with all small little coffee shops, restaurants, fruit stalls, mini-market etc, its just a few minites walk away from the hotel. There's a middle class cluster housing nearby and the shops/restaurants cater to their needs. There's no reason why Allium Tangerang's hotel guests can't patronise and enjoy the nearby products/services and the fairly vibrant environment instead of just doing mall-hopping :-( I'm likely to choose this hotel again as a base when in Tangerang.

The best location hotel in tangerang city. Easy access from room to shopping malls. Hotel is clean with good staff. Receptionists were very helpful and very welcome. Lobby hotel needs more chair for waiting. Check in time mostly flexiblle instead of 2pm. Restaurants excellent and tasty food also. Will return to this hotel for sure. Basement Parking space is good but difficult to enter. Air conditioning in room was too slow to be cold.
