Great overall experience”
Spent a single night here with our young daughter. Everything about it was perfect. Staff were nice, friendly, and efficient. Room was super clean with everything working as expected. We didn’t have breakfast, and the bar was serving happy hour drinks that, after tax, were just as expensive as every other hotel. The only negative was the room view - if curtains were open, all the people in the gym could look into our room. But I would certainly come back here again.

Best hotel I've stayed on this trip”
A very clean, well-kept hotel, with outstandingly helpful staff. On arrival, wirh one of the wheels on my case knocked off by the baggage handlers, the two guys on the porter's desk fixed it for me while I checked. The reception staff who dealt with me: Pop and Fon, couldn't have been nicer. Pop helped my poor technological skills by showing me how to send to items for printing to him. Copies instantly delivered. They organised my room move painlessly, other than pack my case, everything was smoothly executed. The rooms are extremely generous in size and are spotless. The breakfast is very varied and the food delicious. My only slight criticism is the pool area on the 7th floor. There are not enough beds for guests, and a bar by the pool with service would improve the facilities. Maybe not enough guests would use it? Also there is not much in immediate area. In summary, this is the fifth hotel I've stayed in on this trip and it is definitely the best. I thoroughly recommend it.

Execellent hotel, value for money”
Our stay at We’ll Hotel in Bangkok was nothing short of excellent! The staff, services offered by the hotel, food, room and so much more, there’s nothing I can complain about. Well situated in Sukhumvit20 district, it’s about a 10min walk to nearest Skytrain. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the Skytrain terminal. Amenities are execellent at the hotel, breakfast is a full spread, would highly recommend it. There’s a restaurant and spa in the hotel and both were excellent service and value for money. The staff all round were amazing!

Prime location, took us less than 10min walk to get to the nearest BTS (Asok). They have tuktuk to charter you at certain timing as well. And its surrounding is not even noisy. Hotel staffs are very nice and accommodating, adhering to our daily requests. Room is clean and very spacious. Highly recommended for couples or even a small family.

Best local 5-star hotel in Bangkok”
This is my 3rd time staying here & I must say that their service gets better & better for every time I come to stay. This time it was more special as it was my wife's birthday & they treated us very well. Service was great. Location is strategically located in Sukhumvit with nearby malls such as Terminal 21, Emporium & Emquartier. Asok MRT & BTS is also nearby which makes it very convenient. I love this hotel & will stay here again.

Had a very pleasant stay at Well Hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. After a long day of sightseeing, we often just looked forward to coming back to the hotel and resting. There were times we just wanted to lounge in the hotel instead of going out.

Clean , safe and near to Ask BTS”
I chose Well Hotel because the location near to Asok BTS. Walking to Terminal 21 takes less than 10 mins. Nothing to complaint except the shower tap needed repair otherwise the tap unable to fit nicely. Nearby area are surrounded by plenty restaurant. Transportation using BTS is most convenient. Staffs were polite and happy to render help. Look forward to book here again We will be back again

Room is cozy and comfy! Modernly furnished, clean and stylish. Food stalls are just across the road, with a Family Mart just next to the hotel entrance. 5mins walk from the BTS station, great location!

Greatest experience ever in Well hotel- reasonable price”
I stayed here 3 nights. Everything absoluty fabulous. Pros: - Staff is very helpful and friendly all times. They are very quickly to understand customer needs and help me actively. Their English also very good. - Phone included order system: amazing experience and quickly. If you are not good at English/ Chinese/ ... and afraid communication, this order system is a must for you. It include all room service (more toothpaste, change bedsheets, order food, book spa massage, ...) as well as introduce great service (Bellugg, tour, places in Bangkok, ...) - Facility: very well-maintaned. - I always put "Do not disturb" sign, and staff always give me a card in the door, just let me know that they can help me with the room anytime I want. => Many greatest experienecs that I cannot say it all here. I feel peaceful all time. If I come back to Bangkok, this is my 1st choice for my stay. Cons: - Few walks to nearest BTS. In Bangkok hot weather, it's kinda tired a little bit.

Staff Helpful and Location”
This is my second time stay in Well Hotel Bangkok. I was given a upgraded room to Deluxe , thanks to Front office manager , Mr David Vileo. This indeed welcome news. The daily, breakfast spread was OK. Combination of Western and Local food. The attention I get from concierge team is beyond expectation , I had an urgent call from my friend that her mum was hospitalized. I rushed to Mr Nut and Gle ( both concierge ) on duties to get to know which hospital is was based on the watapps picture sent. They took all effort to narrow down the hospital locations (google the road sign on the picture) and locate the target location. The next thing, I need to rush there and Mr Nut took all effort to call the GRAB as taxi during that peak period are unavailable . It took him to explain to the Grab driver to drop me at which entrance in hospital. All this process, I appreciated their help. Thank you to Mr Nut and Mr Gle. When I write this message, her mum is alright . This is great relief.

Great location to walking food vendors and friendly staff ready to help with any questions. They offered us a free upgrade for a room and they also offer free tuk-tuk service to nearby BTS Asoke or Sukhumvit- it just needs to be booked in advance.

Like the Art Deco style in the hotel. The location is very convenient close to shopping malls, bars and restaurants. The hotel got a nice poll and gym and also offer free gym sessions which is awesome;)
