Stayed here with my family for 2 nights and had good times. The location right in the middle of the walking street and timesquare, 2 mins walk to the beach. The room is a bit small but cozy and kinda clean. The staff is helpful and friendly.

It's a newly built hotel very close to many attraction and amenities. I believe we are one of their first guest. Since it just recently opened, so we expect a few hiccups but it was resolved immediately. The staffs and the manager were very accommodating and on-hand. For suite room”
I booked a standard room but then requested to upgrade to suite room to have better view and balcony. Great location, within walking distance to the beach, the square. The suite room has good balcony with sea view. Room is tiny but the design and decoration is fairly good. Indemnities are sufficient for a short stay. Need to improve:

Hotel gave me breakfast, but breakfast don't have drink. Hotel didn't explain breakfast without drink, so I asked coffee. Hotel charged coffee fee suddenly when checkout. How can we eat bread without drink?

Booked the rooms at the listing price on the app but when we checked in they just made up the story that the system did not go thru even we have the confirmation code. So they jumped up the price.

Cleanliness should be improved. Some interior is broken and needs to be fixed. The connecting rooms on 6 th floor has good sea view, but I suggest taking 2 rooms in case the next room is noisy.

- Nice staff but not really helpful - Locate in center of the city so it's easier and convenient to go around and travel to other sightseeing locations in the North and South. - The hotel is a new renovation but not newly built. - We have informed them immediately after checking about the toilet issues, cluggeg sink, broken shower which caused the water in all directions when we used it, the AC seems not working as the room sometimes hotter than the outsite even we turned it on as 14 Celcius degree. - The standard room is no window at all and on the ground floor so consider if you book that one.
