"Frankly to say, I have traveled to Vancouver so many times and stayed in so many different hotels. Atrium of course can't compare with higher class 5 stars hotels....but as value for money, Atrium tops them all! Very good booking price vs good services, clean room, breakfast and underground very secured parkings. I will pretty sure I will book Atrium again for next travel!"

"My wife noticed something wrong with the smell of the pilows and bedings. Just simply ignore her. She keeps insisting she smell something very nasty, I thought she's just kidding when she brought one of the pilows and asked me to smell it, I was so shocked and literally got mad and very upset and call the reception desk immediately, but he refuse to replaced. My wife brought the pilow to the receptionist to smell it and the responsed: "It is little bit..." what the heck???We insist for replacement. To Riviera Management hope you will read this review and take an action!!!"

"We took Snowbus from Whistler to Vancouver, which stopped at the hotel. Very central location, with Burrard Skytrain Station right in front as well. Close to Robson Street, Pacific Centre, Hudson Bay, etc. Stayed in several hotels in Vancouver before, and can confidently say that the Hyatt is in an unbeatable location. We had connecting rooms at 1211 and 1212. One of the rooms was a corner room which was very spacious. The rooms were modern and nicely refurbished. If there're good promotional rates again, we'll certainly return. "

"Breakfast is what you would find at a regular motel, juice cereal fruit coffee, of course you can cook your own. I bit on the warm and muggy side as the window is small and it is difficult to air out the room. I received bad advice to walk to the aquarium. It was too far and the signs inadequate to find it once inside the park. Best to take the number 6 bus. Otherwise great location and certainly cheaper then a hotel in the area."

"I had to go to Vancouver for a quick meeting and brought my daughter with me, as she was on spring break. This hotel isn't the closest to the downtown core, where activities for children (science world, aquarium, Stanley park) are located. But it was the most inexpensive one I found on agoda. I have stayed here a number of time while going to Vancouver for work or as a stop over to the airport. I'd say, it's probably one of the best for flights out of YVR, especially for early morning, as traffic is not a concern at all. Getting downtown, or the more fun areas of the city, can be done within 20-30 mins driving, depending on traffic. The room was small, but provided us with what we needed. The White Spot downstairs is convenient for meals. "

"It was our first time to Vancouver and we had no idea where to stay but we lucked out when we found the Burrard. It has recently had a facelift and has a mid century modern/ hipster vibe now. From the postcards instead of hotel binder to the silver ottomans and acrylic tables and charming signage with eco friendly tips we couldn't have loved it more. The location is smack dab in the middle of downtown and we were able to walk easily with out luggage from the downtown hotel buss drop off and to the skytrain station to the airport . Chinatown and the science center were easy walks and there are free bikes available that made exploring Stanley park and Granville Island easy. The free North American phone calls were a lovely surprise and we followed their advice and "called our moms". I realize that I am gushing but this was my favorite hotel, ever. Well done Burrard."

"Lots of eateries outside, Robson Street is beautiful - fairy lights in the trees, walking distance to Stanley Park, Canada Bay, Gastown, we took at cab to Granville Island $12 and Acqua bus to Science World. My sons (20 & 10 year olds) did canoeing around the harbour - pier is around science world, $22 CAD per hour. The hotel staff are friendly, rooms are large and clean, i had waterview room, it was beautiful. Only small issue was the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisey. There is a free shuttle bus at the front of the hotel that takes you Capilano Suspension bridge which was handy. "

"On check in, the receptionist had no idea how to work with foreign travel currency and was at times disrespectful about asking questions. Rooms were extremely small and while a luggage stand is provided, there is no where to put it without preventing access to something else. The property has exposed insulation and holes in the wall behind plumbing in the sink (under bench) which is highly unsightly from the tub. After being rushed out for housekeeping in the first morning, the second morning we left early enough. While some of the linens were of a reasonable quality, on one iccasion the hand-towel provided was stained, and had two major holes in it. The wall behind the shaving mirror, once the mirror was moved to use, was filthy, with a round circular mark where it clearly hadn’t been cleaned before. Overall, very let down by the space available and the rudeness of a couple of staff. There were two shining staff, the gentleman in the restaurant, & the concierge on checkout."
