The hotel is located in the airport. It is 1 and half hour from city centre. It is great for transit only. Hotel was fairly new and very clean. Customer service was great. Ms Intan was very helpful and great customer service. However even in the airport, took 5 mins to walk from car park to hotel. Airport is closed in the evening so it is hard to find good quality food after 6pm. There is a small gym in the hotel. The hotel need improvement in the supply of hot water. Only 1 person can take a limited amount of time for hot shower. Some room is available for 3 people and the hotel was struggling to accommodate hotel water. What a shame.

I actually cancelled a non refundable stay at this hotel merely due to so far from everywhere, no restaurant open late but most of all still has to pay for parking for one night stand!

good location for an early morning flight from YIA, everything else were poor. Rooms were dirty, no window to exterior( windows open onto corridor ), small beds, small rooms, poor selection of breakfast. Beds were not so comfortable, poor quality coffee supplied in the room, poor amenities in the bathroom. Only plus- staff were rather courteous.

Great location if you have early departure or late arrival flight to YIA”
The location of the hotel in inside YIA airport which is super convenient for early flight passengers so that the night before your flight you can stay at this hotel and it’s just less than 5 mins walk from hotel to departure hall. The hotel is quite new and feels refreshing. But one thing is the towels are quite grey, not as white as other hotels. Using grey towels just feel a bit concerned.
