Value for money Neat rooms, very good shuttle service though it’s 3 km from masjid al haram but still the shuttle service is very frequent may be every 3 minutes. Everything is available within the 400 meters of the hotel like super market , restaurants, barber, etc. The bad thing is if somebody traveling by his own car their is no parking available, the hotel which is beside this hotel gives you parking but the charges are 10 SAR per hour. So Avoid going by your own car.

Great budget hotel in Makkah ”
It was a great journey, I would recommend this hotel coz you don’t have to walk too far, free shuttle bus available also taxi @ the door of hotel only 10 sr $ which is 3 cad $, while u stay clock tower and close bye u pay atlist 180$cad to 100$ if u walk 15 min while you stay 30$ for big room per night and commute 4 min by bus or taxi to haram , this area food is not super expensive and good portions, you will save all kind of money.

2016 April - Value for Money but horrible customer service”
- Hotel, rooms, service, all that is needed to stay is quite good. - THE PROBLEM :: We were 46 people who booked 16 rooms. When we arrived the night Manager blatantly denied us out rooms since he does not have any booking information with him about our bookings and also not willing to check the system. When I showed him my booking confirmation print outs and payment confirmations, he just shrugged. Imagine this happening with 46 people at 3am in the morning where there are small kids, females and older people, exhausted and needs to get ready for Ummrah, all in the state of Ihram and striving to keep our cool. Took us almost 2 hours to convince them and then settle for 14 rooms but not as per our requirement.

The rooms are very spacious. Showers were good and water temperature was up to standards. Only problem was the cleanliness. The bathroom was not very clean and the blankets were not properly washed. Good for a 1 night stay for the duration of umrah
