My Family and I stayed in a Executive Suite. We stayed two nights. We had a fantastic holiday. * Room - was perfect, (spacious, clean, suitable for a family.) * Staff- amazingly good ( from housekeeping to buffet area) everyone was helpful and friendly. * Food - : (buffet) good spread of variety and delicious food - :(HI tea)- scones were ok. Sandwich and cakes were good. * Housekeeping- great. (I request for one bottle water extra- and I got it, and I was given one more by the girl who did house keeping because I had a baby with me. Super thoughtful.) * Service- on point. (All of sudden the sink in the toile got clogged. And they fixed it AS SOON AS I lodge the Complaint. No DELAY at all) * Location- PERFECT * Gym and pool- Were ok. MOST IMPORTANTLY - TRUSTWORTHY I missed my watch in the room (my 1 year old son had actually dropped it somewhere) and I only realized it after I was back home (KL). I knew that I missed it in the hotel. I called up (7/8pm) and the housekeeping checked the room again thoroughly and found my watch. Frankly, I thought I will never get my watch, because that’s the reality. But they went all the way, from double checking the room again to keeping me posted on every details regarding the postage. They even wrapped my watch properly (with a light bulb box and a soft towel) and posted it safely to me. Amazing Job Team Copthrone. You have indeed earned my loyalty for Good. Thank you so much. PS: our meals were at Jin Jin Steamboat. The food there was good.

2 rooms apartment ”
Second time here just this time is 2 rooms Apartment instead of the hotel room on the first time last April 2019. Overall OK except, the pic of the property had microwave but not in reality when we checked in. Fridge & Coffee maker available with mugs, plates and bowls. Clean rooms and room service was excellent that they clean the whole apartment spotless even we don’t asked for it. But they took the bathroom floor towel and not replaced it as it’s wet. The food ok but the chicken for nasi lemak still got blood on the bone. Price reasonable and we had a great time at property like our first time. We forgot to mentioned to the hotel that this stay was for celebrating our wedding anniversary as last time was for a birthday celebration whereas the staff so sweet sent a slice of birthday’s cake to our room👍🏻 Will come back for future vacation and celebration as this hotel is good place to stay and great location that close to good attractions.

My wife booked a deluxe room but during checking in the receptionist Farihah was very helpful. She upgrade our room to executive room for free as she said that there was a group checking in to most of the deluxe room. The room was so clean and big, we never turn on the fan as we got the room at the highest level that the wind is so cold. At night, i got surprised that they send us a piece of birthday cake as the next day was my birthday. My wife said that she requested for complimentary birthday cake during checked in. The staff Farihah and also Anas from the operator helped her to arrange that for me. We really enjoy our stay and definitely will come again, thanks!

We have had on of the best ad-hoc trip in here. Great service, comfort room, clean toilet, great location, good food and not to forget the best and great staff and management. We are blessed with the majestic view of sea of mist across the mountains during our fajr prayer and the it was the best moment I have had with my wife. The room also is Muslim friendly (qibla direction and room space is convenient for couple jamaah). Everything is walking distance around Kea Farm market. Recommended!

Great Hotel, Great Staff”
It was my first time in Cameron Highlands and this hotel was a good choice. The executive room was perfect. Breakfast was great. I saved a ton of money on travel by being patient and waiting for the local bus (Regal Bus Company - an orange coloured bus). One tip I got from the driver was that the bus company doesn't work on weekends due to the intense traffic caused by local tourists and their private vehicles. So , if you want to go to Cameron Highland then please plan your visit on weekdays only. I did use a taxi a couple of times and even the taxi drivers recommended not to bother visiting Cameron Highlands on the weekends. If you are patient you can catch the local bus every hour. The Bee farm, Rose garden and strawberry picking farms are walking distance the hotel. i took the local bus to the Lavendar farm. I had to use a pricey taxi to visit the Boh tea center / estate. I did see some foreign tourists trekking to the tea estate which would be fun if you are fit and have time.

The facilities here a so good. good customer service. Me and husband choose superior room. 2 single beds. We combined them haha. The cleanliness and hygiene is sooo good. The food here for breakfast so super tasty. The location is so strategic as the hotel located beside Kea farm. No need to search for parking if wanna go to kea farm. Just walk. So can avoid from traffic jam and saman police. Got swimming pool at level 5, the pool use hot water, so suitable with cold environment here. Overall, i give 5 stars out of 5 for copthorne. Good job. Comfy stay, clean big room, nice view, value for money”
We read all the negative reviews and were nervous. Luckily i went ahead and booked this hotel due to its location. We took the exec suite 1313 on the 13th floor. The view is amazing. Food is nice and my children loved the pool (although they only swam for 30 mins). The room has been renovated and clean. However theres a bit wear and tear here n there (eg. bathroom door's peeling off, sofa's tired fabric needs to be changed). Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay. Amenities were complete and the king bed was very comfortable.

