Clean, quiet, friendly”
Close to city center, just a short walk to Thanon Sangkhongnoi. Room we picked had a defective Air conditionning. I told the Front desk and was immediately changed to a new room with cool air conditionning. What a relief! Rooms were mostly clean. Clean Linen, but floor was a little dirty (however, this was low season with low occupation, just had to broom for 1 minute). All in all, great value for the price, friendly and helpful staff. Not 5 stars but for the price and location, a pretty good deal and would go again. Hard matresses, but I'm fat and that's what I need.

the hotel is not located in central, but it is not far to town, just about 10 minutes to walk and a lot of local food just around the hotel as the price is at least 20% cheaper than having food in town. I would say it is better to stay outside town, as it is very good for sleeping. Chiang Rai is a excellent city to relax and cycling. The hotel is very new and room is big as well as very clean. coffee or tea is free as well as wifi. the staffs are very friendly, but english is just so so. but in the morning time, the boss will be there, and he speaks English well and his advise about Chiang Rai is very local.

3 star hotel with a two star hotel price”
Cordelia hotel was really good, rooms were big, really clean and silent. we were surprised how everything looked although the price we paid was really low. staff was working 24/7 so we could left our motorbike safely in front of them. location is good, not far away from the clock tower. however its better to have a motorbike if you choose this hotel, otherwise it's not a good feeling to walk back to the hotel at night since the street is really dark. minus there is no any eating places nearby and hotel doesn't provide breakfast

Brand New Hotel,Very Clean and comfortable.”
I just randomly selected this hotel through agoda and it was a super hit for me. This hotel is absolutely brand new with a good wifi connectivity. I also watched a couple of movies in my iPad without any buffering time.Another good thing about this hotel is that it has a huge car park.The owner of this hotel was very friendly and provided a lot of information about this city.Overall my stay in this place was great and I would definitely come back to the same hotel during my next visit to Chiang Rai.

New modern hotel, great value for money”
Would highly recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing visit to Chiang Rai. Although not centrally located its within a 15 minute walk or the reception will organise a taxi. A big bonus is the Sunday night market is two minutes from the hotel, and definitely worth a visit

Clean and cofortable”
First day only the room needed counters wiped but was done promptly. If you need to book a trip do it outside the hotel as their prices are severly inflated got a fantastic deal on full action packed days for 1000 bht. Not hotels fault? Cleaned daily easy to get transport from hotel wAlking market down street saturdays was awsome on my 2 nd nite. And a restraunt serves excellent food for best home cook hidden. Turn right out driveway to main rd turn right again walk till u see garden ornaments lots when u walk in u hav a fantastic getaway u wont find in many places. gd service gd price. Another thing when u walk to the right theres a couple little stores ones like a misc dollar store great finds. When u go to left u will get the hang of the area easily. If u go to note market its great 60 bht from hotel but those guys on your way bac charge more walk a block u can get the same rate happy travels. O yah tv but no english stations download your netflix before u leave home :) stay here anytime quiet and comfotable

Budget Hotel - Great Location and Value for Money”
Moved from the Suanthip Vana resort which had been recommended but fell far short of expectations. Spent 4 nights at Cordelia and found it to be excellent value for money, friendly helpful staff and a pretty good location to the centre of town. Only twn minutes walk from the centre of town and easy to get a tuk tuk to and from the hotel if the walk is too far. I will return to this hotel again.

Clean rooms, nice staff, quiet location”
Pluses: Quiet location, clean room, nice staff. Minuses: Not close to the center of town, but there are little restaurants in walking distance, just no pubs or any place of interest to hang out. Could take a tuk tuk into town or walk about 15-20 min. I had a bicycle so it was no problem. Also, they didn't change the sheets on my bed for 3 days. Overall, this place looks a bit like a ghost town. A nice clean hotel, but there's really no sitting area to sit and enjoy the premises outside, let alone meet other guests. It's tucked away on Soi 9, and you can walk to nearby restaurants easily but anything else that's in the middle of town will take about 15-20 min. to get to walking. The plus is that they rent bicycles and scooters. I had my own bike, so it was no problem exploring the town. I even rode to the White Temple which was about 40 min. by bicycle. Great ride and well worth it. If you are looking for a clean room and a quiet place to stay away from the hustle and bustle, this is a great place and the value for the room is wonderful. Though they didn't change the sheets daily, it really didn't bother me because quiet frankly, who changes their sheets daily at home. As long as they are clean sheets when you get there, that's what counts. On the 3rd day, they did change my sheets. I was there 4 nights. The staff was very nice and on the last day when I checked out on time but then rode around on my bike and returned and had to disassemble her right in front of the reception area, the people that worked there quickly jumped in and started helping me. Very kind people and the owner is very nice too. I do recommend this hotel. It's worth the stay and the value is great! :)

Great stay in a clean and cheap hotel”
We booked 2 rooms on internet and found that place very cheap. Arriving there, we founded very big rooms, very clean. The staff didn't really speak english but all the rest was ok. They cleaned our room the day after and changed the towels.We had internet and they called taxis whenever we needed it.No breakfasts there but free coffee and tea! The hotel look like a big motel and is quite far from the city center.

Pleasant Stopover”
The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, we walked in and out of the city and it took about 20 mins, though I think catching a tuk tuk would be more advisable and they do frequently pass by the hotel. We used this hotel as a stopover between Laos and ChiangMai and not being in the centre suited us well. It's new, clean and quiet and gave us time to catch up on sleep, and emails. Perfect. We felt it was value for money, good aircon and warm water

Nice hotel in outskirts of Chiang Rai”
This new hotel is located approx 20 minutes walk from the city center in a quiet residential area. Friendly staff and helpful staff, some speak good English and some speak no or very little English. The room was spotless clean. TV with almost 200 channels but all in Thai. Free tea and coffee. I will come back to this hotel.

Good for the price”
Pros: clean room, good location and friendly staff. Decent value for the money Cons: staff is friendly but not good English spaking. Tried to rent a motirbike for a few days, but I thought it was too expensive. Went to main street left when leaving the propert. Got to the main st turned right and rented from same person but for 200 bat per day instead if 250. Overall I reccomend this hotel.

Typical Thai Hotel”
Just your average stay in a typical hotel. Nothing fancy, decent price. One thing to mention though, it is a bit far from the main road going into Chiang Rai. It is helpful to have your own transportation if you plan to stay here.

Good location and friendly staff”
The room is clean, bed looks a bit thin but comfort when I lay down. There is a small refrigerator which is perfect to keep the fresh fruit. I can walk by the road to find some good restaurants around, convenient store, motorbike rental shop as this road is turn into the walking street on Sundays. I definitly recommend this hotel to anyone who find a cheap, clean and comfort place. This is the best and value for money!
