I booked a standard room very last minute on Agoda 1 hour before arriving at the resort. Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming, made me feel special by taking all my bags and providing a beautiful homemade welcome tea, witch was refreshing, sweet and unique to drink. while checking in I was told that there are no standard rooms left so quickly with high professionalism they provided an upgrade free of charge to the deluxe room witch was amazing. Every time a staff member enters your room they politely take of there shoes before coming in to clean/make the bed witch I find one of a kind. The pool is nice and clean doesn't have that pool smell, rooms are laid out like a 5 star hotel. Very clean and doesn't have that typical hotel smell you find in most hotels. All and all 5 Star for customer service and defiantly recommended to my fellow overseas travellers as its a self contained resort and in a really unique quite spot in the city of Can tho , Vietnam.

Fantastic hotel, great staff”
Unfortunately we spent only 2 days there, we would like to go back one day. The building itself is very demanding, the equipment is nice, the bed, the room, the bathroom is wonderful, and the staff can further enhance this. Here we asked for help with the Floating Market and much more, they asked us to take a seat, and then they came to us with the solutions. They offered us a variety of options and organized it the next morning (previus night at 9 pm) to go to the floating market. In the afternoon, they provided us with all kinds of information about what to see, called us for a taxi, arranged our trip and arranged everything for us. When you book your hotel, you try to read reviews to be sure, we want cleanliness, nice place, but here we have got much more. Thanks for the people in the reception. They all mad very good job.

Excellent place to relax”
It is a great place to relax. The rooms are very clean and specious. There is a big swimming pool, delicious food and bikes to rent. Staff is very friendly. They have supported me with organizing my trip to the Mekong Delta as well as organized the tour to the floating market. I had an excellent guide who told me quite a lot about local habits and history. In general, I recommend this place to stay over if you are planning to stay in Can Tho.

Delicious breakfast, very friendly and courteous staff, value for money, superb location and refreshing vibes.. food prices are reasonable. Must stay location in Can Tho if you are with family, friends and even on business. Will be back again!

Nice resort”
The room was spacious and big bathroom. It's very clean in general. The resort is very new so it feels good. A very good place to come back to relax from the city with horrible traffic. It is a bit far off from the city but grab is available. We just chill in the resort most of the days. Breakfast was good and menu changes a little each day. The staffs were very helpful. We had a great stay there.

Staffs are very nice, they handed all requests and complains in a nice way and try their best to solved. That is the best thing about this resort. Breakfast is so so, so many buffet customers from outside and it almost has nothing for their hotel guest who come later then. The worst is swimming pool area which no private using for accommodation guest. There is a beverage area for outside guest coming, and they walk around the swiming pool, take photos, try to play with the water, some also took swimming without swimming suit and take shower before. That's bad for a new resort.
