I was stay 3 day's hotel on this price it was good experience but unfortunately there is no any transportation by hotel for harram you have to pay by your on pocket 3 on way from Saptco dropped small bit away from harram & in 10 to 5 sr Local tax drop you on King Abdullaziz gate 1 in front of harram al baik is also near by Hotel

Hotel price is very good compare, hotel location is very near from HARAM buses, most of facilities required available in the room, I recommended this hotel strongly to my friends

The Hotel does not have dedicated shuttle service as stated, it is for ALL AL ASEEL hotels around , so the bus is a complete mess and when you are with kids it get difficult to even get in the bus , all EGYPTIANs just fight and jump into the bus no manners for lady or kids or even adults. No wifi in Any room No Socket to charge even your mobile. Room Service is nothing at stated, the furniture is very old. +++ The Good thing is its 10 Riyals by Taxi and hotels and shops around have almost everything you need.

It is little far from harm but shuttle services will take in haram in 5 minutes. bus services are available 24 hours. Nader is great guy to talk he special good English. over all i have good experience with this hotel.

The staff or reception are really not serious about the walking customers. I had to wait 30 minutes because nobody was on receiption counter when i reached the hotel aftneed noon at 2:30

I arrived at 3:15 PM to the hotel I found NO ONE in the reception! I waited till 4:30 till someone showed up careless of even apologising for being late. I called Agoda customer care and they couldn't make anything. The management is very poor at the hotel, if any at all.
