this is the right room for family with little children. rhey provide extra single matress, sejadah, pillow if u need to. cleanliness is 9/10, u need to clean your toilet more. others is ok.

we arrived at the lobby 6.30pm. We were made to wait at the lobby for 1 hour with our 3 months old hungry cranky baby before the person in charge arrive to show us to our room. please improve on this .otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

The room and its furnishing were rather old. The heater wasn't hot. The bathing area isn't really clean, with stains.

Main door latch for room 077 is broken. The sliding door towards the balcony is broken too and totally not lockable.

It a private ownership already, not maintain by Lexis anymore. At the lobby I thought I can get my room number and then I was asked to wait outside to wait for the owner to whatsapp my room number. Honestly I feel uncomfortable and not as I expected.

The place was alright, considering the price. But don’t expect too much from it. Some where to really get away(you don’t have Wi-Fi), No one to disturb (no small service provided) and truest to its price ( there was no water, the three hours we left).

No hot water during our stay, owner didn't seem to care when he was told about this. No WiFi and Internet connection in the chalet was bad for Maxis. Don't think I'll be staying there again.

pls avoid at all cost. the name is misleading. actually their r same unit in lexis property but under private management. GET THE UPGRADED ROOM FOR THE SAME PRICE UNDER LEXIS. JUST COMPARE THE PRICE WITH PREMIUM CHALET UNDER LEXIS AND U WILL REGRET. Room is not maintain well. lots of sand in bath room. in drawer got box of ciggarrette n other rubbish. leaking water in balcony. Bed was really hard.. u can only feel the spring. Curtain was dusty and foulsmelling. tv cabinet have traces of termite. a lot of dust wood. Remember that this is private. so u cant use other facilities like swimming pool. i was denied.. Much more to complaint… but just grateful have a place to sleep during weekend.. MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT.
