First, carefully booked for 10 days, then extended to the end of the trip for another 10, because I realized that it is better not to find. I think this is one of the best places in Phu Quoc in terms of price and quality: a full-fledged low-cost hotel room with shower and toilet, with its own territory and a garden near the beaches. There are not so many nightclubs like Long Beach, but here there is a lot of nature with the sea and the jungle, and also cultural friendly fellowship. Staying at the hotel was like staying with a circle of friends: you all know, everyone knows you. Barbecue with seafood, Christmas, New Year, local stories and local characters (for example, Tyoko is a friendly Turkish volunteer, who knows the local movements). The hotel has its own life, of which you can become a part. Great place away from crowds - quiet haven!”
This place was amazing! Tranquillity, calm and best staff. Garden was absolutely beautiful and so well kept. Very romantic and zen. If you are too lazy to walk to the beach, there is also a pool or you can sit in the garden and watch fish swim in the pond. Kitty was also so adorable! She was pregnant while we were there and we hope her babies will be just as adorable soon :) She was purrrrrfect :D Staff gets extra compliment - always smiling, welcoming and ready to help out. This is the Vietnamese people we will always remember - such kindness :) Hope to come back sometime!

Friendly helpful staff , amazing breakfast”
Great value for money, the staff were so helpful. Used a bicycle to get around as too far to walk. taxis cheap though, not much to get to see early morning market in main town and the harbour. If you have a scooter it would be ideal. Beautiful gardens to sit and eat breakfast in. choice of eggs, bread and coffee/green tea, omelette was amazing.

Great staffs, but bad location”
The place was located in a new area of the island, therefore not many facilities were available. Tourist must rent motorbikes to travel effectively. Breakfast was offered on 7-9:30am sharply. Staffs were nice and keen to help, but were inexperienced, and poorly informed in operating the restaurant. They didn’t even know who I was or whether I have booked with agoda on my first night stay. Room was poorly-lit. The niceness of the staffs won the location and facilities. If you are planning to walk, use taxis/public transport, consider a place closer to the city/beach.

This hotel is referred by your website as an excellent accommodation, trusting your services I went there to stay in a private room on the 2nd floor, with free wifi access, hot water and breakfast. When I arrived to the Hotel my room was not available, so they provided another room without hot water, without wifi connection and the electricity went off during the night! At breakfast there was only one person working to serve the guests, so I waited 20 minutes for my meal every morning I stayed there. I rented a motorbike trough the hotel, I used this vehicle for 5hours and than it stopped working and I paid 24hours for it. When I told the hotel about this matter they didn't had any solution or other motorbike available. They charged me half day of rent for the motorbike, even knowing that I didn't used it for 12hours. I had to pay for the taxi to move out of the hotel area. manager told me that I should not complaint and that I should get off the hotel and find a better one.

Reservamos por 3 noches y terminamos alojándonos 7 (a causa de una gran tormenta que provocó la cancelación de los ferrys hacia el continente). La habitación económica con baño privada era linda. El desayuno, aunque sin opciones dulces, era muy rico también. Tiene una pileta chica, un poco escondida. Y un jardín hermoso. No todo el personal habla inglés, pero se hacen entender. El alquiler de las bicis están 50k el día. A nosotros nos prestaron gratis unas que están a la intemperie, oxidadas, pero que funcionaban muy bien. Para ir a Ong Lang beach sirvieron. Indispensable: alquiler de moto. Allí te sale 150k el día. No están en muy buenas condiciones. A nosotros se nos rompió la moto, llamamos al teléfono que figuraba en la llave y a la media hora tuvimos otra moto. El centro de Duong dong está a unos 6 km de distancia. Y la playa Ong Lang beach a 3. La playa más cercana, aunque no muy linda, está a 800 mts (Shell Beach).

tout d’abord merci Agoda pour ce service client laborieux et pour pas dire de merde ! Ensuite l hôtel ... nous sommes arrivé a 17h nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 nuits La réceptionniste Thao nous a dis qu’il y avais plus de place car des gens avais raté le bateau pour partir de l île du coup il restais une nuit de plus ( malgré ma réservation ) aucune compensation financière, et Agoda qui me traite de menteuse ! Heureusement l hôtel super sympa nous a quand même filé une chambre dans un autre endroit. Quel qualité de service (ironique) La réceptionniste pas aimable et te prend pour une conne, Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement degeulasse ! Et le service 40 min pour 2 café froid et une omelette ... record battu Un tout grand merci pour ce séjour de merde Et malheureusement je n’etait Pas la seule dans cette situation. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel qui est cher par rapport au service et à la qualité des chambres!