Perfect hotel for a perfect Camerons holiday”
I took the Premium Deluxe room, on the top-most floor (13th) facing the mountains of vegetable farm. Awesome view in the mornings! The room was spacious and clean. The TV channels were well-selected (with Nickelodeon Jr included). The location is very central to good eats, vegetable market and even Rose Centre. I am definitely staying at this Copthorne each time I am in Camerons. Thank you Copthorne Cameron Highlands for making my holiday an amazing one!

1205 Deluxe King Bed-I took a risk booked Copthorne when rade a few ungood review but we did to try the tallest hotel in Cameron and walk in distance to Kea Farm. Spacious and organise well room, comfortable hot shower non stop, the pool is just nice and there were family entertainment at lobby such as pool table, video games, massage chair. My kids loves this place and the breakfast is the best among other hotels we hv stayed in Cameron. I saw the supervisor while breakfast work hard monitoring surrounding to make sure guest was treaten fast and used table were cleaned ASAP.

From facilities to their management, all well organized, yes there were old hotel but it was fully maintained. Their food for breakfast, fully satisfied. Variety of food and tasty Their receptionist either at front desk or through phone call always helpful and was a good in their PR. Room 8/10 because the floor covered with carpet we dont know the cleanliness, because sometimes i feel i little bit dusk around the carpet but still acceptable. Their location a little bit privacy still near to brinchang town - very strategic. their landscape its very scenery. What a memorable stay-cation here =)

I cannot move on with the sambal nasi lemak haha sedapppp !! Anyway, the room I checked in is in good condition with the toiletries given during my stay haha the cleanliness I can say meet to the satisfaction level I would seek, the space is quite big, breakfast so tasty hehe would love to come here again..the staffs are all friendly and helpful, will love to come again here soon..overall recommended for all types of travelers !!!

This is just a splendid holidays..started with free upgrade from superior room to deluxe (i believe coz it was not holiday season), spacious room with fan and toilet have bathtub, but not drain out properly (it's ok, small matter), clean and comfortable, varieties of food during breakfast, not so center from town n not also far..just a perfect location..highly recommeded!thumbs up to the management and staff!

Strategic location as it is near Kea Market. We were given an upgrade during check in because I asked for a higher floor & everything was perfect & comfortable. The view from 12th floor was amazing. We get to see the fog in the morning & evening & a clear blue sky in the noon. We even spent a good amount of time in the lobby to play pool & do massage chair. We had a good short vacation here. We booked 2 unit of bedroom apartment and it was awesome. We got adjacent rooms. Room was clean and there was nothing to complaint about. Great for riders as the parking lot is directly below the apartment based on first come first serve basis. You should try their Nasi Goreng Bumbu Hijau for lunch! It was mind-blowing! Would definitely make a comeback :)

Pros: • Value for your money. • Highest point on Cameron (it gets real cold at night and early morning). • Beautiful sunrise view (ask for a room on higher floor towards the sunrise). • Cleanliness of the room is top-notch. • Staffs are very friendly and approachable. • Close Proximity to a lot of attractions. You could walk to a lot of places (driving up here is a pain coz of traffic jams) • Breakfast is good. Con(s): • Not much to say here... maybe the buffet breakfast didn't restock as much vegetables coz we could only take a little before it was finished.

Value for money”
It's our spontaneous getaway so we just thought to spend only 1 night here, and find another hotel for the second night, but turns out we ended up here as well. Free parking, elevator, quite a spacious room, parquetted floor, Wi-Fi in room, tv, kettle, hair dryer. It's worth the value for this kind of hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, from receptionist, luggage helper until the housekeeping staff. We do agree that the hotel had seen better days, but during those better days, we couldn't even dream of staying here. So Alhamdulillah for that. Being said that, they do need some detailed cleaning (and probably some renovation) to potentially restore to their glorious state, but still the room is good to go. Very near to Kea Farm, Nalina cafe (Muslim breakfast) and Boh Sungai Palas plantation. Right opposite there's Cameron Square (Nova Hotel) which have a lot of other food choices, mynews, 7e, tealive, PakNil foodcourt, mr. DIY, Watson. So glad we decided to stay here.

The staffs were all friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was great, had variety of food offered. Just not enough seat when we came down. Room was clean, bed was big enough for 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids). Only 2 lift was functioning but it's okay. Doesn't take long for us to wait.

Summer Tree is located in a small lane next to a busy road which was so convenient to go everywhere. I’ve ordered food delivery and have so many to choose from and the best was Deen Maju was just around the corner. The room was clean, several basement parking available and the urban touch made the place looked stylish. Simple breakfast provided.
