Stayed two nights on first trip to Hanoi. Such a good location that enabled us to walk to all the places we wanted to explore. Rooms were clean and as described. Staff very friendly and offered over and above level of service. Would definitely stay again on next visit to Hanoi.

It's very close to the Opera House and the Metropole hotel. It's about a 10 minute walk to Hoan Kiem lake, along one of the fancier streets in Hanoi. It's in the richer, quieter, brand-name store-filled area of Hanoi, rather than the chaotic Old Quarter (which is about a 20-minute walk away). The room was clean, modern and stylish.

The hotel is very small with limited facilities but just nice for us who spent most of the day outside the hotel room. One of the best feature of the hotel is its location. It is conveniently located for traveler. It is in walking range to The lake, museums, many tourist spots and the infamous Metropole hotel. However, the location is quiet and away from the buzz + crazy traffic in Hanoi. The suite room is very nice but could be better for the stating price. By the way, rooms are clean and well maintained. All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Always see the smiley face. Overall, the stay is very satisfying. Our group of six really enjoyed our stay at Conifer Boutique Hotel. We would love to stay here again if we are going back to Hanoi.

our group of six really enjoyed our stay at conifer boutique hotel. we would love to stay here again if we are going back to hanoi. we booked the tour to ha long bay via the front desk. the front desk staffs are very helpful and tried very hard to serve our requests. the classic rooms are very nice but could be better. our group booked both double bed room and twin bed room. the double bed room seem to be a better choice as it is bigger with terrace and bath tub. breakfast buffet range is limited but adequate. the vietnamese food at the restaurant is quite good. it is not cheap by vietnam standard though. the hotel is conveniently located for traveler. it is in walking range to the lake, museums, many tourist spots and the infamous metropole hotel. however, the location is quiet and away from the buzz + crazy traffic in hanoi. overall, the stay is very satisfying.

the hotel business in hanoi is booming, more and more so called "boutique hotels" are opening up, but many of them may look flashy while they are cheaply built and lacking quality, which is why many of them are publishing fake positive reviews all over the internet. the conifer hotel, on the contrary, is a genuinely nice and well kept boutique hotel. the rooms are not big, but they are nicely decorated, the staff are very nice and helpful. and the hotel is at a great location: rather quiet (in hanoi terms), near the opera, close to the center and the lake, but secluded from the noise and chaos of the old town.

The best hospitality in Hanoi!”
Due to the hotel being overbooked on our arrival (not the hotels fault, guests had an accident and needed the room), the staff went over and above the call of duty to ensure we enjoyed our stay in Hanoi. Firstly, we were taken by taxi accompanied with a staff member to a beautiful hotel close by. They gave us a suite with a balcony which was beautiful. ,the next morning we were collected by a staff member and taken back to the hotel for a fantastic breakfast. Our trip was planned to go to Halong Bay and we were to return the following day to go back to the airport. The hotel offered us use of a room to freshen up and organised a car to take us to the airport free of charge. All staff could not have been more helpful and we were touched by the hotels exceptional hospitality. As an add addendum, the Conifer is in a great area of Hanoi, and within walking distance of the lake. Thank you to all staff and management at the Conifer!

Great Boutique Hotel!”
We only had a one night stay here at the Conifer Boutique Hotel, but we though it was a great place! Not a very big walk to all the main attractions of Hanoi City. The staff were so helpful and lovely providing maps and directions of good local Vietnamese restaurants and they were delicious. Great recommendations! The room was small but very clean and comfortable, all you really need. Free Wifi was a nice surprise and the breakfast was great.

In the center - good value”
It is not the first time I am staying in this hotel So It is a good sign I came back I like it because centrally located close to the center, Ho Hoan Kiem lake and other attractions.It is located in a small street with very few traffic that is rare in Hanoi. I also like it because rooms are cosy, comfortable, clean and nice. breakfast is also good. Still a liitle bit disappointed by the staff at the front desk that could be more trained or more professional. Their questions are not always clear. At the beginning they told me they did not had any room because I wanted early checking around 08:00 and they proposed to charge me extra to get a room immediatly. Finally a guy from the front desk arrived and could assigned me a room without any additional charge. Actually he did notice I was a regular client of the hotel. I am also not very happy with the motorbike parking. I left my motorbike there for a week (coz going to anohter province). When I came back it had a flat tyre and the guy was just laughing not helping that much although I gave him before substantial money just to keep the motorbike safe. Afterwards, I also noticed he did not gave me back a helmet (I had 2 and he gave me back only one)

I was looking for good value hotel for a short stay in HN but will all comfort. Conifer hotel is still new and brought me that. Location is excellent close to Hoan Kiem lake and Metrople hotel in the center of HN. Rooms are very clean and well arranged as it could be in a 5 stars hotel. The only bad thing is experience of the staffs who should all gain experience : receptionist chasing me in the street for unpaid bill while I paid the day before and he could have asked me all the time I was waiting taxi at the reception, laundry given around 14:00 but they could not arrange the same day or even the morning the day after ...

we stayed at conifer boutique hotel hanoi for 4 nights. had a very pleasant stay .. hotel is located a stroll away from the lake, shops and the old quarter. all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. we stayed at the deluxe room which was quite spacious. highly recommended.

In the heart of Hanoi yet quiet location ”
Conifer Hotel is a boutique luxury hotel category. Located in the heart of tourist area of Hanoi. The area is quiet yet your at the City Center. Opera House, Lake, Post Office is within 5-10 minutes walk. There are plenty of proper restaurants. The staff at the reception, F&B and sales team will do their best to accommodate any reasonable request. In fact the two receptionist Mr. Hum & Mr. Nam has provided a great service that encouraged us to stay at the hotel. The F&B staff are good too and food is pretty good meal. The surrounding area is high end for Vietnam style both the hotel and as well as neighbourhood.