Потенциал у отеля хороший - зелено , много зон для провождения времени . Но сервис на уровне Вьетнам стайл . Мы приехали по бронированию вечером. Нас никто не ждал . Они долго искали бронь на сайте агода , и оказалось - номера нет . Нам предложили заехать в другой . Он был таким , как мы бронировали , за исключением вида на сад - а именно- вид на трассу . А , если вы уже здесь , то знаете, что местные водители бибикают всегда и без повода. И это делают даже КАМАЗы. Даже в 6 утра . Спать в этой комнате было невозможно, и мы попросили переселить нас в наш номер . На что 2 дня менеджер уклонялась . А потом переселила нас в номер , похожий на конуру , "с видом на сад"= вид на сарай соседей и собак живущих там и лающих , также без повода , как и водители на дорогах . В кровати мы всегда спали с муравьями . Этот номер стоил на агоде в 2 раза дешевле . Но им и в голову не пришло, что в этом есть какой то нюанс . На наших глазах в новогодний вечер они разворачивали нескольких гостей , у которых УЖЕ БЫЛА БРОНЬ , на агоде , Букинге . Потому что у них нет мест . Они просто не отображают это на сайтах . Зачем, если как и нас, можно просто на дурака поселить в Любой номер и надеяться , что никто не будет капризничать . При нас также , несколько людей ругались из за того,что номер был другим . Завтраки - выбор из трёх блюд - глазунья , омлет и доширак ( я не шучу, даже круглые кусочки "мяса " как в бомже) с травой . Во время пика количества постояльцев , завтрак несли минут 40-1 час . В это же время , рядом с вами мог сидеть человек , пришедший позже , но уже поевший . Они просто все забывают и путают . Приносят омлет вместо яиц , и дошик вместо омлета . Извиняются , шаркают ножкой и изо дня в день продолжают делать тоже самое . Они все приятные люди , безусловно . Непонятно, что они делают в бизнесе . Ещё там живет -работает немка , она особо не стесняясь , при нас обсуждала с другими евро постояльцами то, как хорошо, что в каких то местах нет русских ( а вот на эпизоде они

Номер чистый, все работало, для высоких людей потолки низкие. Завтрак 2$ готовят при тебе на выбор, у нас был включён. Нам всё понравилось! Есть бассейн. Из отеля налево чистый малолюдный пляж через 2км, а направо недалеко основное скопление туристов, ночной рынок и ресторанчики.

Я провела в отеле 2 недели.Отель имеет очень удобное расположение-с одной стороны находится невдаоеке от дороги, с другой стороны в десятиминутной доступности до чистейшего и малолюдного пляжа.Отель новый, все в прекрасном рабочем состоянии,идеальная чистота,очень ведливый и доброжелательный хозяин и весь персонал.Все эти дни я чувствовала себя как дома.В проживание был включен свежий звтрак, который готовят в вашем присутствии.Немаловажно, что в отеле есть кухня , где можно приготовить обед и ужин, как самому, так и попросить об этом у служащих отеля.Купить свежайшие продукты можно неподалеку.В отеле вам предложат экскурсии по острову или прогулки на теплоходе, для этого надо обратиться к администрации отеля.Здесь так же можно арендовать мотобайк или велосипед.Отель имеет своеобразный ландшафт.Здесь имеется небольшой бассейн для плавания, два душа на открытом воздухе и изумительный пруд с живыми рыбками.Здесь много цветов и декоративных растений.Имеется много мест очень уютных, располагающих к отдыху на свежем воздухе.Я считаю отель илеальным местом для отдыха не слишком богатых семейных пар или индивидуальных туристов.Очень рекомендую всем, кто хочет спокойною уютно и плодотворно провести свой отпуск.
