Exceptional”
I returned after 12 years to attend an International Meeting at another hotel and as I thought,... their car park was not as secure as the one at the Crown Plaza. Although most of the Staff had moved on since my last visit , the new Staff were as friendly and cheery as they had been on any of my last visits , like most of the Liverpool Residents The Hotel, although a bit older , was still clean and accommodating and I think was easier to find than even the new one, my meeting was being held in ! Keep up the good work and I think the Staff all deserve a pat on the back , as I am sure they have all helped play a part in the development of the new Liverpool

Great hotel on every aspect”
Have stayed here on a previous visit and am obviously back here because it was great! It is to be expected that this hotel brand is of a particular standard, and very high ones they are. The hotel is very stylish and modern with faultless facilities in the room. Location is good as well, 5 - 10 mins walking distance to the city centre. Travelling for business, it is very easy to relax in and has sufficient space to work in.

Classic Liverpool location”
This hotel is right next door to the Liver Building overlooking the River Mersey, so it's about as Liverpool as you can get. It's large and a bit impersonal, but the rooms are comfortable and the bar is pleasant enough. The wi-fi works only in the bar and in certain hotspots on the residential floors, which is a bit inconvenient: in-room access should be normal in a hotel of this standard.

The hotel was right on the docks. So easy to travel by car in and out of city so so quiet of a night. About 5 min walk into the night life. Parking facilities on doorstep just a great hotel staff efficient and friendly. Lovely rooms and great choice for breakfast will be booking again.

Nice hotel, good location”
Be a bit alert for the signs to the hotel if approaching from the north or ring road - once in sight of the Liver Building get into the right hand lane or you will have to do a grand tour of the city back streets! Once there it is a good hotel with very friendly staff and good food.

Good location, close to docks”
location of the hotel is nice if you want to do some sightseeing around liverpool docks. however, it is a good 15 minute walk to the city centre. rooms are small and rather old fashioned, some with a nice river view.

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff are very friendly an helpful during the whole stay, room was clean an comfy an cleaned every morning. Food was also very good. Swim pool very warm good size for swim, sauna, steam room an whirlpool is good an also a good size. 10/10 for this hotel.

Hidden extras”
We arrived at 6.00 pm on Saturday evening, parked the car until 10.00 am following morning at a cost of £14.00 (instead of free wifi would be better free parking) we could have left the car parked until 3.00 pm Hadn't,t booked breakfast but went down to the restaurant, plenty of choice at one price of £15.50 a head for adults (not sure how much fir children) We were on the 3rd floor which was a bit noisy as looking on to the main road, if we stayed again would choose river view.

Very good hotel. Everything was there, service was good, hasslefree. Health club has everything you need. Room comfort was good, pleasant room temperature, quiet. Basically this hotel leaves nothing to wish for. Pre-check out without asking... perfect The only thing I could mention... is the lack of a minibar in the room. PS. Hotel is right next to the river

Stayed for 1 night as I was picking up grandparents from cruise. Location is excellent, as was room. Facilities and general feel of the place was great. Staff were polite, Kelsey on the front desk was lovely, really genuine and when you chatted it felt like you’d met before. Will definitely stay again

Decent hotel but I couldn't help feeling it was over priced especially after seeing the gym which was very basic with old equipment. Also avoid the 4th floor which was particularly noisy with some kind of continual whirring coming from the roof level ? Air con system

Had an issue with a random person walking into our room at 6am. complained to management who constantly emailed to look into situation and uodate us and therefore got our room paid for full by hotel. Also mix up over breakfast - their mistake and they sorted it out. confusing set-up but great staff who tried their best at every moment - can'y fault that!

It was okay. I thought for a Crown Plaza establishment it would have been nicer. The room did have water satins in the ceiling for example and the wall paper was peeling in places. But the room was decent in size.
