Best hotel I have ever stayed in!”
Hoi an have lots of hotel within a short 4 month the amount of hotels in Hoi an increased from 200+ to 300+ . Personally I feel that what differentiates hotels from each other is not only pertained to the appearance of the building or the amount of facilities the hotel provides but the service they provide. I recently finished my stay in Hoi an at the Cozy and they are hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed in my many trips abroad. They not only have easily accessible and clean facilities within the hotel but the service staffs themselves are very welcoming and hospitable. The staffs here are hella friendly. On our first day receptionist Tracy immediately gave us a brief history of Hoi An and the main attractions/local food spots that we can explore. Moreover, despite us being clumsy and troublesome by losing their bicycles one of their bellmen Richard is generous enough to help us look around the city for our lost bikes. Personable staff, and were sad to leave the hotel that felt like home. We arrived late one evening after our day out to Hue. Staff called for food delivery for us, and had to work extra hard and hours in order to keep us company during our dinner that night, and also to clean up after us. Extra care and concern will shown as we were given a thorough introduction to the hotel and Hoi An. Detailed information were given as to where to find delicious local food. Definitely will book with this hotel if we go back. Wonderful location.

An incredibly warm + welcoming staff - always ready to help, provide information and make our stay a very positive experience. Simple, clean, has character + good breakfast!! All that you really need and more so it was a 5 star overall rating for us. Tucked off to the side in a quiet laneway. Lots of new development happening around this ideal spot. Excellent bikes for our use - trails recommended by staff.

The most amazing and unbelievable staff I have ever meet in my travelling life. They are one best than the other!! The person who chooses them has a extremely successful intuition for choosing them. Especially thanks to Bonny and Pham from the breakfast, amazing sweet and helpful both, but all the girls too. You are unforgetable. Also Tracy from the reception who helped us to get a refund from agoda because of a double booking made by mistake. The housekeepers so good in their job and so lovely. We will miss all, congratulations to all!!

We adore staying at cozy Hoi an. The rooms are beautiful,spacious and stylish. The spa offered luxurious treatments. The roof top pool was relaxing and the breakfast everyday was fresh and delicious. But by far the greatest asset Cozy Hoi an has is the amazing and talented staff. They are friendly and welcoming. They ensure all your needs are met and help in any way with tasks such as booking taxis etc. we keep going back to cozy Hoi An as we feel so at home here. We are treated like royalty and treated like family. We love Cozy !

The very contemporary facility is spacious and well appointed, very clean and has the best staff! Everyone there is genuinely caring and professional. Great experience, spa was terrific. Perfect location just three blocks from the Old City so quiet but close and the free use of bicycles made it a very easy visit. Highly recommend!

Lyn from the reception was one of the best hotel staffs I've had the pleasure to interact with. She was quick to recommend good things around Hoi An and was very attendant to all my requests. She was also friendly and full of character and made my stay here memorable. Cozy is also super chic and well decorated, located in a quiet road far enough from the old town for some peace and quiet and close enough for easy accessibility. Excellent place to stay if you are in Hoi An. Also the Cao Lau they serve in breakfast is delicious.

Really nice hotel with great staff”
We stayed in the Cozy Hoi An Savvy Boutique Hotel. Not in the villas as our room changed. But the two belong to each other. The Hotel just opened 1,5 months ago and everybody is interested to make everything perfect for the guests. In particular Anne helped us a lot and she had some nice recommendation where to eat and a lot more. A highlight is next to the friendly staff definitely the pool on the roof top. The view is amazing and the water is really refreshing.

Great room, great pool, and most importantly great staff. Everyone was helpful and nice. The staff provided a lot of good recommendations for things to do and eat. Breakfast was good, WiFi was fast, and the AC worked well (a must in July) I’ve been traveling around Vietnam for a couple weeks in and out of different Airbnbs and hotels. This place is the top of my list so far. If I ever come back to Hoi An I’ll be here again.

Extremely helpful staff”
The hotel provided wonderful service. Upon our arrival, we were received by a dedicated friendly staff who provided us all the details of Hoi An regarding possible activities, transportation means and restaurants for signature foods. Thanks for Anne for her patience in explaining us for such a details. It takes five mins walk from hotel to the old town and hotel provide free bicycle which is an additional value. No doubt we shall stay in this hotel again if coming again to Hoi An or recommend to our friends.

Staff are amazing!”
There was quite a bit of construction in the area and was quite loud. Despite this , the staff did everything to make our stay comfortable and helped us with many aspects of our visit. They helped plan tours, assisted with motorbike rentals, restaurant recommendations etc. They were the best part of our visit and the highlight of our stay. This a great spot good value for your money and a nice breakfast. We were touring most of the time during the day so the construction didn’t end up bothering us. Hoi An is booming - lots of hotels going up.

Exceeded Expectations ”
The casual atmosphere of this place is fantastic. Not too many guests at one time. Staff are a credit to this place. They go over and beyond. A good size twin room with everything we needed and a nice pool area to relax. Breakfast room with inside outside dining was great and a good choice of quality food. Just a short walk to Hoi An Old Town. We were sorry to leave.

Hotel location are very central but one step behind so close to everything but quite at night time. Luckily I stayed at Cozy Savvy, new building which was newly opened 1 week ago. Impressive decoration, I like all the detail in the hotel. Staff is nice and very enthusiastic. Beautiful river view from the rooftop swimming pool. Room is decorated really nice, love it. Location is convinience to ride around town. Highly recommend everyone!
