Wonderful stay at Rex Hanoi”
Spent four days at Rex Hanoi hotel. The place is extremely clean, wonderful and helpful staff, very good breakfast and good location in the old quarter. One morning, I had to go to the hospital and the staff immediately took care of taxi booking and hospital appointment. Also, an escort was provided to ensure all goes well and also for translation if needed. I have rarely seen so great care when traveling abroad and it was very much appreciated. For my stay, I will give a 10 out of 5 stars. A special thanks to Anh for all the help

I Know YOU will Like It!”
From the moment I got in the hotel, I could tell the front desk staff cared. Wonderful experience while there for four nights five day! I got a kick out of how big it was and all that it had to offer. For example, 5th floor breakfast room, 19 floor, you could use the "Bridge" to cross to Tower 2, in Tower, 15 floor is the fitness center, 19 floor in Tower two was the indoor pool, while the outside pool was on the 9th floor in the main building. (Enjoyed practiced memorizing all of the floors and what they had on it! Met the Front desk Supervisor, outstanding person. She knows how to treat people, and is helping me with Agoda, when it comes to canceling another booking I had and didn't use. All I can share is go there and try it. I know you will be happy! Internet is very good too! Starbucks is in the building also, that's a big plus!

1. This place does not have Fox News. It does have fake news cnn. It really needs Fox News. 2. You cannot dial cell phones from your room. Majority of locals have cell phones. 3. The staff is exceptionally professional. Breakfast buffet was great! I always enjoy the big black dog at the entrance every time I stsy here. Sad to see the dog getting old. 4. Facility very close to supermarket, 7-11, McDonalds, and has a Starbucks on 1st Floor. 5. My room was very clean and bed so comfortable.

Almost AOK”
The stay was comfortable and in a good location. There was only one negative issue and that was getting hot water in the shower. Oh, and the guy from engineering department coming to get the TV up and running. He came after calling an hour before, was there for 10 minutes and left without it being fixed and said he was coming back in 20 minutes and never did. Besides that great staff, quiet room, and amazing comfortable bed.

Nice hotel @ great price”
The hotel has not had repairs for a while as can be seen when accessing the room (i.e. some not accessible elevators, wood stairs, etc.). However, the rooms are still beautiful with wood flooring and very spacious. Staff are very friendly. Buffet breakfast was great with lots of selection of foods. Outside area close to the hotel is safe but be careful as traffic is pretty crazy & foreigners may be a target if walking in dark side streets.

During our month long trip to Cebu , we stayed at many hotels however this one stood out for us so much so that we extended our stay there... The hotel boasts of the sky experience and is a landmark by itself with excellent location in the city. Staying with a 3 and 8 year old at the hotel was no issue to keep them busy... with 2 swimming pools, a play area, food and mall options nearby :) The staff at the hotel were very courteous, extremely helpful and professional. Can't think much of cons but i think a bit of updating room hardware and upkeep are due... Overall a superb experience !! Will stay again. M. K DUBAI

We had a large room with a comfortable bed and enjoyed the perfect buffet breakfast and dinner , which was always a great experience as the whole staff was very well trained, super friendly and served us in an excellent way. The swimming pool was an ideal place to relax which we will always remember. This is definitively a place to return!

Overall stay was great except for the front desk with attitude. Made my family wait for 1 hour for the check in time which was 2pm but when foreigner came they were allowed to check in 30 minutes prior. Should be trained aginst descrimination and fair treatment.

Pros: nice little shop in hotel, reasonably priced items. Friendly staff Cons: shopping was a bit of a ways away, we were on the 9th floor, but our room we had to go down a flight of stairs to get to our room.
